    4 cheese with basil
    Debbie A.

So I visited Pizza Heights 2x during my trip. The first pizza was so good. I wanted to go back. Unfortunately, trip #2 didn't go as well. This location has an espresso Heights and a burger Heights all connected to each other. All three have several options as we sampled all 3. The desserts and cookies were really good, and burgers were tasty. The first visit, we got the 4 cheese pizza, and it came out with piping hot stringy cheese and a crisp crust. It was honestly a very solid pizza. The guys got a new york pepperoni, which was ok, I am just not a huge red sauce person. The service was great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is no indoor seating but a few tables outside and a small covered area with fans that seats the burger and pizza place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We got a few cookies - the pb was y so was the lemon blueberry. Night two - everyone else went to Burger Heights, but I was craving that pizza. I ended up ordering the burrita cheese because that's my favorite cheese. The pizza came out soggy. The entire middle almost fell apart because it had the wet burrita and wet greens ontop. I took it back and was basically told I was wrong, people like soggy pizza, and it was my gaunt for not knowing the pizza would be soggy. A manager was called and it was the lady from night one- she did make the situation correct ~ but I am warning you don't order this pizza unless you like soggy pizza. Bummer that my great experience was tainted the 2nd night and oddly the corrected (different pizza) just wasn't as good. The rest of the crew loved their burgers and original pizzas. If you get the burita my suggestion would be to ask for it well done and not have them add the greens and have the cheese on the side and you add it on per slice. I had expected the burrata to be cooked on slices but it comes in a cold chunk - had it not been soggy would have been really good.

Was craving pizza and didn't want to go to your typical big chain restaurant. The slices is decent size, made fresh, and good. It satisfy my hunger, but I wouldn't list as one of my top places to go. The neapolitan pizza was good, but, it wasn't jawbreaking. I would recommend going here if you want neapolitan style pizza and/or want to try something new . Folks working there are nice and give you your order in a timing manner. The space also has enough sitting, so you can enjoy your slices.

pizza (finally a Neapolitan pizza in the area) ambiance and staff are top notch. I highly recommend this place, please try their pizza and their burgers next door and you won't regret it

Real deal Neapolitan pizza! Easily rivals anything anywhere else in the city! Puffy, chewy and leoparding crust with vibrant tomatoe sauce and good toppings. When you want this kind of pizza, this is the place to go. Prepared quickly, friendly service. Excellent addition to the neighborhood!

As a local in this area, there are only a few places I would highly recommend for pizza in this area and this is definitely one of them! The pizza here is super fluffy and has flavor throughout the crust and I normally don't like to eat the crust. The sauce was light, fresh, and sweet; the tomatoes were just amazing in the margarita pizza! I am all about plain cheese pizza so I would recommend getting the margarita pizza here I found it to have a good amount of cheese and sauce which I love. For me, you can never have enough cheese! I had the red velvet cake slice here which is honestly the best red velvet hands down I ever tried in the city and I have had some top-rated places, the icing was cream cheese and it was amazing! I am super excited to have this in our neighborhood in Washington Heights and if you are not in the mood for pizza but your partner is you can always grab cheeseburgers and hot dogs next door at Burger heights and eat together in the outside seating! I give this place 5 stars and highly recommend it; the only thing I have not yet tried is the lattes here but I will the next time I visit!

I ordered the Lamb Ragù pasta, and every bite was packed with rich, slow-cooked flavor. To start, my brother and I shared a pizza and the lobster appetizer, and both were incredible. My brother ordered the truffle pasta, and after stealing a few bites, I can honestly say it was just as unforgettable. The atmosphere was on another level. Even on a Tuesday night, the restaurant was buzzing with energy, full of happy people, great conversations, and an authentic Italian vibe that made you want to stay for hours. The service from Jose was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure we had an amazing experience. If you're looking for incredible Italian food, outstanding service, and one of the best dinner spots in the East Village, OLIO E PIÙ belongs at the top of your list. Complimentary bread was nice and hot which is always a bonus. All in all, I don't think I'd come back, sadly.

When we entered the restaurant and took the elevator up to the restaurant, we were delighted to find free wine provided for us to pour in the elevator. Admittedly, it was red wine, so not my favorite, and it did taste cheap, but still appreciated. To start off, we ordered the onion torta, focaccia, and smashed potatoes. The onion torta was surprisingly good and tasted like a form of french onion soup. As a focaccia enthusiast, the focaccia was fluffy and delicious. We also got the charred beans, carrots, ravioli, tagliatelle, ravioli, and trout to share. The charred beans were surprisingly the long beans and not the smaller ones we expected. However, they were very juicy and better than we thought they would be. The rigatoni resembled cacio e pepe with its pepperiness, the tagliatelle tasted like standard red sauce, but i did enjoy the ravioli and the ricotta inside. For dessert, we had the basque cheesecake which was alright, but I'm not the biggest fan of cheesecake. Overall, we had a great time at Ci Siamo and I would definitely recommend ordering the focaccia and onion torta and we could have skipped the carrots, beans, trout, and tagliatelle.

I acknowledged that the server doesn't write the menu, but absolutely zero customer service skills. The service overall was lacking. Aside from taking our order, no one checked on us or came back to see if we needed anything. Our server was just hanging out chatting up the hostess. We had to request the bill from the manager & paid at the hostess stand. Before paying, I spoke with the manager and explained what had occured. He was more professional than the server, but he was still dismissive of my concerns and of the service we received. Management seemed happy enough to promote the "option".
