Oh my hearttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!! Where do I even begin with such TREMENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!??? Okay, so I was asked to throw a baby shower long distance. After my first phone call to Pizza Factory there was ZERO doubt that they were going to be the PERFECT place and man did they deliver. Keaton was helpful from DAY ONE, 2 months prior to the shower. He texted me from his personal cell with photos of the location and venue so I could prepare the decor from 5 hours away. He texted me while he was on vacation to let me know he was still accessible if I had questions ( so thoughtful ) and took my calls (to the restaurant) hours before they opened. Bailie and Mckell* were also there day of and checked on us frequently from the moment we showed up at 11am to set up for the party at one. They brought PLENTY of food so quickly as people arrived and were so friendly to all of our guests making sure they were helped, even though we opted out of having a traditional type of server/ service. The space was so clean and open with plenty of tables and chairs for 40 people and even with an unexpected lunch rush, we felt so valued and taken care of. As a person who loves to throw parties at a restaurant, THIS Pizza Factory is HANDS DOWN the friendliest, cleanest, most helpful, tastiest, affordable, delicious place I have EVER hosted a a large party at. WOW!!!!!! We will absolutely be coming here to enjoy the food and service anytime we are in Cedar. THANK YOU KEATON SO SO MUCH, for literally EVERYTHING. read more

Ordered deep dish and got thin crust. The crust was half-raw. When we were literally on our last bite of the thin-crust pizza, a worker came over and held out a deep-dish pizza in a to-go box. We explained that we were traveling and had nowhere to put it. The response was literally, "So you don't want this?" read more

ATTENTION OWNER: VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISTURBED. On Friday night, June 13, 2025. We called and they said they seat people and take orders until 9:30pm. We got there at around 9pm. I would say 5 employees (teenagers) saw us and did not say a word until at least 5 minutes later. The reason we were ignored is because they were cleaning. But that's not the worst part. After she stood right in front of us to finish folding about 8 towels without saying a single word to us. Which is SO RUDE!!! I watched the cashier EMPTY THE GARBAGE CAN; walk directly to the register and say to the man ahead of us "how can I help you," as she started punching numbers on the register. NO SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS!!! Needless to say, we walked out. I miss the old days when it was actually a sit down restaurant. Back when they took pride in their business. I WOULD NOT WANT TO EST THE FOOD HERE. I WOULD NOT TRUST THE CLEANLINESS OF THIS PLACE. ON NOTICE FOR FOOD BORN ILLNESS. read more

All the food is great! The soup like chicken enchilada, broccoli cheddar cheese. Nom nom! The steak bomb blows up with flavors of delicious meat. Salad bar, pizza. The staff is always nice. They do a good job there on Main Street in cedar city! read more

Customer service was okay, but there was definitely attitude. The kitchen staff seemed very young, and it would benefit the restaurant to have adult cooks or supervision. My pasta was watery, lacked flavor, and was disappointing overall. For the price, I expected better quality. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

Great salad bar. Pizza was ok for what it was. Their menu says pizza Margherita. Pizza Margherita is a classic Italian pizza. So classic the Italian government dictates how it should be made. Simply tomatoes or tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and leaves of basil. The pizza at Pizza factory is basically a vegetable pizza. It has no relation to a traditional " Margherita Pizza". Don't get me wrong the pizza we received ( Their version of a Margherita) was good but it was not a Margherita Pizza. read more

Food was great. Our waitress was NOT friendly. We will go back, but she should talk to the customers. Just saying! I recommend the pasta and bread sticks. read more

Food was watery and portion was small. The service was fine but it just seemed like a bunch of teenagers who didn't really care to check on their customers or care at all. read more

Came here for dinner around 5:30pm on a Saturday. It was busy but they move quickly. You order and pay for your food and they bring it out to you. It was not a long wait at all. They have chicken wings pasta salad and breadsticks with a variety of dipping sauce. Pizza was decent but way too much cheese. The chicken wings only have one flavor with seasoning. It was good to have ranch to dip. Overall if you're looking for mediocre food with no long wait come here. read more

The worst pizza we've ever had. GF and I stopped in because I remember when the place was a different location and great. Pizza sauce is basically tomato sauce. Cold toppings and tasteless dry crust. Sooooo disappointed! Service was fine, but they expect tips before being served and you order at the counter. read more

The food is good as fuck, the service is good as fuck, and the over all experience was just emmaculate.

