Spaghetti and Italian sandwich
Joanna G.

Everything was so good!! We've tried several different dishes here, but the wings are perfectly crispy just how I love them, but the spaghetti and Italian sandwich were fire. The service was top-tier they cleared plates quickly off our table and kept checking in on us. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. They also show all the sports, which is a big plus. Definitely come check them out!!

White wine and lemon pepper wings.

Great food, wine, beer and service. The wings were fresh, hot and well seasoned. The supreme pizza was on point with the crust extra crispy as requested. You can buy wine by the glass or bottle; but because we were going to have a couple of glasses we were told that it would be cheaper to buy the bottle. Ambiance is great for a pizzeria. There is both indoor and outdoor dining. Big screen teles indoor and one giant outdoors. What's amazing is that you can order roasted Brussel sprouts and other upscale side items at the pizzeria.

Don't know why I went to magic Mike's I guess cuz it's close by. The service was good But I ordered a pizza the meat lovers pizza. It was so salty and the Brussels sprouts were so greasy. I'm just sorry that my son was not impressed it was his first time eating magic mikes pizza. Not so magic.

Pizza is good, cottage fries are ok, decided to get kids spaghetti. I paid $12. I get home and find a little scoop of noodles with some sauce. I go to California pizza kitchen and for $8 I get literally the same container but it's full and lasts 2-3 days because they give us so much. Fucking insane to charge $12 for a scoop of cafeteria spaghetti. I called and got a refund but I think I won't be coming back, I'll stick to CPK

GLUTEN FREE PIZZA 8X10"

Wow, finally found a place that does gluten free pizza with THICK crust! I felt suspicious that the crust might be a regular one. My GF pizza was pretty yummy, I got regular red sauce & cheese with bacon, Italian sausage, and red onions. It cost around $20-21 for a small pizza. I'd def come here again because I can't find any GF pizza that comes in thick crust. Parking was good, lots of spots. Service was okay/good.

Modelo draft beer

Great pizza, draft beer and service, really enjoyed their outdoor patio with heaters too keep your pizza warm or yourself if it's a cool day, but only if you choose since they have a individual switch for them

Sneak peek at the Meat Lovers Pizza

I was in the neighborhood and had heard great things about this pizza shop so I decided to stop by and check it out for myself. I was greeted by the staff as I entered and approached the counter to place my order. It took me a bit to decide what to eat as they had a good variety of good, appetizers, and drinks (beers on tap, bottled and canned beers, a soda machine, waters, and some cold teas) to consider. I ended up ordering the small Meat Lovers Pizza and some water. It was mid day and I had a long drive home so I couldn't partake in a beer. The food arrived promptly and it did not disappoint at all; no wonder it's listed as one of Mike's favorites. There was plenty of meat, the crust was crisp & tasty, and it was plentiful for myself. The table had mozzarella cheese and pepper flakes which I added to the pizza. The place was lively with many patrons coming to have a sit down meal with some beers, some families showed up with their kiddos, and a few people stopping by for pick up orders as well. The place was very well kept with an inside and outside area along with 4 TVs on the inside and a larger one outside. The music was great too; they were playing all of my jams! I truly enjoyed myself. I am definitely looking forward to bringing my family the next time and trying other things on the menu... and a beer with my meal too! I would definitely recommend this place to all. The service, the hospitality, the atmosphere, and food was great!!!

Supreme Pizza medium size

First, I did not eat here so this is going to be a review on food quality and customer service. We have been looking for a pizza place that would have gluten free options that was worth the amount of money that the speciality cost. First, I just want to say this place offers gluten free pizza in small AND large sizes (something that is hard to get almost everywhere.). They also offer gluten free pasta and though there is only the custom option for the pizza (which is arguably better in my opinion) and only one type of pasta dish-- they hit all the marks in the amount of flavor, portion and care in both dishes. The crust for the gluten free pizza is the fluffiest I have EVER seen for a gluten free pizza. We also ordered the regular supreme pizza, and while I did not have any of it because of my gluten allergy/sensitivity as you can see half of the medium pizza is gone. The wings, I was not sure if they were gluten free so I did not have any but the rest of the household did and they loved them too and their own pasta. Now, we actually ordered through a third party and while I do not want to mention the name of it-- I will focus on what Magic Mike's did for us. First they called me when the initial third party pick up did not arrive and then after the third party took too long to pick up my order, called me back and said that they sent their driver because of the third party wasn't there yet and the third party just happened to walk in at that time and they sent them away. Then the delivery person called me when they arrived as my place is a little confusing to find (courtesy of Google maps) and helped me with the order and handed me a coupon for a free appetizer. I was blown away by their customer service. I have found our new pizza place. Thank you to the staff that went out of their way so that we receive our order! We look forward to future orders with you!

