Pizza is good but its a hit or miss with this place. We order a lot from here for work, usually 10-13 pizzas at a time. And because we want it around noon, I request to pick it up around 11:45AM. They always get mad at us for not letting them know 24 hours in advance. So I called them twice, 24 hours in advance and both times, they have told me NOT to place an order. Even after I told them that I order from there all the time and that I won't be ordering again. Still...they said, don't place the order. So I guess they don't want business. read more

Their hours are not the same as what is posted on their door. Had to come back three times just to try it. Although the pizza was decent, it wasn't worth $25 for a medium pizza. Last night we decided to order DoorDash wanted to get Pizza Grande since they where recommend by a friend. For the pizza and wings wanted a salad but they wide not have it. Wings said they had a tangy spicy sauce when we got they they pain with nothing not even salt and pepper and under cooked to make matters worse when I called about the wings the women who was had to understand said we only give a side of ranch we don't put any sauce and I explained to her it shows a tangy spicy sauce and she said no I was like who who would eat wings like this and I asked for a refund and she said I have to call DoorDash. I asked about the salad she said we don't have salad. She was not easy to talk to and I think if you're advertising these items on any food appt you need to change your menu because that's false advertising. Pizza is good and that's all. I worked at the Smart & Final right next to this place for 3 years. I always saw it heading to school & work. I stopped by on my break which was 30 minutes away from me being off the clock. I wanted a warm pizza to take home and share with my brother after work. When I went in to order it was fine. I love supporting mom & pop shops so I was excited to see the menu. As I was ordering I noticed the prices. Way too expensive for a small box that you can get 2 of at little Ceasers. I asked if there's any lower priced pizza and the smallest was $17 I was 7 minutes into my break and she was kinda rushing me to order the food. I'm not stupid so I said I'd return make a decision and pay when I'm off the clock. She told me to "make it quick" cuz they'll be closing 30 minutes after I'm off. I left and returned to my retail duties. I got called to the front by my manger to assist a customer. It was her demanding I come over and pay for the pizza she prepared making. I never asked nor payed for the pizza so I was confused. I stepped out with her and walked with her back. When I was in the shop I told her and her husband it was very unprofessional and disrespectful to come into my place of work and cause a scene about pizza I never payed for nor asked you to pre-make. They were yelling in Korean and said I have to pay because it's already made. I told them I'm not paying for something I didn't ask for especially when I said I'd return to make a decision and pay. It reminded me of visiting La and them coursing you to sign something and pay. I don't pay nor sign things I don't have an understanding of. They knew they were wrong and kept the pizza. I've never been there since and I live across the street. It sucks because I really wanted that to be my main pizza place due to it being so close. But based on how she presented herself in my workplace and how her husband didn't defend her nasty attitude, they don't deserve no money I work hard for. I ordered 3 large pizzas: cheese, meat lovers and ham with pineapple. I was told I got a free salad with my order. Cool! Got home and opened the salad. Um..... really pathetic so good thing I didn't pay for it. The lettuce was yellow, not green. Like it was the inside part of the head of iceberg. The tomato was the gross middle part where it's pulled off the plant. The ranch was freshly squeezed from a bottle of Hidden Valley Ranch. Ok, I didn't go there for the salad but still!! Pizza was pretty good. A large is a really good size. Lots of meat on the meat lovers, lots of ham & pineapple and the cheese pizza was tasty. Not sure it was worth $72 for 3 large pizzas though. I came here for lunch with my coworkers. We called our orders in, since we didn't have long to sit and eat. Thankfully, they did take the orders over the phone and once we arrived, we only had to wait maybe 5 minutes before the pizzas came out. The older Asian lady who was at the counter wasn't friendly at all. She didn't greet us, smile, nor even say thank you. All she seemed to care about was the money. For the life of me, I don't understand how they have all those Yelp awards that they proudly display. The pizza is okay, but customer service needs a drastic improvement! We all ordered the lunch specials, which include a small two topping pizza and a drink. For a quick meal to nourish your body, it's fine. If you're expecting more, this just isn't the place. I thought that overall, the pizza was good; hey, it was edible, but you could tell that the good quality ingredients weren't there. Would I go again? Sure, but it wouldn't be my first choice. I think that if they had bomb customer service, I might be more inclined to say fuck it and just go, even if the food is not exactly the best, because I'll happily support anyone who is trying. Sccccccrumptious!! This little gem of a pizza shop tucked away in the corner of the shopping center makes incredible pizza!!!! The service was great. The restaurant is super clean and has some seating for dine in. The owners are very kind. I've gone to the hair salon next door for years and wondered if their pizza was good. If I could zero stars I would. The customer service was beyond rude. I called in my order and ordered two large pizzas, one with two toppings and one with three toppings. And an order of wings. When I arrived, there was someone ahead of me so I looked up at the menu posted and figured out the cost per item and knew approximately what I would be paying, so when I got to the cashier I told her my name and handed her my card not asking the total (my mistake). Then when I went to sign the receipt I noticed it said $99. I immediately said excuse me, can you please print out a receipt so I can see the total of each item. She told me NO! I said excuse me, I want to know how much each item was because based on the prices listed this doesn't make sense. Then she acted like she didn't understand me and just kept saying NO. My head was spinning because it didn't make sense but I also didn't want to cause a scene. Then when she handed me my food she didn't even make eye contact and just set it on the counter and walked back to where she was prepping food. So needless to say, based on how completely rude she was and the fact that the food wasn't even good, we will never eat here again and I will tell everyone who suggests it to avoid them at all costs, literally! Was craving pizza but didn't want a whole pizza and didn't know of any places near that sold by the slice. They have a mini pizza deal, bigger than the personal pizza size you could get at places like Pizza Hut, that was perfect. I ordered a no cheese pizza with extra sauce. it was burnt pretty bad. I called them and they said because there is no cheese the pizza will be burnt and that's normal. however the crust was burnt where there is no cheese on regular pizzas. I have had no cheese pizza at other restaurants and they have never said the pizza was suppose to be burnt. If it was burnt they went and made another to fix their mistake. I grew up in the neighborhood, and my grocery store was Smart N Final (Albertsons before that, and Lucky's before that), which happens to be in the same plaza as Pizza Grande. My husband is a very picky eater and pizza is one of his main food groups. He was blown away! The pizza sauce has good flavor, always the perfect ratio of cheese to pepperoni, and crust has just the right crispy crunch. It's a thinner crust pizza, but not too thin. Before moving, we were ordering pizza at least once a week for the family. The owners came to know us very well and always greeted us with a smile. They memorized our phone number and order. That should tell you how much we enjoyed the pizza. Today, my husband was craving pizza grande and I decided to pick it up for him. It has been a few years since picking up, since we usually use DoorDash for delivery. As soon as the owner saw me, she instantly recognized me. I was so surprised that she remembered me. The couple who owns the shop really are the sweetest people. Very hardworking entrepreneurs. I'm so glad to see they survived the pandemic as a small business.
