1/10/26 Happy Saturday everyone! Getting lunch! I called and ordered a veggie calzone with chicken added and red sauce on the side. The worker was very kind and said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived! Greeted by kind worker. Order almost ready. Paid for it and told it was almost ready. I was early. Asked for crushed peppers & Parmesan too. Received order shortly later with a thank you and good day wishes! Great! Very nice inside. Safe and clean. You can tell it's family oriented. Arcade games and a big bar too! Lunchtime! Veggie chicken calzone split. My half was tasty & DELICIOUS!! Crushed peppers spiced it up and made it even better! Fresh, Flavorful with a good amount of chicken & veggies! GREAT dipping sauce too!! Do not eat at the pit. The service sucks. I was treated like a bitch and I found hair in my food. This is on top of the server treating me like I was stealing their food when o bought 2 pizzas and a foot long sandwich. Wow! Very unappreciative business. We will not be going back. I only tried this place since it was an old Me-n-Eds. Place is like a convience store. Ice cream, snacks, signs everywhere inside and out. Pizza was really nothing to go back for. Service was nice. I don't see myself going back. read more

On the NW corner of Ashlan and Cedar. Older pizza place/bar with about six or so booths and rows of (sticky) picnic tables. It was quite warm in there, but hooray., the weather is supposed to start cooling off around here finally. The hubby and I ordered a medium combo pizza to eat there. The girls behind the counter were very nice. We got our drinks and sat down to wait for our pizza. It wasn't too long before they called our number. Our pizza was quite tasty. Went here well waiting for clothes to dry at the near by laundromat. Very nice find for sure. The place feels old school but in a good way. Service was good. The pizza was very good and really good cheese that had some pull big plus for me. This place also had a bar so I was able to get a good cocktail. This place has now become our go to for most pizza nights. For sure highly recommend this place for your pizza needs. read more

Ordered stuffed potato skins and a large (extra large?) 3 topping pizza through Doordash. Plus some ranch and jalapenos. Stuffed potato skins were mealy and under seasoned. The cheese and bacon was not enough to add flavor and pop. Would have wished for sour cream, salsa, something... The pizza was amply topped but undercooked. I ended up throwing most of it away. First time there and the owner I'm guessing he was by the way he spoke to me and the employee. Canceled my pick up order from Doordash since I didn't have a pizza bag which is not required through DoorDash. If so the store has to provide one for you through DoorDash since they receive bags from them. Been doing this for years and have never had this happen. On August 27 A fellow of friends & me. Had walk inside of pizza pit to watch the raiders game. We had called and ask if they were showing the raiders game & the young lady on the phone said yes. So we rush over there with Excitement to watch the game because no other places were showing the raiders vs cowboy game. We went inside pizzapit with excitement as soon as we got to the bar to order a drink right away the bar tender right away told one of my friend that his not going to serve him a drink because he looks drunk we thought he was just joking with us at 1st Because he was laughing along with us after that we went to go order our pizza and beer at at the front counter they check all our id's and was fine and he told us again I am not serving your friend because he looks drunk mind you we all were completely sober My friend has a sleepy eye and English is he 2nd language I had informed the bar tender have you seen my friend stumble does he smell like alcohol or do you see him acting drunk and he said no so I told him how are you Determinating that my friend is drunk and he just kept on saying I have the right to refuse service to anyone that looks drunk So he was pretty much Discriminating how my friend face looks with no signs of falling over or stuttering his words or smell of alcohol on him And I had ask to speak to the manager and the young lady at the counter said the bar tender is the owner So we Respectfully left and would not be returning For Discrimination read more

