10/21/23 Ordered cinnamon bread for tomorrow and the worker was kind and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went in to pick it up! Very nice! Safe & clean! Fun environment. Just moved to town not too long ago and decided to try this place out because it's super close and I always enjoy supporting small business owners. Family and I were extremely happy with the pizza and excellent customer service. When I went to pick up my offer, the staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and were very welcoming! The pizza and mozzarella sticks were delicious and most importantly, my boys loved the food and are already asking to go back! My boy Clayton told me this place was the best. Truly was the best pie I've had on the west coast. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The pepperoni pie was extra crispy as it was asked for. Whenever we visit family at the Yellowstone Ranch we like to grab pizza from here to go. They're fast to get the orders out and all the pizzas we have tried have been very tasty. Our orders are always made correctly. I like to request BBQ sauce drizzle on some of the pizzas which makes it even more delicious! Highly recommend! read more

I called to order a pizza - they said they were busy and to call back in 45 minutes - I set my watch alarm and called in 45 minutes - got another person who told me to call back in 45 minutes who said they didn't do "timed" orders - I suggested I could just order it and then come in and wait and she didn't want to do that either . Dine in order on a Saturday night at 6:20. Assuming they are busy, but wasn't warned so we proceeded with our order. Pizza Factory makes a good pie, but the issue with this location is the lack of transparency. I believe a heads up prior to the order on the lag time would have been appropriate. However, as small business goes, the need for a dollar outweighs the need to provide service. After all it's only pizza. We waited nearly an hour to receive the pie. If I had known it was such a wait, I would not have waited. However, I would have returned another day. But now I think they lost me. Another thing I noticed is how the provide a comfortable work environment for the staff. The ceiling fans were blowing at full speed on a 50 degree day. Every customer that arrived complained about the cold and those who stayed went to get a coat or blanket. read more

This place is horrible. We have been waiting for 2 sandwiches for over 30 minutes. All the staff is busy talking behind the counter and laughing. The girl who took our order is just talking to her friends at the counter. I went over to the counter to ask about our food and the same girl who took our order just walked away. Pizza factory has not updated their yelp menu Prices I ordered some garlic bread through them and they charge double of what the prices are on the Yelp. I told the lady at the counter when I picked it up they need to revise their prices on yelp, but they said oh I'm sorry-and I said they need to honor the prices on Yelp but they don't and they will not . so I will not honor myself to go there and buy their pizzas or anything else. The pizza is delicious and worth the extra amount compared to a place like Me n Ed's but the main reason why I keep coming back, is the customer service. They always go above and beyond. Managers/Owners follow up with any issues if not resolved right away. Delivery drivers are always ahead of the estimated time. Daily specials are a steal. Good selection of beer on tap. Oh and they don't short you on toppings. Hard to find a better pizza place around the area. This location is also highly involved in the local community. Rude customer service. They got my order wrong, when I waited over 40 min for my order. I have been coming here for the past couple days to help them during this COVID19 pandemic. The girl that took my order blamed it on someone else and she was the only girl working there. Then she offered me 10%off she said for my miscommunication. Smh!! Then I asked for a manager and I spoke to owen and he was even worse idk how he even works there as a manager. He was so rude and didn't offer to make the issue right after his staff made the error. Very disappointed. It took over an hour to get our order and the place was not that crowded, but I do understand they have takeout orders by phone they are fulfilling. Went in right about 5:30 on a Thursday and did not receive our completed order till 6:40. The sandwiches came out before the pizza and it was made incorrectly. They did apologize and said they would fix it as it was written on the order. I would think that that would be a rush order since they had made it wrong the first place but apparently they put it behind all the other orders and it took another 35 minutes to receive the corrected order. The other thing that bothered us was that one of the seven people behind the counter must have had a bad case of allergies and was wiping his nose on his shirt and his forearm the whole time he was behind the partition making the pizza. Several people around me also commented on that. I will not be eating here again. read more
