I've been ordering pizza from this place for about a year and never had a problem until today, which is why this experience was so shocking. I ordered online and when I picked up my order the employee told me the first pizza had been accidentally overcooked and they had to make another one, so she gave me both boxes. I didn't think anything of it at the time. When I started eating the pizza in my car, I noticed something strange when I bit into it. At first I thought the cheese just hadn't melted properly because there were clear stringy pieces, but when I chewed them they felt rubbery, like thin rubber bands, not like cheese at all. Some of the strands got stuck in my mouth and throat and it actually made me gag. After looking closer at the pizza, I could see several clear rubber-band-like strands all the same size and length coming out of the pizza. It was really disturbing and made me feel physically sick. I ended up gagging and feeling nauseous the rest of the evening. I've eaten here many times before and never had this issue, but this experience was very concerning. I'm posting this so the restaurant is aware and to warn others to check their food carefully. Something clearly went wrong in the preparation process and I hope it gets addressed so it doesn't happen to someone else. read more

You can buy wine by the glass or bottle; but because we were going to have a couple of glasses we were told that it would be cheaper to buy the bottle. Ambiance is great for a pizzeria. This was my first time having their pizza. I kept seeing their pizza getting mentioned as a good option in our neighborhood, from the neighborhood app. I tried their popular pizza - Chicken Pesto. Online ordering doesn't allow you to make any changes or additions to the speciality pizza, so I put a note to add mushrooms, and thought I would pay the difference when I got there. Picked up my pizza and asked if they were able to add mushrooms, they did. Asked how much I owe them, and they said I'm good. That was very kind of them. Wow, finally found a place that does gluten free pizza with THICK crust! I felt suspicious that the crust might be a regular one. My GF pizza was pretty yummy, I got regular red sauce & cheese with bacon, Italian sausage, and red onions. It cost around $20-21 for a small pizza. Sadly this place has gone down hill. Haven't been here in a while but last time I went was about a year ago & food was delicious. My most recent visit was nothing but disappointment. Got the Sean style wings & Lemon Pepper. Sean style was a funky flavor which I don't believe go together (Garlic Parmesan & Buffalo) it sounds like it'd be good but unfortunately was disappointing. Lemon Pepper they put some kind of oil which ruins the wings in my personal opinion. The wing quality was poor can easily tell these are frozen. Also got the raviolis which you can tell those are store bought & same with the sauce, could've spent less at a grocery store & got same quality. I was in the neighborhood and had heard great things about this pizza shop so I decided to stop by and check it out for myself. I was greeted by the staff as I entered and approached the counter to place my order. It took me a bit to decide what to eat as they had a good variety of good, appetizers, and drinks (beers on tap, bottled and canned beers, a soda machine, waters, and some cold teas) to consider. I ended up ordering the small Meat Lovers Pizza and some water. It was mid day and I had a long drive home so I couldn't partake in a beer. The food arrived promptly and it did not disappoint at all; no wonder it's listed as one of Mike's favorites. There was plenty of meat, the crust was crisp & tasty, and it was plentiful for myself. The table had mozzarella cheese and pepper flakes which I added to the pizza. The place was lively with many patrons coming to have a sit down meal with some beers, some families showed up with their kiddos, and a few people stopping by for pick up orders as well. The place was very well kept with an inside and outside area along with 4 TVs on the inside and a larger one outside. The music was great too; they were playing all of my jams! I truly enjoyed myself. I am definitely looking forward to bringing my family the next time and trying other things on the menu... and a beer with my meal too! First, I did not eat here so this is going to be a review on food quality and customer service. We have been looking for a pizza place that would have gluten free options that was worth the amount of money that the speciality cost. First, I just want to say this place offers gluten free pizza in small AND large sizes (something that is hard to get almost everywhere.). They also offer gluten free pasta and though there is only the custom option for the pizza (which is arguably better in my opinion) and only one type of pasta dish-- they hit all the marks in the amount of flavor, portion and care in both dishes. The crust for the gluten free pizza is the fluffiest I have EVER seen for a gluten free pizza. We also ordered the regular supreme pizza, and while I did not have any of it because of my gluten allergy/sensitivity as you can see half of the medium pizza is gone. The wings, I was not sure if they were gluten free so I did not have any but the rest of the household did and they loved them too and their own pasta. Now, we actually ordered through a third party and while I do not want to mention the name of it-- I will focus on what Magic Mike's did for us. First they called me when the initial third party pick up did not arrive and then after the third party took too long to pick up my order, called me back and said that they sent their driver because of the third party wasn't there yet and the third party just happened to walk in at that time and they sent them away. Then the delivery person called me when they arrived as my place is a little confusing to find (courtesy of Google maps) and helped me with the order and handed me a coupon for a free appetizer. I was blown away by their customer service. I have found our new pizza place. Thank you to the staff that went out of their way so that we receive our order! The thick fluffy crust on this pizza was delicious. My boyfriend got a regular pizza and he loved his crust too, but he tried mine and he wished he had gotten it. The pizza tasted so incredibly fresh and I got extra sauce (yaaas). I loved being able to find a gluten-free pizza I could customize to my liking. I basically devoured it. Worth it. Tried Magic Mikes delivery for the very first time and I must say that they delivered very promptly! As far as the food I tried a few things to sample the menu. The meat lovers pizza was just so so! When I get a small pizza I really dislike 2 inches of bare crust all around. The meat was okay with a lot of bacon on top. The Parmesan garlic wings were good but overly crunchy and not juicy. I tried the side of meatballs and they were tasty but small, sauce was good. The best thing was probably the antipasto salad. I probably wouldn't call again for the $70 bucks of so so Italian food. We've been to Magic Mike's several times but they really dropped the ball tonight and refused to fix it. First, they forgot about our order, so the delivery was 30 minutes late. Once our food was delivered, our garlic bread was ice cold, the cheese and toppings of the pizza were falling off, and the dough was barely cooked. However the pizzas are a bit pricey even for a small pizza and they don't have side salads only large orders which is interesting but they should make meal combos for the small pizzas. I got the White Signature Alfredo Pizza and it was so bomb you won't regret trying it. Also their cheese bread is really good. Good outdoor seating with personal heat lamps for each table. The wings are a must- they fry and bake them for crispy perfection. Definitely without any questions the lemon pepper is the best. Depending on what you're into you can go with a classic pie or one of their more creative selections. While everything is tasty, I'm unexpectedly a massive fan of their gluten free pizza. No I'm not one of those wimpy "I have a gluten allergy" types but flavor and texture is everything! It's thick, crispy on the outside, soft inside.. like I like my women!