Pizza Pit is close to our house, and is sort of a Me N Ed's style pizza. They usually have good specials, and so this has become our go to place, when we don't want Little Caesars! (Specials usually revolve around: 1 Large 1 topping $11.99, a special for 2 large one topping, a special for 1 large 3 topping, and then a Large specialty with wings.) We don't usually like dining in, because there are definitely improvements that can be made to the interior of the dinning room. However, we have had end of the soccer season pizza parties here, and the long tables and benches in the middle make keeping all the kiddos together super easy! They don't take reservations for parties, as it is first come first served. So if you want to have something here, I'd recommend as its usually pretty quiet-but come early to set up some table cloths. I will say, from a couple years ago to this last season's pizza party- they definitely did make some changes for the better to the set up of the interior tables- This was good! But they have some booths that could be fixed up. Service is usually good, pizzas have a quick turnaround-both dine in and take out. I have no experience with delivery. The ladies are nicer than the guys here, sorry guys! But that's the truth! If you don't like people, I'd suggest not helping with the customers-and do more of the behind the scenes work. read more

We have been here twice and love their food! We don't live in Fresno but have taken our kids and some of their friends to Aerozone trampoline park around the corner so came over here for pizza after. I must say the pizza is absolutely FANTASTIC! I wish we lived closer just to be able to order pizza. The staff (who is the owners) have been in nice to us both times we came in with our kids and their friends. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because the dining area could use some work. The video games and the toy vending machines are a nice addition but not all work and toy/sticker vending machines were pretty empty and ate the kid's quarters. Overall would I come back? Heck yeah because their pizza was so good! read more

Wasn't sure what to expect here. Not much to look at outside and seemed dated when I walked in. Sandra was my cashier and also made my pizza. Food was as great as the service I received. Quality toppings are used here and the pizza was made with just the right amount of crisp on the crust. With the quality food and service I am surprised that I was the only guest eating here today. Pretty sure with being so close to residential neighborhoods and what appears to be a pretty good bar and tap setup, this place gets busy at night. Recommend coming out for lunch and taking advantage of their lunch special. 3 topping personal pizza and a drink for $7.87 plus tax and tip. Thanks for the great lunch! I will be back soon read more

This is getting one star because zero or negative numbers are not available. We ordered thru DoorDash one of the pizzas had a hair baked into it. I called the Pit and spoke with the manager Sandra, she kept saying thats weird. We thought it was it was a facial hair then told me no men working. Well its a thin hair I said. I did Not get a "I am sorry" and told me I needed call DoorDash. I hung up mad especially with COVID-19 going around we all lost our appetite. Then I get a call back its her telling me its vegetable matter, she knows 100%. Then she talks over me, annoyed. Having been in food service as a Manager this is unacceptable. This place is horrible and NOT worth anyone's money. I have tried this place two or three times, hoping it would get better but NO. It didn't. Let's first start off with the service...super slow and not the friendliest. It took about 30-45 minutes for us to get our 1 pepperoni large pizza. On top of that, there is no one stationed at there bar. We waited their for several minutes and even though the workers at the cash register saw us, they did not say or do anything until we went directly to them to ask if someone could help us. The lady at the cash registered responded "we will send someone out to help". And, once again, we were left waiting at the bar for several seconds. When a worker (who I thought was the bartender) came to get our drinks, I told him I wanted a snakebite. He looked completely dumbfounded and confused sooooo I had to explain to him what it was even though I thought all bartenders should know this stuff. He tried to make it for me but it taste like crap cause obviously he had no idea what he was doing. Now, the food...the pizza is super bland although it does have that nice brick oven crust like me-n-Ed's. But I repeat....IT TASTE SO BLAND. There's literally no flavor to the pizza, like not even salt. It's so weird. I rather have little caesars which is saying a lot for a pizza lover like myself. I also ordered wings. Now this part of the part that completely ruined my hope for this place. I went up to the counter to ask about my order of wings (which they forgot about). The lady at the cash registered said "we're making it right now" even though we already got our pizza which meant 30-40 minutes have already gone by. No apology from her of course (bad customer service skills). So I stood there and waited to make sure they were making it. To my horror, the cook grabbed out a bag of FOSTER FARMS MICROWAVEABLE buffalo wings (yes, like the one you can get at the grocery store!) She just put them a try and put them in the oven. I was so shocked, I didn't even know what to say so I just went back to sit down hoping they would at least make their own sauce for it. When I got my wings, they were super moist and soft (not crunchy) and there was no sauce in them other than the sauce it came in from the bag! I seriously was so upset that they just used premade, prepackaged chicken wings from the grocery store without even adding additions sauce to it. It taste exactly like the ones at the grocery store yet they charged $12 for 6 wings?? I could have just ran to save mart and bought the whole back for $12, and I would have gotten more. Overall, I'm just extremely disappointed with the food quality and customer service at this place. They really need to step it up. And honestly, I have no idea why they are still in business. After my horrible experiences, I thought, for sure, they weren't going to get business. I know I'm definitely not coming here anymore. This is a pizza place. I came in to get a soda to go. The manager charged the guy in front of me who was Mexican, $2 for a soda. He charged me $3.25 for an 8 oz cup of soda. I suspect because I'm white. I'll never go there again. This place is racist. Loud obnoxious music. read more

