When Pizza Hotline popped up on the app, I knew I had to check this place out because, one, I thought their name was super cute, and, two, I saw that they had Cheese Bread on their menu! This family- owned and -operated pizzeria has their original location out in Charlotte Hall, so I thought it was interesting that they had opened up another location in the La Plata area. Their menu offers various appetizers, salads, pastas, subs, calzones, pizza rolls, pizzas, and desserts. Be sure to check their online ordering system out as they also offer coupons and specials. I ordered a small size of their Cheese Bread, which was Pizza Hotline's freshly made dough, topped with garlic butter and a 3-cheese blend of mozzarella, white cheddar, and provolone, served with a side of both the house marinara sauce and a Grandioso's garlic sauce. The Cheese Bread was made-to-order, and it came out PIPING HOT - it was super cheesy, and I loved that there was no upcharge for the garlic sauce and it automatically came as one of the dipping options! We ordered in person, and we were quoted that it'd be ready in about 10 minutes or so - we were actually waiting in the car, and the friendly employee actually came out to hand over our order - super nice! There are a couple of high tops inside for you to dine-in, but this seem to be more of a carry-out type of a place. I loved their vintage Coca-Cola hanging lamps! I'd be interested in trying out their pizza, calzones, and their pizza rolls next time! Service was very kind, friendly, and welcoming! Thank you for satisfying my cheese bread craving, Pizza Hotline! +Cheese Bread! +made-to-order and served piping hot! +friendly & kind service! +online ordering available +parking available in the front

Tasty Hard to discover - but this little hole in the wall does a dang decent job making a delicious pie. Consider this a pick-up or delivery spot. Look for coupons that come in the mail flyers

We picked up a large Hawaiian pizza and cheesy bread and both were delicious. The bread came with garlic butter and marinara sauce for dipping. Lots of toppings and cheese.

Definitely a place that can be easily missed (I almost passed it) as it's a small place alongside a large shop that does framing etc. This is def not an eat in place, only carry-out. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it was some of the best pizza that I've had in a long time. My daughter and I ate the whole thing within minutes. I don't think I've ever seen her eat that much pizza at once. They do have a website that is currently under construction but you can still place online orders. The staff was friendly...they spoke and passed me the pizza. I think I've found my new pizza place. Local and the pizza is great, definitely a plus!

Staff is really nice and pizza is good but stuff is WAY overpriced. Good for a one-time visit. DO NOT GET CHICKEN TENDERS.

Pizza Hotline is a bit better than Pizza Hut and Pappa John's. If you want good pizza hit up Napoli Pizza in Waldorf

The experience begins well before the front door. Even from the parking lot, the aromas drifting…read morefrom the kitchen set expectations high, rich, savory, and unmistakably inviting. It's the kind of sensory preview that makes you quicken your step. The restaurant is bookable via Resy, making it an easy choice for those looking to apply dining credits from American Express Gold or Platinum cards, always a welcome convenience when planning a night out. Despite being a weekday, the dining room was notably busy, buzzing with the energy of what feels like a family-run establishment. There's a warmth to the atmosphere, personal, lived-in, and authentic, that suggests a loyal local following. That said, it was clear the crowd may have slightly outpaced staffing levels. While the service itself was courteous and attentive, there were noticeable delays with drinks and refills, understandable, though worth mentioning. We started with the Southern Maryland Crab Dip, which delivered solid flavor and a generous blend of cheese and crab. I would have welcomed a bit more artichoke heart for balance, and perhaps an additional slice or two of bread. With only four slices provided, the ratio leaned heavily in favor of the dip, fortunate in abundance, but impractical in execution, as even those slices were quickly overwhelmed. The Chicken Kabob proved to be a reliable and satisfying choice, tender, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully plated. The accompanying sides of sautéed broccoli and grilled zucchini were properly portioned, with the zucchini sliced just thick enough to retain its texture and flavor. When deciding between the Makaronia Me Kima, Basil Pesto, Galazio Special Carbonara, and Pastitsio, I deferred to the waiter's recommendation. Without hesitation, he pointed to the Pastitsio, a choice that paid off. Comforting and familiar, it's a dish many have enjoyed in different forms without necessarily knowing its proper name. The portion was generous enough to leave me with leftovers, which made for an excellent lunch the following day. Dessert brought the evening to a high note with the Greek Chocolate Mousse Cake. Lighter than expected, it avoided the density often associated with chocolate desserts while still delivering richness and satisfaction. The portion was ample and easily shareable. Overall, it was a very good dining experience, welcoming, flavorful, and largely well-executed. One small disappointment, however, came in the form of a missed detail. When booking, the reservation notes requested acknowledgment of my GF's birthday, not a complimentary dessert or special treatment, just a simple candle to mark the occasion. Unfortunately, it went unnoticed. It's a minor thing in the grand scheme, but one that matters in moments meant to be remembered. Had I known it wouldn't be honored, I would have brought a candle myself. That aside, the experience was still a positive one. I would recommend the restaurant and expect to return. With just a bit more attention to the finer details, it could easily elevate itself from good to truly memorable.

This was my third time coming to this restaurant, and I honestly couldn't believe the service and…read morefood quality this time around. When I walked in, the host -- who was not very friendly -- asked how many were in my party. I said "1," and she immediately told me I would have to sit at the bar, even though there were several open tables. I politely asked if I could sit at one of the two-top tables, but she said no because they were for reservations. I explained that I preferred not to sit at the bar. Looking back, I probably should have left then, but I was hungry, so I stayed. Once seated, I asked for the crab dip, only to find out they no longer had it. I then ordered the lamb chops, which I had enjoyed during my previous two visits. This time, however, they came out extremely pink and undercooked. I was shocked. The waitress told me they "don't cook them well done," but offered to take them back and have them cooked a little longer. Unfortunately, when they returned, they were still pink/red and literally bleeding. The waitress then said she was going to get "Mama" from the back. I told her that wasn't necessary if the restaurant simply does not prepare lamb chops well done anymore. I was very disappointed and didn't realize things had changed over the last few months. Overall, the customer service was poor, and the food quality was nowhere near what I experienced during my previous visits. The pictures shown are from when she brought them back to me.

I am late posting this…read more I am a Pizza lover! (Actually, I am a lover of many food but I digress). I don't know what they do to Ledo's pizza to make it taste so good but its flavor and the mix of cheeses is one of the best to me. I had most of my Kids and Grandkids over for our annual Christmas PJ photos. We were really late this year as we went out of the country in December and time got away from me, etc, etc (and none of the Grandkids cooperated in the picture anyway). Wanted something easy that all my kids love. Ledo's was the perfect choice. Ordered the 18 in Big Mama pizza(that's what I call it!)for pickup in La Plata. Walked in and the restaurant was very festive. They have a nice sit down restaurant that was full of People having a good time in the holiday spirit. Staff was friendly and my pizza was ready on time. It was delicious and we loved it! Easy peasy and there were no leftovers! You already know I have Ledo's on speed-dial. I guess I am dating myself. I have their number saved in my phone. Amazing pizza!
