This pizza is the best in the whole area !! So so good and the right texture , thinness, and toppings are great!

Return with a Yelp review and spin the prize wheel.

The pizza here is much more flavorful than other competitors. It's similar to a Roundtables, but without the dine in tables. I would say the other big difference is the exceptional service from the friendly staff. They have always been cheerful and moving quick with the orders. Though ordering with the app is a bit tedious in some spots (have to relog in twice), it's still a very useful tool for take out. Sends notifications via text or app showing the order being prepped and ready. This place is always clean, like super clean. Counters wiped down, and ingredients in their bins. A large pizza is around $22-25, so it's a bit higher than others. But the quality and taste is much better.

First time ordering, had large with pepperoni , sausage, onion , peppers, and mushrooms... was very tasty ... but NOT 45.00 good.. think 25.00 would be fair..

This is my new pizza spot. I'm so glad I am able to order through postmasters and door dash. Their pizza rolls are so effing gd! My go to is the meat pizza with pink sauce and add mushrooms && extra mozzarella with thin crust. They never disappointed

I've been to Chicago, and I have to say, this deep-dish pizza really takes me back. The pizza is…read moredelicious, and the service was great. The place itself is on the smaller side with limited seating, so in my opinion it's definitely more of a takeout spot. Grab your pizza, take it home, and enjoy!

Tony's Little Italy "authentic" Chicago Deep Dish Pizza is a $10 pizza masquerading as a $42 pizza…read more Tony's "Chicago-Style" (it only looks like one) is closer to Little Caesar's than a true Chicago masterpiece. I tried Tony's Little Italy Pizza in Placentia for the first time and I can attest that THIS IS IN NO-WAY AN "AUTHENTIC CHICAGO DEEP DISH PIZZA" as advertised. It's not even close. I can't fault the enthusiasm of family frontmen like Taylor or his Uncle, Tony, for their contagious enthusiasm for their product, but all other comparisons end there. I lived in Chicago for more than a decade working for Leo Burnett Advertising/Chicago where the real Chicago deep dish pizza's, the standards by which you would judge "authentic," are Giordano's, Gino's East, Pizzaria Uno, and Lou Malnati's (a distant 4th in the rankings). These pizzas are HEAVY with quality ingredients and though deep dish, the crust is something that never gets in the way. In TRUE CHICAGO DEEP DISH PIZZA ingredients are 90% of the pizza, the crust 10% or less. The opposite is the case at Tony's where they make pizza's that are ALL dough and FEW ingredients. Tony's Little Italy Pizza offers a poor rendition of true Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. I ordered a 12" sausage, spinach, and mushroom - the exact same pizza I'd order at Giordano's, Gino's East, Pizzaria UNO, or Lou Malnati's countless times. What I got was a pizza that is 90% tasteless dried bread called a crust and a few tablespoons of ingredients (sausage, spinach, mushrooms) disguised under a heavy tomato sauce. In many places the unappetizing crust extended all the way to the surface hidden only by the tomato sauce topping on my pizza. Looks good but the deception ends there. I got almost no cheese, few mushrooms, skimpy sausage, and miserly spinach. This may be what one call's Chicago STYLE (and that's what Tony's should call it) pizza out here on the west coast, but this pizza definitely would not carry its own weight in Chicago. If you've eaten Chicago Deep Dish Pizza in Chicago where I've been you will easily be able to relate to everything I am saying. If you've never had a real Chicago Deep Dish Pizza then be forewarned. This isn't the real deal. It's what Little Caesar's would do if they tried to sell Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. All dough, no substance. As Scotty said in Star Trek TOS, " Fool me once-shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." We won't be going back. Appearances are deceiving!

This is truly one of Orange County's hidden gems. An amazing Italian restaurant with family roots…read morethat has a wonderful and cozy atmosphere, delicious food and top notch dining staff. The Minestrone soup made by the owner's mother is best in class...one of the greatest dishes served at any restaurant in Orange County (I very highly recommend!!). The cuisine from the kitchen is consistently delicious. What is equally as delighting is the friendly service staff. I just left there for my third time and have had three different servers and they have all been absolutely fantastic. Each time I leave this restaurant, I immediately think about when I'm going back. I suggest this place to anyone who wants to eat tasty food served by amazing people.

Date of visit: Sep 8, 2026…read more What a disappointing birthday dinner. I came here with high hopes of finding one of those hidden-gem, hole-in-the-wall Italian places, but unfortunately, it all ended up blowing up in my face. The biggest problem was simple: everything--from the soup to the main dishes--was way too salty. We were a party of six, and three of us ordered pasta with the garlic cream sauce: the Pescatore, Shrimp & Scallop, and Clam. The sauce wasn't thickened enough, so it was much too soupy for a pasta dish, and the taste of white wine was very prominent. The garlic cream sauce was salty too, although nowhere near as crazy salty as the Chicken Piccata, Tortellini Giovanni, and Minestrone. Chicken Piccata: Like everything else we tried, this dish was just way too salty. The lemon-butter sauce was completely overwhelmed by the capers, and eating it honestly felt like shoveling forkfuls of salt into my mouth. The only saving grace was the chicken itself, which was cooked well and had a nice golden-brown exterior. Tortellini Giovanni: Just okay. I've definitely had better. The cheese filling inside the tortellini wasn't particularly good, although the Italian sausage was pretty tasty. The more I ate, though, the saltier, heavier, and oilier the dish seemed to get. Overall, there was really nothing special about it. Minestrone: SO salty that I couldn't even finish it. I'm not sure if this is simply their recipe or if the soup had been refrigerated and reheated to the point where some of the water had evaporated, leaving the salt increasingly concentrated. It's too bad because the underlying flavor was actually there--it was just completely ruined by the amount of salt. Pizza: Just okay. The dough wasn't bad, and I actually liked that it had some chewiness to it. But for the price, I'd rather go somewhere else. I really wanted to love this place, especially since this was my birthday dinner. I wasn't expecting fancy or perfect--I was hoping for a charming little hole-in-the-wall with really good, comforting Italian food. Unfortunately, we left super disappointed.

