Food is excellent!! Best Pizza in Central New Jersey, hands down. Skip places like alphones is skip Domino's and skip Nomad. The service and food is TOP NOTCH QUALITY oh they're local restaurants further service and food have decided to downgrade the ingredients such as at other competitors. You feel like you're eating chewy steak versus at the Pizza den, you have it excellent food. The man coasta is, uh, killer, awesome dude, really nice guy. The ambiance is quaint. Small and nice. I'd love this place. This is the best pizzeria around, skip all those others and come to the PIZZA DEN!!

Great small pizza restaurant. Limited menu, organic and fresh ingredients. Ordered a personal crispy pie and Arugula salad. Everything tasted delicious and very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

The pizza was really delicious! The dough was tasty and the flavor was great. The bacon and the pepperoni were juicy and well-flavored. The service was excellent too. They also offer a comfortable environment for enjoying pizza.

That's great to hear! Fresh pizza with sausage and pepperoni is indeed a classic and delicious combination. It's always a treat to enjoy a tasty pizza.

Great little pizza shop on Nassau in Princeton. I am a pepperoni pizza purist, and the pepperoni slice was very good! There are a few small tables inside the shop and a couple right outside in front too. The employees were nice and handled the lunch rush well. They were happy to see a few regulars pop in.

Good friendly place with array of speciality pizzas. Their pies come in three sizes- personal, mid, and large. Large is quite large and should be good for three (or two if you are lumber jacks). Hot pizzas always taste good and the cheese was good but not extraordinary. The basil leaves on the top seemed like they were a tad bit beyond their prime time. You can balance those pizzas with a decent selection of salads.

A beautiful Fall day in Princeton and a random seasonal festival in Palmer Square all but…read moreguarantees restaurants packed with khakied Canada Goose loyalists eager to be transformed by Brunch. These are weekends I try to avoid but my guests, not so much. Despite being mobbed, Agricola is quickly becoming a go-to favorite as the service is crisp and the "Brunch" menu is worthy of being overpriced. The Bang Bang Cauliflower and the Butternut Squash soup were both first rate along with a rare cheeseburger that was still breathing (yum.) Agricola richly deserves five stars.

I had an enjoyable time here on a rainy Sunday afternoon for brunch with a friend. Surprisingly, I…read moregot very lucky with street parking just across the street from the restaurant. I did a quick Mary Tyler Moore trot across the street and entered into a mudroom style area where there was a collection of umbrellas. I found the floors inside the dining area to be very slippery so leaving the umbrellas by the door makes the most sense on this type of day. The dining room has a rustic-chic aesthetic with wood paneling and a comfortable farmhouse environment. I made reservations in advance and was happy to be seated immediately upon arrival. We declined the table we were initially offered since it looked a bit cramped, like the end of a table that was already seated. Considering the restaurant wasn't busy, we asked to be seated elsewhere. The new table was much better, a high top with a convenient hidden compartment under the table where you can store your personal items. Service was quick. I ordered the slow cooked short rib hash with sous vide egg. I asked for the egg to be cooked as firm as it can get. Ultimately, I had to change it to a fried egg. I tried the sous vide..I did!..but a runny egg just isn't for me. Now the short rib was delicious, made with house made mozzarella, fingerling potatoes with a red wine demi. I am reliving my first bite as I write out my thoughts for this review. I will be back for that meal alone. I paired it with a sparkling rosé followed by a French 75. For dessert, I ordered both the caramel creme brulee and the cinnamon swirl bread pudding. Unfortunately, I had to return the creme brulee since I didn't realize it was a chocolate base. Traditionally, creme brulee is made with a vanilla bean custard so I was surprised to see their spin and noticed only once it hit the table. The bread pudding, however, was warm with just the right amount of cinnamon and sweetness, served with vanilla ice cream. I look forward to returning the next time I'm in Princeton specifically for the short rib hash and the bread pudding. Would recommend.
