My office crew ordered 8 pizzas from Pizza D'Amore and OMG were they ALL wonderful and so tasty. We got the meat lovers and plain cheese but the EXTREME pizza with like every topping you've ever loved was by far the best. One or two pieces of that one and I was super full and in my mid-afternoon food coma. This is for pick up or delivery only, but they do have a (one) high table & 2 high chairs right outside. The place is in a busy shops center and with small parking. So it will be a hectic to come here during weekends for sure. Small and stuffed place it enough space for 3-4 people to be inside. Great & friendly service, quick and easy pickup. The pizza was okey, the dough was soft but blanched, nothing special or tasty. Crunchy right outside from the stove but within 10mins it just soft. And the bottom was greasy (see the pic). We only finished 2/3 of it since the slices are just falling off upon picking up. The mozzarella sticks were okey and just lukewarm so the cheese was hard upon bitting into it. Ordered carrot cake but they didn't have it but was offer for refund or exchange, so got the tiramisu and it was abit sweet and just okey too. First of all, I always ask for the pizza well done and crispy like I did tonight for the 10th time and they can never get it right. But my main concern is one of the workers parked in the handicap spot and I took a picture of her license plate and the young attractive lady along with got out and was mad why I did that and when I explained she was parking illegally she says she has permission to do so and tried to justify it and begin arguing with me. Then when I went in to get my pizza, I mentioned it to her again and she said she has permission to do that when (another man that works at one of the establishments also took a picture of her license plate)the other lady with the long braid and the sides of her head shape began confronting me as well and they both tried to justify parking of there I came here and begin arguing with me being confrontational while behind the counter in front of the other patrons. So anybody that needs to park in handicap or has any family members or any empathy for anybody that is disabled like myself please don't frequent this establishment! This one has been a long time coming. So my wife and I started this tradition with the kids, every Friday we try to find a good place for pizza and wings. That turned into we found it and now I go every Friday and see the same wonderful people working. We love the pizza, the standard order is usually large pep and 18 wings. Sometimes I crave the Mexican pizza they recommended so sometimes I get that. Everything we've tried from them is excellent. This place has the best pizza in all Orange County. Their freshly baked subs are great for a quick lunch. Their pizza, wings and pasta is the best for dinner. They're always friendly on the phone and quick too take my order with accuracy. I really like this place for the amount of items offered at this pizza place. It checks off main pizza items that any given time that I want pizza, there's also another side that I feel that needs to go with it, like pasta or buffalo wings. Ordering online with them can get you a small discount and you can even tip them as you schedule your order, although rarely when I do this, the app service didn't show the restaurant I had the order. Their pizza was my first test as I've struggled before to find pizza that didn't trigger acid reflux for my wife as I had to call Pizza Hut or Little Caesars every time she had an unmodified pizza. Very likely how this sauce is prepared, she loved this pizza and so I love this pizza. Parking can get bad, especially if the plaza is busy with customers going to the other stores. There's not a whole lot you can do inside the pizza store aside from waiting and standing around, even possibly picking out your soda or dessert in the fridge that's in the waiting area. read more

We've had several disappointing experiences with this place, and unfortunately, we've come to the end of our rope. There seems to be no accountability from the staff, managers, or owners. Most recently, a friend ordered delivery, and the food arrived 30 minutes later than promised and was cold. When my friend called to report it, they were hesitant to do anything until they called the delivery driver and confirmed that my friend's house was the last stop. Once they realized what they were being told wasn't a fabrication, they offered a credit for the full order next time my friend ordered along with a promise that when my friend wanted to redeem it, the order would be comped (since they didn't offer a refund at the time). My friend's house is less than a mile from the location, so it's confusing how the food could arrive cold. They clearly need some major improvements in their logistics. My neighbor just called to follow up on their original promise, but the employees on the phone were unhelpful and rude. Their staff kept questioning the original situation and refused to honor what was initially offered. It's frustrating to deal with a lack of follow-through and poor customer service. We have had similar negative experiences with longer than promised wait times. Due to how they treated our friends/neighbors in addition to previous experience we will never order from this business again. My experience with Pizza D'Amore was nothing but positive. We had a pretty big party at the park nearby, and their large catering pastas and their party size pizzas fed everyone well! I always feel hesitant about getting pastas at a pizza place, but they were genuinely good! We had the spaghetti and meatballs, fettuccini alfredo, and lasagna. Everyone complimented the food, and were shocked by the size of the pizza. I ordered weeks prior over the phone, and it was a very easy process. This has been our new favorite spot recently. It tastes fresh, and they are very heavy handed with the ingredients. I think today though it has been a negative impact as both pizzas. both just fell apart immediately when getting picked up. This picture is of their stuffed crust one. I wanted to order some pizza for a small lunch we were hosting. I called to ask on daily deals. The nice lady told me there was special on large sized pizza for my half Hawaiian and half pineapple. One half pepperoni and half cheese. I am glad I didn't get the medium size since it would not have been enough. I think my perception of large is much different than the large in my younger years.