Really good pizza. Not sure if it's the crust or that they layer the toppings over the sauce and the cheese last but it was really tasty. The salad bar was great as well. We were in town for the weekend so we'll have to come back and check out their pastas next time around. We tried the breadsticks as well and they freshly made were seasoned well and perfect for dipping. read more

pretty nasty watching the teenage boys all be the cooks and lick their fingers as they make and prep your food... I've also seen at times bloody bandaids on their fingers as they make food. oh, and of course, no gloves, no hair nets and what seems to be no rules... read more

Had a pizza - regular crust. Came out in a very reasonable period of time. Too much cheese for my taste and 2 pieces filled me up and left me feeling stuffed for hours. Good amount of our selected toppings were put on - appreciated that! This isn't a Papa John's pizza for sure. I enjoyed the very casual ambiance. Come in and order at the counter and then sit wherever you want, grab your drinks, etc. No hovering wait staff to interrupt your conversation. read more

Apparently I'm unable to leave zero stars. One word describes the Pizza here, Horrid. It's inexpensive, raw and inedible. Carried out a pizza tonight. Clearly ordered a thin crust, sausage and mushroom pizza. Asked for it to be "well done", brought the pizza home, wife informed me "this is raw". Cheese was sort of melted, but yes the crust was raw. Sage your money and dine somewhere else. read more

We ordered pasta, pizza and breadsticks. The pasta was watery and cold the pizza was completely burnt the breadsticks were reheated but the only decent tasting thing. The restaurant was dirty, food all over the floor. Every table but one was filthy and there was only 2 other groups of people in there. Would never recommend this location to anyone. The health board needs to take a look around. So gross. It was not apparent how dirty the place was until we sat down but I figured maybe a rush just happened and they would be cleaning up but no, just a bunch of 16 year olds working who want to talk instead of do their job. We didn't even finish our food just walked out! read more

I had a pick up order for 7:15pm, I got there a little late (so it should have been ready) and when I got there they had me wait in the long line to pay for my food, only then did they proceed to get my order together very, very slowly. I was waiting for 20 minutes before I got my food. The chicken was also burnt and pretty much inedible. Not the best experience. read more

Tried a small deluxe & cheese pizza as well as 2 of their huge chocolate chip cookies. Pizza was actually pretty good! The cookies were ok. The salad bar looked delicious. We'll definitely be back! read more

I went to College in this small town... They had a phenomenal place called the pizza factory. This was always a campus favorite. Over 40 years later I came back in the same restaurant is still in business. It's owned an operated a bit different.... Which I don't like. However, the food is phenomenal. The ingredients on the top of the pizza are fun and plentiful. I will go back to this place!!! read more

Had a negative experience but the manager Spencer took care of it immediately. Food was good

The food was amazing! We had a party of 19 and were all served quickly. The price was not bad at all for the quality and service !! We always stop on our way back home from our cabin stay at Duck Creek and it's a must!!! read more

Overpriced, horribly prepared food in a restaurant with dirty tables, dirty floors, & dirty salad bar. The chicken parm is $14. Ok. Fine. But it's supposed to be breaded, with melted mozzarella on it. Not this place. They prepare their's with spaghetti noodles, noodle water, and garnished with burnt squash. Lest I forget the overcooked, rubbery chicken and the jar sauce that was probably more intended for the local jail inmates. Wife had a calzone....calzone being a term I use loosely with this place. Their calzone was over baked, dry, and filled with luncheon meat. I'm sure they know how dry their calzone is, because as a side this place gives you a bowl of chunky tomatoes (which I'm sure they just popped the can, poured them in a bowl, and slapped them in the microwave). read more

I've been here twice now. The first time was decent. Price point was reasonable and the pizza was fine. I wanted to try their deep dish so I ordered one tonight and I was extremely disappointed. Their version of a deep dish pizza is just a regular pizza except there's more dough. This isn't deep dish pizza, it's just bready pizza. And on top of that, the pizza itself had bald spots where there wasn't even any cheese or toppings, whereas in a deep dish there should be a thick layer of cheese and sauce. I called and spoke to the manager and his response was basically "sorry, that's just how we do it." read more

