This location has the friendliest staff! Sean the owner, always remembers your name no matter how long it's been since your last visit. That in itself is amazing!! Pizza and 5 cheese bread is delicious as well as their salads. They always bag up your salad with utensils and dressing and they never forget the dipping sauce for the cheese bread. Not to mention they keep the line moving fast and never keep you waiting long. All of the employees are always courteous and oolite and make conversation while you wait. I know this may not seem like a big deal but recently I visited the Papa Murphy location on Shaw & Marks and I waited about 20 minutes for my order with no dipping sauce or any of the other things that make it more convenient like a bag to put it all in lol. Not much to say tbh, the service is good... however, I've had to wait 10-15 minutes over their estimated order times every single time, a little irritating but not enough to make me complain. We were not late in picking up our pizza, but it was clearly made way ahead of time and overly soft. We like to cook ours on the grill after first baking it for 10 minutes. You couldn't even remove it from the cardboard. It came off in pieces and made a mess in our oven. Lost a lot of toppings. We do this everytime without a problem, but it was made a long time ago and was way overheated instead of refrigerated this time. This was our first order at this location. I absolutely love this Papa Murphy's on Millburn. It is close to home, convenient and very inexpensive. I am all about customer service and this establishment has executed every time I have visited. I normally always pick up my pizza right after work (5-ish) and the wait time is very minimal. Today I purchased their latest special; Half Hawaiian half pepperoni. Perfect combination for my families taste buds and only $10 for a family size. Plenty of pizza leftover for tomorrow's lunch. Stopped by this location after visiting my dad and pizza sounded good. My first thought was go to the Clinton and Brawley location because the service is great and the staff always load your pizza up with toppings but I decided to try this location. The store is in a good location with lots of parking and is very clean. That's the good the bad is the staff are very new and take forever to get your pizza ready. And when they do get around to making your pizza they measures out all the toppings to the exact weight. I mean the guys making my pizza pulled two pinches of cheese out of the bowl. Really come on. I think I will go to the Brawley location next time where they are fast, friendly, and always load your pizza up with toppings. read more

This location has historically been the absolute best in Fresno. However, in the last couple of months things have really gone downhill. The once happy, energetic staff now appear to be unhappy and stressed out. I have noticed that they have recently begun to close earlier. Their hours state SUN-TH 11-8 and FRI-SAT - 11-9:15. I went on a Tuesday at 7:30 and was literally turned away. I attempted to call in an order on a Friday at 8:15 and was told that no more orders were being taken for the evening. I am unsure as to what has changed recently, but the changes aren't good! read more

Shame on you!! My kiddos saw your sign that said 5$ pepperoni pizza and asked if we could get one!! My daughter went in and placed an order for 2. She came out and told me she didn't have enough money it was over $20 bucks. He even remembers and calls me by name every time I walk in... which is an impressive feat when you consider how many consumers must come through this store. I've been going to this place since it had opened and the pizza and service was great. I went in today to pick up my call in order and the lady behind the counter told me I still had to wear a mask! I didn't get vaccinated to continue wearing a mask!!! Apparently they're still playing pandemic and will cease to get any of my business as long as their mask mandate is in effect. Whenever I visit my family in Fresno we always order pizza to keep it simple. This time, we decided to try Papa Murphy's and all I got to say is never will I ever go back to eating delivery again. We ordered the Cowboy Pizza and Custom Deep Dish; they didn't skimp out on the toppings at all. All we did was pop it in the oven and let it bake for 15 min. on 425 deg (that's what worked for us) and it was perfectly cooked. The employees were all extremely considerate and polite; it didn't take them more than 5 minutes to get us our pizza's ready. We were literally innout! *Cooking tip- if you do not cook the pizza thoroughly, the toppings will be runny. That goes for any pizza, as I know that some had this issue. read more

I like how clean it is in there. I like the smell that hits you as you first walk thru the door. The people are kind, my order has never been wrong and their sides perfectly accompany any pie you go with. I was going to end it there, but I thought I might add that their cheese is actual cheese. I don't know if anyone else notices that every other pizza place around town uses 'cheese' that taste like plastic and it even settles like plastic, too, when it cools, but not here. We've been here approx. half a dozen times since they opened and so far they're batting 1000. I have ZERO complaints. The pizza is great. As far as weighing the toppings go, I really don't mind because at least you know you're getting what you're paying for. I give them five stars because (as I said above) we always change up the orders (add extra cheese, take this off etc.) and they've always been "No problem, tell us how you want it". My Wife loves the pan crust. My Son loves the stuffed five meat. I pretty much love them all (Combo is my Fav.) All in all, they're great! read more

I visit this location approximately twice a month and have never had anything other than a great experience. They are quick and the pizza is priced reasonably. Many varieties and toppings are plentiful. The employees are friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is the price of their 2 liter pop, I feel it's marked up far too much. read more
