I ordered a steak and cheese on my way home from work. It was one of the best I've had. The steak was cooked perfectly. The staff is very friendly, very efficient. I would highly recommend ordering food here. read more

Good pizza. Great pizza. But beware!! Terrible delivery service. Keep leaving pizza on the ground and sending a text message to let us know it's there despite specifically asking to get a call to hand off when here. Probably not going to order from them again. Shame because the pizza is delicious. read more

I recently ordered lunch for my staff and as always, had a great experience with Pizza Factory. The menu is extensive, so people with dietary considerations can find something to eat. The food was delicious, the staff courteous and helpful, the delivery timely. My place of employment and staff order from regularly and I have never been disappointed. read more

The pizza is really tasty here! Always very quick to the order time and staff are very nice. There is good room inside to eat, but picking up the food myself and taking it home is still awesome as well! read more

Not bad, not great. On the way home late evening and decided to finally they them. Glad I tried it, probably would not try again. Would not speak badly. Just a basic pizza. Staff was very nice. read more

New ownership has really affected this place for the worse. They've changed up the menu but it's just mass produced junk from the freezer and cold room. Expensive, slow, and rude staff. I think they are having a hard time getting help. The make mistakes in your order and don't remedy it. And when you call to inquire or complain, all you get it a lot of bad attitude. I've stopped using them read more

I love you guys during the week. Your pizza is delicious and always well-cooked. Your people are so friendly. On the weekends though, my pizza shows up looking like a hot mess, the topings all sliding off, always noticeably under done and looks like it was cut with kindergarten safety scissors. Look, I know it's the weekend and it's busier, but take the extra minute and cook the pizza all the way, you're better than hot mess pizza. read more

Best calzones of all time. I seriously crave them. Been coming here for yearssss! Our favorites are the steak tip and Mediterranean. The vegetarian is also delicious. They also have chicken and broccoli that is very good. The house sauces are amazing! Get both the marinara and house (white) dressing . Small side note (from experience loll) the small size has better proportions (filling to crust) but medium or large is great and easy to share with a group! read more

Got salads tonight. Thought they were pricey until we got them home. ENORMOUS (could've shared one). The grilled chicken was flavorful, the dressings were delicious, lots leftover for lunch. Easy online ordering and friendly staff. read more

The steak tips are the reason I can confidently give five stars, they are sooooo good. The best salad in the area, wish they'd spruce the iceberg lettuce up but other than that it's so super delicious. Honey bbq steak tips taste like summer bbq magic! Husband loves the chicken parm sub and the wraps are also really good and thankfully there are some "speciality" options that mix it up more than many of the other local spots! read more

Terrible service and they don't have half the items advertised on their menu. Not much else to say except update your menu

best place for pizza, subs, etc in town! definitely worth the few extra dollars over other places. HOWEVER there is no way to tip the wonderful counter staff when you order through the website for pickup on a card. has been mentioned several times and management still hasn't addressed this, every day it goes without being resolved money is being taken away from the friendly, hardworking, fun people who act as the face of this business. there is no feedback option, so i'm hoping by posting here management will see this and realize their employees deserve those tips!! read more

So since the handoff of Giovanni's Peabody this place has gone downhilll. Steak and cheese is half the size of Peabody. Orders have been messed up for the past 3 orders. Order online said it was ready but they didn't even have product when I got there. I waited for 5 minutes there for my order ready pickup but people just looked at me. I would rather take the drive to Peabody to get my order right and ready. read more

The Pizza Factory sent me another email so we went back. We had the roast beef sandwiches on onion rolls with cheese and bbq sauce. They were perfect. (Better than Kellys or Bill and Bobs) I met the owner and we shook hands. Great service. Great Food and great prices...we will be back read more

-overpriced, I barely got any chicken on my medium bbq chicken "finger" calzone -chicken was grilled, since when is a chicken finger not breaded and fried? -paid $18.50 -also got onions in the calzone and they were barely cooked! -bbq sauce was WEAK -I asked for sweet and sour that they advertise and I get Chinese duck sauce packets?! And they charged me for the duck sauce!!! -terrible experience! Do not go here! The owner clearly has some straightening up to do that's not how you run a business! read more

Used to go here all the time and always was a fan of the pizza and onion rings. However tonight was a different experience. Definitely the last time I will ever come here. read more

The pizza is fairly decent but the new buffalo chicken dumplings are the best.

This place used to have GREAT pizza. Their attitudes and service have ALWAYS sucked, but I looked past it because of the pie. However, in the past 3 months they've completely gone down hill. If you can get past the impolite staff, sexist (and racist) employer and not get turned off by the lack of a "Hello - how can I help you?" then you're doing well so far. But then you order (1) Lg. Pepperoni, (1) Lg. Hawaiian pizza and (1) Lg. Cheese, pay $45 for the pies + a 2 liter, load up the car and head home... crack open the boxes in front of your kids and your 6 year old exclaims "WHY IS THERE BARELY ANY TOPPINGS?"... at that point you know you've got to write a review. Yes, I counted the pepperonis: 12. That's an average of 1.5 pieces per slice. That's not a pepperoni pizza - that's a disgrace to all pies ever created. I didn't count the pineapples and ham, but let's just say it wasn't going any better. Save your money and get Dominoes. Or, go across the street to Sal's for the same coin but twice the value. And I don't like Sal's... so that's saying a lot. read more

Whenever I come here, I always order the chicken, broccoli, ziti alfredo. It comes with a couple of slices of garlic bread which are a bit stale and not so garlicy. But I'm over that because the ziti dinner is AMAZING. Their pizza is decent, and I haven't tried anything else. BECAUSE THEIR CHICKEN BROCCOLI ZITI ALFREDO IS AMAZING. read more