My husband and I decided to go to the Pizza Factory for dinner. After looking at the menu I decided to get pasta with white clam sauce, my huband ordered pasta with meat sauce. Go to the counter to order and the cashier was confused as to the white clam sauce. I told her that it was on the menu and asked to see the menu again. The menu she handed me had the white clam and the one below it marked out with a sharpie. Ok, I then ordered the alfredo sauce and added mushrooms. We both also ordered a one-time salad bar and sodas. We sit down and get our salads and drinks and noticed that the table next to us still uncleared from the previous diners. I then also immediately noticed the presence of flies. The Pizza Factory in my opinion does have a good salad bar. The food however, in terms of their pasta was not good and the noodles tasted days old. The alfredo sauce was so thick you could have used it for wall paper paste. No flavor. My husband's dish, spaghetti with meat sauce was really bad. The noodles were over cooked and the sauce tasted like it had come out of a jar or boiling bag. It was the first time, in a long time, he barely ate any of it and did not want to take it home. Right before we left someone finally did come and clear the tables next to us. Lots and lots of files. It's a never again on our list. read more

Please add Vegan options. The pizza crust was not done, kind of mushy. The pizza sauce is very bland. The salad bar is filthy with food dropped and not picked up. read more

One of the best pizza spots in Cedar City. The pizza is always great and the bread sticks are huge.

Was having dinner with my family when we overheard the manager named James yelling at a young female employee very loudly and in front of everyone to "Shut the Fuck Up". The poor girl had tears streaming down her face. How is that ever ok to treat employees this way. We left soon after that as the mood was ruined by this manager. Also the alfredo sauce has no flavor. And the pizza was only ok. We will not support a business that allows this to happen. read more

This place could be great. Bread sticks were awesome, but the pizza was industrial, the pasta was bland. Was that cheese or glue on the pizza? We're still talking about it and don't have an answer. Don't bother ordering any toppings because they will be non-existent. Place was clean and decent every time I've been there. Don't expect great food here, but do order the bread sticks. read more

Horrible experience. The wait was insane, two things in our order were wrong, and I waited an hour for my corrected meal. I finally had to go ask about it. It was sitting on the counter. By then, my family was waiting in the car, so I transferred it to a to-go box and asked the girl for a fork. Nope. No take-out forks. What? They literally have a drive-thru. We stopped at a gas station for a fork so I could actually eat my food. My sun-dried tomatoes were burned to a crisp. My husband will eat anything and wouldn't even eat this. It was awful. Two hours crappy service and crappy food. read more

Honestly this one of the best places to eat in town! I've been many times and I always leave completely satisfied. There's a nice feel to this little restaurant that is great for any occasion. If you aren't interested in pizza don't worry the rest of their food is great as well! The soup is particularly good and the breadsticks are perfect! No problems with service and we were checked on multiple times throughout our meal. read more

Food was excellent! Service wasn't great, every table was dirty and every visible worker was on their cell phones.

Visiting in Cedar City and decided to try the Pizza Factory here. Was really disappointed to find out that they're raspberry lemonade at this location is syrup and thawed raspberries in a cup and you add Hi-C pink or Orange lemonade. The St. George location serves freshly made raspberry lemonade. The garlic bread sticks were ok but again not the same quality as St. George. Pizza was delicious and the services was good so I gave them 4 stars. If you're going to be part of a chain the quality of the food should be the same. read more

We were hesitant to come here after seeing the 2.5 star total reviews but really glad we did. Obviously we aren't the only people that were glad because it got pretty busy while we were eating. Our food came fairly quickly, the workers were nice & positive, and the pizza was great! We got a half margarita, half BBQ chicken pizza & neither disappointed! The margarita was loaded with veggies which was a delicious surprise (that's what I get for not reading the whole description lol) but it had amazing flavor & I really loved it. My husband loved the BBQ chicken too. It was a win win. The only thing we found weird was that they don't do the cinnamon & sugar breadsticks but that really didn't bother us. We just ordered the garlic instead & they were read more

Have to say the Breadsticks with alfreado is my ultimate favorite. Never go wrong ordering the breadsticks. They have changed up the way you order. You now order when you walk in and seat your self. Put the good old number on the table and wait for your order. Not sure I like this. It seemed nicer when they had waiters and it was a tradition sit down restaurant. Lost the personal feel. Again the breadsticks were fantastic and the rest of the meal was ok. read more

To sum it up in a word......average. I don't know of too many pizza options when traveling through Cedar City, so if we want pizza we usually go here. The restaurant was clean, and appears like a typical pizza joint. We were seated quickly, and our server checked in on a few occasions with us. We love the breadsticks. The pizza is average, so we add toppings, Parmesan, and red peppers. Been here on a few occasions over the years. read more