This is one of my favorite places in town. It's a local joint that used to be a Me 'n' Ed's way back in the day. The pizza is great and they are generous with toppings. I personally love the combination and a regular ol' 1 topping pepperoni. They also have a lot of appetizers available although I haven't tried them because I love the pizza so much. Like a lot of local spots, they are struggling a bit with labor shortages but they are honest about the wait and I think it's worth it! Go eat there! NOW! read more

The Scene Two families of about 4 occupied two tables and 4 people were drinking at the bar. You can say it was pretty empty on an early Saturday night. There were two male cooks, one female cashier, and another female who was not only a cashier and bartender, but the delivery driver as well. The atmosphere was loud like any other bar and there were two tv's playing the ufc fight night and a basketball game. Other forms of entertainment include a jukebox and arcade games. The staff were friendly and customers were enjoying themselves. 6:25pm I walked into the establishment and there was two guests in line to order. 6:30pm One of the girls left to make a delivery. As I made my order with the cashier, a new family arrived and lined up behind me. 6:40pm Two guys entered the venue and sat at the bar. 6:45pm The delivery girl returned. The gentleman who ordered before me was given his order, but he sent it back saying it was for take-out. They quickly packaged it up and sent him on his way. 6:50pm The owner walks out from a room behind the jukebox and asks the two guys if they've been helped. Then asks the delivery girl to take care of them before bolting back to the batcave behind the jukebox. 6:55pm The family that arrived and ordered after me received their order. Two employees walked pass me twice and no word on my order. 7:00pm I approached the front desk and asked about my order. They said oh it is right here. It was sitting on top of the pizza oven and they said sorry. Then sent me on my way. The food was cold by the time I got home (3minute drive), but the pizza wasnt terrible... but it wasnt great either, for some reason it looked like a slice was missing (see pictures). The cheese on the cheesy breadsticks was lacking. It seemed like the cheese drooped to the middle while cooking, leaving a lot of the breadsticks bare. Love pizza pit it's my #1 when I want good pizza, we usually order for delivery only picked up a couple of times because coupon required it. Is craving pizza today I had a coupon that had apparently expired but they ordered it anyway super cool of them staff is always friendly and courteous and they didn't have to wait too long for my order after arriving. I give them 4 1/2 stars though, my pit special was missing mushrooms! Of course this is the first time my order has ever been messed up and we've been getting pizza pit since they were on Blackstone and Princeton and had a different owner. read more

The food was good! Pizza was good, and I liked how perfectly cooked our wings were. Price was good and they were able to knock out our order super quickly. None of that earns that 5th star. Originally we placed our order through GrubHub. We were at work so my time was limited. We ordered online so we could be back to clock back in. I got to the pizza parlor and they didn't have my order. In fact, GribHub never processed the order. I asked for the same order and paid at the restaurant. I showed the young lady the transaction and honored the special pricing that was offered by GrubHub. She got my order done and I was back to work with a couple minutes to spare. They didn't have to bust butt to get my order out. They didn't have to honor the pricing that saved me a few bucks. Not only did they do all that, she kept telling me how bad she felt that my order never got to her. Now, I will not be using GrubHub again. Pizza pit canceled my order when it finally arrived to the. I go ahead and ask for an order to pick up and the tone continues to be rude and it just sounded like they didn't want my business. Disappointing customer service.