I have never been more disappointed with customer service!! I will never order from here again. I normally order at least twice a week and they way I was just treated I will never order again. The pizza is always great, but tonight it was cold and looked like it had been sitting around. I also ordered mozzarella sticks-always COLD, not warm, COLD. I called to let them know and the owner called me a liar. This man should not be in business. read more

Awesome Greek salads, but the dressing will leave you with bad breath for days..but hey, it's a risk that's worth taking every once and awhile. I love the onion pizza with feta cheese, yum! =) I also love how when you call to place an order, no matter what you order, it could be a salad or it could be 3 large pizzas, the guys there always tell you it will take "about 15 minutes." Ah, what customer service. :) read more

ZERO STARS- I called in an order the "Owner" said it would be 30mins. It was an HOUR later. Secondly-not what i asked for - Third and most of all I spoke to the OWNER of Pizza Factory and HE WAS SO RUDE. He didnt even apologize for the order being COMPLETELY WRONG and for how late the order was.In Fact,he was faulting me and taking over me. Customer Service ???? NONE.Im a business owner as well and I know that is NOT how you treat a person. On top of everything else the food is gross. Never ordering/reccomending there again. read more

While I've been eating here almost a decade I have never reviewed. And now it's time..... The Mediterraniean Calzone ROCKS!!!!! (eating it now, in fact) Can't say enough good things about it. Pizza is okay (little greasy),but sometimes greasy's good. Subs are yummy....I like the stek tip sub (and yes, they actually cook the tips the way you ask), but am wary of the chicken salad. Prices aren't bad and portions are decent. Not necessarily the place to have a sit down meal, but in a pinch, there are tables (and a T.V. that almost always has some form of cartoon on). Clean (sometimes friendly :-o ), and very fast. In the same plaza as a convenience store & liquor store, so depending on your day this could be one-stop shopping (ha ha). read more

Ordered an hour and a half ago. Delivery left the store 50 minutes ago. After 45 minutes on the road, it arrived. Steak and cheese showed up cold and soggy, wife's Alfredo is congealed, and able to be lifted off the ziti in one piece it is so cold. Buffalo finger appetizer is a spongy mess. This might be the most gross and unappetizing delivery order I've ever received. I wish there was a way to give zero stars. read more

It's convenient that you can order from them online and the delivery guy was very, very nice but I was not really impressed with any of their food. The pizza is Greek pizza and as a result I find it overly greasy and the cheese kind of sour tasting. I did think that the meatballs that were on the pizza were very good though. I had a steak & cheese calzone which was decent. I've had better but I wouldn't be opposed to ordering it again. However, the the buffalo fingers are so gross that they're just offensive. They appear to be chicken fingers with vinegar and black pepper poured on top. They bleu cheese dressing that came with them was so watery that at first I thought they gave me the wrong type. Frankly they were so bad that I tasted them, put them right in the fridge and never touched them again until I threw them away on trash day. I probably would have given this pizza place/sub shop 3 stars, but the horendous buffalo fingers had to drop it another star. read more

This used to be our go to place for delivery. It used to be awesome. Everything from the subs to calzone and pasta dishes, couldn't go wrong. Now they are just meh. Not sure what happened but the last few times everything was just meh. Sub rolls seemed stale. Salads all lettuce and like they were made two days ago. My last chicken parm with ziti was inedible. The ziti was hard, like it had been cooked and thrown in the fridge for a few days uncovered. I hope they get back on track, I miss the good food days of ole. read more

Place an order for a steak tip salad but instead I got "chunk lettuce steak tip salad" ... Mind you I am a regular customer who always orders from them along with my co-workers ! I am not one to complain about food but since I really used to enjoy their salads I'd figured they would want to know my feedback because at first I didn't want to never over from them again ! Anyways I got huge chuck pieces of romaine lettuce and very little steak ! I called and I was told that they can't do anything about the steak since steak is more expensive now according to whoever I spoke to and then I told him that my lettuce is all chunks ! He went on and told me there is nothing wrong with my salad and I am just complaining for no reason ! I took a picture and see it for yourself ! read more

Asian Chicken Salad is great and the Super Beef on an onion roll is very tasty. They butter their roll, sauce is fantastic. Good size for the price. Pizza is greek style. I have yet to try other things. read more

This place changed my mind completely about roast beef sandwiches. I went to Harrison's when I first came to North Andover, and my experience was terrible. However, the super beef sandwiches here? TOTALLY different experience. Firm roll instead of a soppy mess. Flavorful beef instead of a mushy slop. Great topping selections, like grilled peppers and other veggies. Fast turnover without making a mess of the sandwiches. Pizza Factory is my go-to for beef sandwiches. They're huge, well-made, delicious and convenient. No other roast beef sandwiches compare. :P read more

The last TWO, yes two, times I ordered here I was sick to my stomach. And by "sick" I mean stuff coming out of all ends if you catch my drift. Since I moved to this area, I have been trying out local pizza joints and avoiding the chains as much as I can. This place never disappoints. Have been their repeat customer for over few months now. I try to alternate between different places and always end up coming here once in a while. Pluses- Freshly made pizza and fresh ingredients. Family owned and run so there is this little extra humanity to the food they serve. My fav is their Mediterranean Pizza and their White Pizza. Just had a little orgasm even mentioning them. Love them. Also, the calzones are pretty good and I have tried their chicken kabob bomb sub which is pretty good as well. Keep on serving good mouth watering food. read more

Tasty pizza that has a 'sweet' tomato sauce (versus spicy/savory) which our family really enjoys. Salads are always fresh (a plus) but some of their fried food options are a little scary. In general, a place we will reguarly frequent to get yummy pizza. Definitely do take-out versus eat-in as the place is swarmed on Fri/Sat nights and there's not much room to sit. read more
