A good co-worker friend of mine let me enjoy this tasty joint. He recently moved to HP, maybe 50 yards from this place. We walked over the other night after calling ahead, and they had a nice special on two larges, 2 toppings each for $16. There toppings were fresh, and bountiful. No skimping here at all. One was mushroom and black olive. Great shrooms, and the black olives had some meat on them (not real meat, just a phrase). The thing was just utterly covered in the selected toppings. A thick cheese held it all together. Simple crust nothing fancy here. The other was pepperoni and sausage. mmmm. The sausage was of even consistency, and spread out to cover the pie. Did I say yumzor? Did now. I look forward to the summer evening when my friend invites me over for a beer on his porch, and a walk down to the pizza connection. PS. I ordered the rib dinner and 2 pepperoni pizzas. The fries were good, but the ribs were the worst I have ever had. Gray, stringy, dry, but greasy meat, crappy sauce. Nobody in the family would eat more than a bite. We threw the $13 dinner in the garbage. The pizza was passable, nothing I would return for, a little better than Little Caesar's. Yuck! In this area, there are much better pizzas. Loui's, Zino's, Green Lantern, NoNo's, Cloverleaf are in a different league, and not far from here. Nice people, mediocre food. read more

I received a "welcome to the neighborhood" coupon for a free medium one topping pizza.... so I thought I would give it a try. Small place, carry out only, very clean and inviting. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and patient while I was checking out the menu and taking my time. They have a nice pizza selection and ended up getting two additional pizzas even though it was dinner for just my daughter and myself (love cold pizza) ! We had a medium pepperoni, the Southern BBQ Chicken pizza and a Veggie pizza. The vege pizza has 7 vegetables, including broccoli and cauliflower !! Had Cajun spice added to the crust on 2 of them and it was a nice spicy kick. Sometimes when you redeem a coupon you get a really chintzy product but I must say they loaded it up. Tons of toppings and cheese and just the right amount of pizza/bbq sauce. They were round "hand tossed" type crust that was cooked perfect all the way through! Sometimes I throw out my crust but it was so good I ate every single bit! They deliver as well and have a huge menu that I plan on experiencing! Salads, grinders, pasta, ribs, wings, subs, apps, bread sticks, desserts and more! Pizza Connection is fairly standard pizza fare. The pizza doesn't wow me, but it always leaves me satisfied. I have sampled many a pizza from PC as it is the pie of choice whenever I have a get-together with friends. They have some pretty great deals, making it easy to feed a hungry (sometimes tipsy) crowd without breaking the bank. Pizza aside, there are vitally important things to discuss.. Literally, the best calzones around. I used to despise calzones until HH. I never loved a calzone until my first Pizza Connection calzone. They're huge, large enough that my boyfriend and I generally split one and we each struggle to finish our respective halves. They're DELICIOUS. Once you have a PC calzone, regular pizza (regardless of where it's from) will seem limp, tasteless, and boring. They also have excellent jalapeño poppers. Antipasto salad is fairly standard, but good none-the-less. Can't say I love the bread sticks and I have yet to try any of their pasta dishes. Wings aren't bad either. read more

