Ordered pizzas for my daughter's bday party online. When I went to pick them up when I said to, they were not even made. The girl at register was very rude. Did not apologize and turned away saying she couldn't do anything. They kept saying 15min which ended up being 1hr. They didn't even complete my order and was not going to another 20 min for it. Delivery time takes longer than as expected. No problem because the food itself is worth it, I'm sure. However the customer service, (well at least today), not so great. Called in simply to check the status and got hung up on (Stanton location). Perhaps she had a bad day (we've all head those). My original review gave them three stars and we continued to use them for a year. We ordered the pizzas for both my grandnephews birthday parties, many family dinners and several other parties. As with anything occasionally there was an error. One time we ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza and got a whole. We called and they came right out with another order. Another time we ordered and their was a flu baked in our pizza, again, we took the high road and the delivery girl brought us another pizza, they asked to see it and my niece gave them back the pizza with the fly. The last time, we ordered three cheese bread pizzas, the kids love these, soft gooey, cheese bread...these were over cooked and the kids didn't want them. By this time, we had been going to them nearly a year, when I ordered the girls would know what house they were coming to, we had been to the location and chatted with them, so I thought we had a rapport. I thought, I'm going to call and let them know. I didn't ask for a refund and when the young lady said she would be right there, I thought how nice, such great customer service. WRONG! Instead she showed up, no new cheese bread, with an attitude and told me "you are the o my people that ever complain". Really? Maybe other people accept when their order is wrong or better yet enjoy baked flies in their food! You should really think twice before being rude to a customer with valid complaints. read more

Normally when I order here it's PERFECT. $22 for a large pepperoni pizza, 12 wings, and potatoes, great deal! But last night I ordered food for my dad and I and the pizza was good, exactly what I had expected but the potatoes were soggy and the wings were so tough and dry and just tasted like vinegar. This use to be my fav pizza spot but little by little they started giving more attitude and less friendly service. Everyone except for the (possibly) sister with the blonde hair is rude or seems bothered to have to take an order or give customer service. Not a very welcoming place. They once got my order wrong and I heard them say "just give it to them, they're here already" I didn't really know what/who they were talking about until I got home and realized they had gotten my order wrong and were talking about me. Wholly smokes, I've been getting blessed with the best finds lately. We decided last minute for some pizza and we were NOT interested in catering to the limited palates of our children who absolutely love Pizza Hut's stuffed crust pizza. Don't get me wrong, I slum and eat it on occasion. But that wasn't in the cards last night. I couldn't believe the offer of two extra large 1-topping with a 2-liter of pop for $25 (subtotal before tip, UE deliver and what not). I thought it would be mediocre at best and prepared for disappointment but still hoped I'd be able to find delicious pizza I'm my new city. It turns out I did! The crust was crispy on the edge and delightfully soft and chewy on the inside. There was plenty of cheese, didn't need extra to be satisfying. Also, there was a perfect amount of meat and sauce. I have absolutely the best things to say about this spot. What a relief! When you move from 2,400 miles away, you lose all you favorite joints. Now we have our new pizza spot!