Koko's is a staple restaurant in this area for casual drinking vibes and consistently good food…read more Everything here is made to be good with a beer and some soju. We got the 8pc fried Pepper Soy wings and the Large Dubboki with cheese. The wings are always so good here. They're humongous, crispy, and sauced to perfection. The Pepper Soy flavor was so yummy and umami.   The trick is to get the dubboki so that you can dip the chicken in the sauce. The rice cakes are soft, and the sauce is sweet and spicy. The table also gets sat with a free side salad and pickled radishes, which is a great way to cut the richness of everything. A bite of chicken, a sip of beer, some rice cakes, and a bite of cold radishes really makes the night. Come out to Koko's for a drink, some eats, and a good casual time.

This used to be one of my favorite spots, so it honestly makes me sad to write this…read more They've made a few changes to the menu and pricing. The dukbokki can only have ramen when it's a large. On top of that, cheese is now $4 extra and ramen is $3, which feels a bit steep for add-ons. They also changed the salad sauce--it used to be more on the sweeter side, but now it leans spicier (around a 3/10 spice level, still good), which may or may not be your preference. The biggest issue, though, was the food safety concern. Our order included 8 pieces of fried chicken (4 drumsticks and 4 wings). The drumsticks were fully cooked and fine. However, the first wing piece I bit into was clearly undercooked. Because of that, we did not continue eating the remaining wings--the other three were set aside and later on, discarded into the small trash bin they keep at the table. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they told me the redness was from bone marrow due to a broken bone and that the chicken was fully cooked. However, the bone only broke because I bit into it, and the meat itself was visibly pink. Not just near the bone where bone marrow would be. The actual MEAT was red and pink all throughout. This was not just "marrow." Even zooming into the picture, you can see the meat on both the plate and in my hand was still red and pink. Additionally, the remaining wings were only visually checked by the waiter and were not opened or inspected internally, which would not confirm whether they were fully cooked. This is concerning, as a visual check alone doesn't accurately assess doneness. It also concerns me that, despite not being present, the owner claims his servers point of view as factual, including the claim that all the wings were eaten, which is not accurate. We did not consume the remaining wings after the first one I bit into. Unfortunately, there was no apology from my perspective, simply an "explanation" stating it was bone marrow. And the situation wasn't handled with much concern. I ended up feeling sick and had to go to the bathroom to throw up, which completely ruined the rest of the experience. Overall, I'm really disappointed. Between the price changes, the food safety issue, and the owner's response focusing more on defending the situation rather than acknowledging the concern, I don't feel comfortable coming back.

I did see that the other pictures had drummies but I had all flats but I was a happy camper since I'm totally a flats girls. The wings were all naked wings with crispy skin and really tender and juicy inside. I really appreciated the sides of pickled daikon and Serrano peppers to go along with the wings. The little potatoes that came with the wings were a nice surprise and were decent. I also got a side of macaroni which was just okay. I wasn't sure if the ham were onions at first cause I tasted no hint of saltiness. My favorite sauce was the mango habanero which I dipped with the ranch. It was so good and even better than other local wing spots with the same flavors. I highly recommend coming for the wings!

