The employee who we figured out was the owner was so sweet, and we felt welcomed the moment we walked in. The customer service was consistent every time as we observed! We had people over for a play date and we had a coupon that we were going to use. Online only. So we ordered the pizza online, half and half, it said 17 minutes.... so my husband went to pick it up, checked in and the front person stated oh yes its 2 minutes away from being ready.... then time passes and he goes up again and asks if it's ready yet, and they said they actually didn't make it and it would be started then and be ready 10 minutes later, well that was too late. We were on a timeline, we did it online, even checked in to make sure, and still got screwed. So he came back we wound up just giving snacks and won't make this mistake again. read more

Always loved getting pizza guys in San Jose. So glad I can finally get it here! The speed of delivery was quick and they had great deals.

I'm always looking for a different pizza place and with Pizza Guys being so close (about a mile away) it was a no brainer. I called in for my order and waited the allotted time so my pickup was easy and the pizza was still hot and fresh once back home. The place was clean and neat, the service was prompt and courteous with no hassle, if you desire to eat in there are booths nearby and comfortable and they keep the dining area air conditioned for your convenience. I've been to some pizza places where it was hot from the ovens and very pleasant for sitting and eating. My choice is pepperoni, Italian sausage and mushroom which turned out very good. I'm sure you'll enjoy yourselves here, I know once football season starts I'll be eating here but until then it's worth a few visits. read more

I decided to give Pizza Guys another shot because it has so much potential. This time the pizza looks a lot better, but to be honest, in my own opinion, their dough kinda sucks, it's dense and kinda oily and doesn't taste that good. I ordered their pepperoni pinwheels and their dough doesn't give me that wow factor and i thought it could be so much better, but it's not. If they changed or revised their dough to be more airy and less dense, it would taste a lot better. I'm giving Pizza guys an extra star because I finally met the female boss lady, aka the owner, and she had the friendliest kind smile i've ever seen after picking up my order. I had a great time at the Pizza Guys event. There was a myriad of specialty pizzas available to choose from. There are so many I would have liked to try, and probably will. I went with a safe choice for now and got the MVP - pepperoni, sausage, and olives. You can't go wrong with those toppings, and I really enjoyed the pizza. I love pizza like this. It's not thin nor is it bready. The dough had the right amount of chewiness and had a great flavor. Every bite had a topping or two. No complaints. There was plenty of seating to wait for your order, and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. I saw that they were all willing to chip in to whatever was going on to help get orders out. I work in Visalia and have seen ads for the Pizza Guys there, so I'll have to stop by to see if they live up to my experience here. read more

This family run franchise has been opened for about five months now. The owners Scott and Eva Luu, are from Sacramento and run a clean and efficient business. They are welcoming and friendly. They have a menu on their website and offer QUITE a variety of pizza, both Tuscan thin or stuffed. I ordered a 'Hawaiian Luau' with the garlic/parmesan stuffed crust. I phoned in my order and It was ready in 20 minutes! YAY! It is located in a nice area of Clovis, around the corner from Trader Joe's on Willow Avenue. We opened up the box at home, and our pizza had pepperoni rather than the Canadian ham described on their menu. BOO HOO! But it was very tasty nonetheless! I thought the stuffed crust was very good. Came here tonight and we were very happy! Thank you Pizza guys ! Called in my order and the young lady was very nice, order took only 15 mins for pick up. Upon entering, the restaurant itself was very clean with plenty of seating. Was greeted immediately and everyone was really nice. I ordered a spicy Laua which had pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeños and YES, pineapple belongs on pizza ! The pizza had a great sauce, nice crust and was not greasy at all. Large helpings of toppings, very friendly staff, and a clean and well maintained space have vaulted this Pizza Guys franchise to one of our top take out restaurants when we're wanting a pie. This was my second visit after they hosted a Yelp event a while back. On this visit, the young woman at the counter was incredibly friendly and struck up a chat with our 6yo about the stuffed animals she'd brought into the restaurant. We ordered a small pepperoni and olive for our daughter and a large spinach garlic chicken with stuffed crust for the adults. The toppings were generous and the stuffed crust was actually filled, not with gaps between the bread and cheese. I think I'd prefer my crust cooked a little more, but it wasn't undercooked either. We also ordered wings tossed in sweet bbq sauce and others tossed in the Kogi chili sauce. The latter is highly recommended! A bit salty with the kick of chilis, it was delicious. First contact via phone Kaitlyn was a 10. I called because we received a flyer in the mail that seemed a little too good to be true. She said it was totally legit. We ordered two totally different pizzas and they were both absolutely perfect! Strangely, I wasn't going to order based on the pictures in the flyer, but I looked them up on yelp and the pictures on yelp looked pretty good and the pizzas do look and match like the pictures on yelp. At a recent birthday party for a Grandson that I hosted, the kids brought Pizza Guys Pizza. They brought several pies, some Pepperoni, some Combinations, both with regular crust. The first thing I noticed, is they use actual sausage chunks, not the spongy mystery meat "pillows " found on some pizzas in the area! Generally speaking, I found both pies to be delicious and could taste the difference vs other places. The other pet peeve of mine with Pizza, is if the toppings don't go out to the edge of the crust. Sometimes it seems you have to order a large pizza to get the area of toppings covering a medium. Not here! Toppings go all the way out, leaving a respectable amount of crust to pick the piece up. So, last night my son and I ordered for pick up, a large half Combination + bacon and half Tuscan Garlic Chicken. I also ordered a small Beef Taco Pizza and an order of Cheezee Bacon Rolls. This Taco Pizza was delicious and actually tasted like taco, unlike another I tried previously, elsewhere. The toppings were generous, especially the sliced Jalapeños. The Cheezee bacon rolls, similar to a garlic knot, are generously sized and very tasty. I can't speak to service because my son picked the order up, but he said everything was fine. I paid by credit card in the app. What also really liked, is the variety of items, and the available customization and sauce options. They also have flatbreads, pasta, wings, and salads. We ordered the Artichoke Fiesta (added sausages), Serrano Chili Pizza (added jalapeño), and chicken wings with mango habanero dipping sauce on the side. Everything was super tasty and they were not shy on toppings either. Chicken was nice and crispy.