Well, fast forward to this year...and HE was the one who suggested we finally give it a try! We are SO glad we listened to him! The pizza here reminds me of the kind of pizza I would eat in Italy. It tastes authentic, flavorful, and beautifully simple. If you're looking for a traditional thick-crust pizza where you pile on whatever toppings you want, this probably isn't the place for you. But hear me out...TRUST THE MENU! Order what jumps out at you and let the ingredients speak for themselves. We've tried the Contadina, Funghi e Salsiccia, and Rocco's Pie, and every single one was delicious. But hands down, the Vespa is the STAR OF THE SHOW! And then there's the homemade spicy honey. OH.MY.GOODNESS. It is SOOO good that we now order a side of it just so we can dip our other pizzas into it. Trust me...you need it! We're kicking ourselves for waiting so long to come here, but I guess better late than never! Thank you, Fuoco, for giving us a little taste of Italy and for making our son's recommendation such a great one.

It was refreshing and pleasant! A nice appetizer. Then the pizzas is where the disappointment came in. We got Rocco's pie and the Fuoco. Rocco's pie was pretty good, but the ricotta didn't go well with it in my opinion. The Fuoco was not good at all. It was so dry to eat. I see the idea they were tying to go for; however, the execution was poor. There was so much arugula on ours that I literally couldn't taste anything else. It was too overpowering and bitter. The shaved parmigiano was ok as well. This just tasted like something scrapped together lazily. When you can make the same thing with ingredients from Trader Joe's or Whole Foods... it's quite disappointing. Either way, glad I tried this place but there are other pizzerias that I'd rather visit.

We came here after the Whitney Houston Candlelight concert at the Nixon Library, and what a find!…read moreApparently we weren't the only ones with the same idea -- some other people from the concert were at Terra too and recognized us: "Hey, weren't you just at the Candlelight concert?" My sister originally chose Terra because she saw a picture of one of their salads with salmon and knew immediately that was what she wanted. We had no idea we were about to discover a new favorite restaurant. 10/10 -- I've already bookmarked Terra because I will absolutely be back. When we arrived, we told our server we had never been there before and asked what she recommended. Her descriptions of the food were fantastic, and she steered us toward the wood-grilled peaches with burrata and arugula. Oh. My. Goodness. Absolutely delicious! The grilled peaches, creamy burrata and arugula were such a wonderful combination. Then the salad came out, with salmon added. I took my first bite and was literally speechless. It was an explosion of flavor -- the avocado, salmon, sesame dressing and everything else going on in that salad just worked. The salmon costs extra, but it was absolutely worth it. The peach dish and the salad were completely different flavor experiences, and honestly I would happily order both of them again. We were talking about how we were gonna come back and try to resist ordering the same thing over again, but that will be a challenge. Of course, we were at a wood-fired pizza restaurant, so we HAD to try the pizza. We ordered half-and-half. One side was the fingerling potato pizza, especially after our server told us the story about the owner's daughter wanting fingerling potatoes on her pizza and how that helped inspire the restaurant. Obviously, after hearing that story, we had to try the pizza that started it all! And it did not disappoint. I can definitely see myself ordering that again. The other half was the salami pizza with the honey drizzle. It was supposed to have some heat -- my sister could taste it, although I couldn't -- and the honey made it a really interesting combination. Not something I would normally think to order, but definitely worth trying. I also ordered the citrus agave, thinking it was basically a fancy name for lemonade. It wasn't! Lemon, orange and lime made it much more interesting, with just a slight bitterness from the citrus that balanced the sweetness. Delicious and different. We sat upstairs, where there was a wonderful breeze coming through on a summer evening. The whole atmosphere was charming and relaxed, the service was excellent, and the food was memorable. The biggest surprise? Terra is right near my office, and I never knew it was there. Definitely a 10/10. I came because of a recommendation, and now I'm recommending it to everyone else. I will absolutely be back.

It was a disappointingly small cut of meat, but it was a delicious dish. The other dish we tried was the beets appetizer, which was fantastic. It sounds kinda weird, but I would highly recommend it. The fish tacos with ono fish were also very yummy. Everything on the menu looks exciting and it keeps you wanting to come back. We wanted to try the pizza, which is one of their specialties, but we will have to come back for that. The interior is nice and it gives the possibility to make it feel like a date night place while still offering a bit of a casual vibe. I would recommend this place for sure. We walked out the door having had 2 entrees and an appetizer for about 95$ after tip, so not too bad if you know coming in.