I found the chicken to be good relative to all fried chicken, but average/ok in relation to KFC around the SoCal area. Furai Chicken-Irvine appeared on the 15 essential Korean restaurants in Eater for Orange County, so made a note of it if I was ever nearby any of their locations. So after picking up some great kimchi from the close-by Seoul Do Soon Yi, we stopped by for carry-out around lunchtime. It's a fast food set-up, ordering/paying first and then taking it back to your table or carrying it out. The two page menu consisted of chicken, sandwiches, and sides. They do offer alcohol, both draft and bottled. It was empty when I got in, but the ringing of the doorbell let the front-of-house to come to the front. The cashier was helpful, answering my questions. The meal was for three, so got a Half&Half ($31.98) with Original Furai Chicken (comes with one sauce) and Soy Garlic. Added an order of beer-battered fries ($5.98)...which turned out to be a decent amount of really thick sidewinder fries. It took about 20 minutes for the made-to-order to be prepared, and it was packaged so the steam could be released. KFC has 10 pieces for a whole bone-in chicken, which I prefer since the large breast piece gets broken into two. The original is meant to be dipped in the accompanying sweet/spicy, which I really liked: not hot at all but still maintained that sweet/spicy flavor of a good Jang. The soy-garlic was lightly sauced, maybe trying to maintain that crunchiness. But it certainly didn't have the crazy crunch that really good KFC has, even when not eaten right away. It also came with small ramekins of peppers and pickled radish (which strangely were a bit mushy). With the fries, it was enough for the three of us for lunch, but for me, nothing really stood out to make me want to choose it vs the many other choices for Asian-inspired fried chicken in my area.

The auntie was really nice and friendly, she takes orders and brings out food, while the uncle either makes the food or runs the kitchen inside. In terms of food, this is my rating for each dish: Snow Onion Chicken: 4.5/5 Honey Garlic Chicken: 4/5 Corn Cheese: 4/5 Bulgogi/Sweet Potato Pizza: 3/5 I really like the snow onion chicken, it's pretty similar to the one I had in Korea. The honey garlic chicken was also pretty good, but it's not really special since many other chicken restaurants also have it and they taste pretty much the same to me. What I do like is that they didn't use too much batter, so it's crunchy without feeling creasy/oily. The corn cheese has some sweet potato pieces in it, my mom personally likes that. I find the corn cheese to have a little too much cheese, as the cheese was overpowering the corn. Same for the pizza, the cheese was overpowering all of the other ingredients. I honestly was expecting the pizza to be Korean styled, but it's basically American pizza with the meats replaced by bulgogi and sweet potatoes, so that was kinda disappointing. Overall, my family had a good time there, and we really enjoyed the chickens. I'd come back for the snow onion chicken!

If I could make one request, is if you can give customers (me) the option to pay like extra $1-$2 for their orders to be ONLY FLAT WINGS on small orders. The chicken is so well crispy and coated and the non flat wings are too meaty but then carry less of your delicious seasoning in my opinion. Does that request exist? I guess I should ask this with your staff in person if I can get a special request to get all flat wings only. *** SCAM ALERT *** I…read moredon't use the word "SCAM" lightly, but that's what this was. My adult son called in a $281.62 order off the menu for Mother's Day. They would not accept the order or payment over the phone because the order was "too big." They asked that someone go there and pay up front for the entire order. Since it was the evening before Mother's Day, I drove to them and paid for the order. Yes, I was also presented with a minumum 20% TIP screen, which I declined. When I got there at pickup time (4:00pm) on Mother's Day, the price changed to $325.51. I was told that, for some reason, they had cut about 50% larger portions than the menu specified (see the line items, which should have been 1 lb. each), so they charged me for the difference ($325.51 - $281.62) which was $43.89 (about 50% more for the 2 items they cut heavier). No, there was no mention when I placed the order that the total cost might change due to extra meat. Neither is it shown on their web site or printed menus. When I protested, there was no option. If I don't pay the $43.89 difference, I don't get the Mother's Day food. After about 20 minutes of bickering at the counter with two different clerks (note the time stamp differences on the credit card slips), I was given my original order, with a net price reduction of ($281.62 - $254.93) $26.69. My persistence had paid off. On a positive note, the cook did, twice, walk up to me and quietly apologize for what was going on. I know many folks would have folded in this situation, but that's not my nature. I don't stand for dishonesty. Yes, it was embarrassing, other clients in line were not happy (I let them skip ahead of me so as not to inconvenience them). None of them had price increases. I don't know if the clerks wanted a tip because the management doesn't pay them much, or it this goes deeper and is standard operating procedure that assumes most clients will simply approve of the overage and pay up. In any case, from this client's point of view, this is a SCAM! When it was all over, I took my 11 and 12 year old grandsons (who had been sitting patiently waiting for grandpa to pay) and my food package to the car, drove home and proudly presented the meat to my family. After all, I am a hunter-gatherer; and the food was great!
