I recieved a sausage pizza with cheese on only half the pizza, no joke, and a thin layer of cheese. My other pizza was half pepperoni/half chicken. Barely small traces of shredded chicken. I placed an order for a Large 1-Topping Pepperoni Pizza using the Black Friday 50% off coupon through their website for in-store pickup on November 29th, 2025 at 3:13 PM. Instead of the pizza I actually ordered, they handed me a plain cheese pizza--no pepperoni, no topping, nothing. After I pointed out the mistake, they acknowledged it and offered to remake the pizza, but only if I was willing to wait another 15-20 minutes. At that point, their error had already cost me enough time, and wasting even more was not an option. The whole situation was inconvenient and completely avoidable had their website properly channel my order to their terminal. On 2/11/26, I called in my order to this Pizza Hut. The lady that took my order ran my debit card 23 times without my permission or knowledge. How I found out she did this is I went to go get gas before on my way to pick up the pizza & my card was declined. I called my bank & they confirmed this lady ran my card 23 times. That is ridiculous!!! There is no reason to run any credit or debit card 23 times for a pizza. I emailed to complain to management & they have yet to do anything about it. Waited 10 minutes in side my car thought that "curb side pick up" is as easy as other places. We ordered a pizza and it arrived with a slice missing. We called the store to ask what happened and express how weird and gross it was that someone clearly took a slice out from our box before it arrived to us, and the manager was defensive and claimed it couldn't have been anyone at his store who did it. Unless the delivery driver got hijacked by some pizza bandits on the way to our house, I'm sorry, but it's definitely one of your employees dude. He was unhelpful and punted us to the next day's manager to obtain a refund. He didn't offer anything else to make up for this, not even a real apology. They took soo long for just a my hut box. I was patient the whole time until I had to check up on my order like 3x because I've waited enough time. There's so many things wrong with pizza hut now. First things first. It's 6pm on a Sunday. Typical dinner time and they are out of all crusts except thin. Was reading their reviews and obviously not good. But, I ordered on their app before looking at the reviews. I scheduled for 7:30pm delivery for a dinner box, and it was a little over 10 minutes late. Not a huge deal. Pizza was still warm, not cold, and not luke warm which is a good thing. Wings were delicious and everything was made right. Can't really complain other than it being 10 minutes late. Delivery girl was nice, although she did not have change for me to give her cash tip, so I just signed with tip from my card. Only got peppers and cheese, but no plates... :( considering I used to work at a pizza place, delivery drivers should always be prepared with everything, including change, plates, utensils, condiments, etc. it's a Saturday, so luckily I'm not one of those customers who had to wait over two hours or didn't receive at all! read more

I ordered a large pizza with several toppings, and made sure to add in the notes to only have pineapples on half of the pizza because my father is allergic to pineapples. After picking up the pizza, I didn't notice until I got home that there were actually pineapples on the entire pizza. Not a big deal, but when I called to speak with the worker at pizza hut. Not only did they have a ridiculously bad attitude, instead of apologizing or even helping solve the problem, she just kept insisting that she was the manager and that I must have not noted to have pineapple on only half the pizza. When I told her exactly what I did when ordering the pizza, she just kept telling me, "We don't read the notes until after the pizza is made" which not only didn't make sense, but I asked her if she read the note about pineapples, and she could not give a straight answer.