I will start with YUMMY...I made my call with a coupon and the girl who took my order was very nice. She said it would be delivered in 45 minutes. It was here in 30, delivered by a nice man who tolerated my rowdy, unwelcoming dog. Anyhoo, to the pizza. Nice and hot and gooey, nuff said right? Pretty much, the pizza dough is nice, cooked all the way through and had good flavor. The cheese and toppings are pretty average, the sauce had a nice rich and developed flavor (not salty either), however, I can do without canned mushrooms-killer every time. This is pizza is vey good! The best part is the amazing dough. I could have eaten just a cheese pizza and enjoyed. One of the best flavored crust and pizza I've ever had. The toppings were fresh, however I'm not a big fan when some of the items are diced, such as the ham, green pepper and onion. And I love fresh mushrooms, and these were canned and not many were on the pizza. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. But even so, it was still really good pizza. the pizza's not bad, but the portions are small and it's a bit pricey. also, in the past, i've noticed that they never seem to have slices ready, so that you can just grab one and go. possibly, if it's not lunch, they don't have them at all. that's not unusual, though, for pizza places. it's the closest place for me, but i'm not likely to go back often. i was there the other day. they were pleasant enough, but they charged me -- without telling me -- for use of my credit card. if i'd known, then i likely would have just paid cash. at least, they should tell one in advance. when i called to ask what the charge was on my bill, the counter lady was pretty rude. she said that they started charging a year ago (?), and thought by now everyone knew. that's such b.s. only regulars would know, maybe. if that's how you want your business to grow, wow. the problem is solved by the simple expedient of putting a little sign on the counter, or just mentioning it to people. it wasn't even a dollar, but it's cost them my business. i thought about contesting the charge on my credit card bill, but it aint worth the time. we'll call it their tip. enjoy. thanks read more

What, YOU've never tried a Roman Sub?! This place has been here for as long as I can remember... My family has been ordering Pizza Connection's Roman Subs for so many years, now... People just don't know what they are missing! It's like a folded pizze stuffed with sauce, cheese, mushrooms, sausage and steak, yes steak! The top is buttered and sprinkled with parmesan cheese. It's very cheap but very very large. It is difficult to finish in one sitting, but makes a wonderful left-over meal. I have tried their pizza, also. I recommend their round with ham and extra cheese. I don't care so much for their square it's a little dry and doughy. I am still giving them 5 stars based on their wonderful, out of this world ROMAN SUB!!! By the way, you can make your own with different fillings. The all meat one is also pretty darn good! read more

I love Pizza Connection! I live in Ferndale and despite being spoiled for choice with restaurants we don't really have a pizza place that I like in town. Thankfully Pizza Connection is close by. Their staff are always super friendly and polite, they have really good pizza and their store is always spotless. The only downside is that they are closed on Sunday's, but when you're making a pizza like they do, and you do it with a smile on your face, you deserve a day off. read more

not one of my favorite delivery places..should of known not to order from here. It wasnt terrible but wasnt worth the money. I ordered a "grilled chicken greek salad " thinking it should be good because its just a salad how can it be hard to make a salad.. well it was mostly lettuce...the chicken was not like real chicken and barley any of it and it came with a greek dressing packet they had a good amount of feta on it tho. A few beets but just a couple regular black olives and two sliced tomatos that look like they should be on a burger... It was 15 dollars for this.. i knew it sounded kinda pricey but was hoping it was worth it for delivery at 9pm at night... my kids were already asleep and husband was at the hospital with stomach pains so it was my closest option where i live. Love Pizza Connection! Our weekend go to for Great Pizza!!! With their coupons, we usually get 3 larges with 2 toppings on each for $25 and it all disappears, no leftovers here. Lots of cheese, plenty of toppings, my family loves this place. We are treated well when we pick up, and it's always welcoming to walk into. It's nice seeing them making the pizza while waiting, but it's never long. They are fast and courteous. Thank you Pizza Connection! You have won us over! About to try their family ravioli tonight and wild cheesy bread. (UPDATE) Ordered the family tray of Ravioli, and 2 wild cheesy breads. Awesome food! Customer Service was awesome very polite. I ordered a large deluxe square pizza. Pizza was just ok. Not enough sauce and the sauce that was on the pizza you couldn't even taste it. It was pretty bland. I also had an Antipasto Salad just average, Ranch was bad. Lastly was the Wild Cheesy Bread. This was the best in our order Very good garlic flavor. Pizza is always decent wings are good men, bread stick are good even better with cheese baked in the only thing I don't get here is salads every time I get one it seems like they really go light on any toppings and you basically pay for a box full of lettuce.... but I do recommend the hot food here! read more
