    9" Small Pepperoni pizza

I ordered from "Pizza by Robert" solely because they were in Cleveland pizza week this year. I ordered at 11am, for 5pm pick up order. It's a pizza shop in a small shopping strip, I drove 50 mins to get their "house special" it was so worth it, I also got a Gluten free pizza because my wife has an allergy, she loved it took 2 pcs to work the next day, my 2 daughters are picky, but the small I ordered, was gone. The inside is just a pizza shop, no frills, no dine in, no where to sit, order and pick up. They were very nice and the young girl who I spoke with said they have been in business for 30years, well before she was born as she put it. Anyone who lives in westlake or neighboring Avon would do well by not ordering from a chain, and doing this place a solid by ordering from them!

got the personal pan pizza w pepperoni/ jalapenos/ ranch and its fiyah, the people who work there fire too respect will come again

First time checking out Pizza by Robert but won't be my last! When I stepped inside I could tell I was in for a treat.. a pizza place that has survived long enough to look like a classic spot speaks for itself, especially in this day and age. I ordered the deep dish house special and a medium Hawaiian - $32! I don't remember the last time I paid that little for a deep dish and then some. My first bite immediately brought me back to my childhood- classic pizza sauce, crust buttery and just right (without half the pizza being an air pocket!) and just delicious. Both pizzas were great.. I'd say the deep dish was more pan style than deep dish (Chicago style). The ingredients were very fresh- enough to really notice! Great service to boot.. thank you- we'll be back!

On Sunday, May 10, 2026, I attempted to order a baked potato and was informed that the restaurant was out of potatoes. This has happened on previous visits as well, and we chose not to stay because the item I specifically wanted was unavailable. Wanting to give the location another opportunity, we returned on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at approximately 5:30 pm. Several employees saw us waiting at the counter but did not acknowledge us. Once again, we decided to leave due to the lack of service. These two experiences-limited menu availability and poor customer service-have been very disappointing. Additionally, we have noticed that several seating sections are consistently closed which limits available options for dining. I generally do not write reviews; however, we truly enjoy the fresh selections your restaurant offers, and I am hopeful that sharing this feedback may help improve service and ensure proper inventory levels. I am not requesting any compensation, nor would I accept it. My goal is simply to see this location improve, as recognizing an issue is often the first step toward resolving it. Sincerely, Angela

I finally visited Paris Baguette in February 2026 and I arrived around 6:30am. They opened this Avon, Ohio location in June 2025. I visited a second time in March 2026. Paris Baguette is owned by a South Korean food group, much to my surprise. They only have about 2 locations in Paris, France. Most of their locations are in Asia (majority in South Korea). Other locations are in North America and Europe. ORDER -- Walk in and to your left are tongs and a tray. Pick out your items, place them on the try, then head to the counter to pay for them. Sit inside and enjoy the delicate bites or take your order to go. PASTRIES/BREAD -- Arrive early to get pastries because they normally sell out. They sell milk buns (bread) which is popular in Asia. There are a variety of pastries to choose from. During my 2 visits, I got the ham & cheese pastry ($5), Fruit Bite -- Raspberry ($3.00), a sweet potato pastry ($4) which I got for free because of their free pastry offer, and a pepperoni pastry ($5.69). All of the pastries that I ate were delicious. My favourites were the sweet potato pasty and the ham & cheese pastry. The sweet potato pastry is described as a "buttery twisted pastry with sweet potato and custard cream, sprinkled with black sesame seeds." -- this is a unique and tasty pastry. I noticed cakes for sale by the slice and whole cakes up at the counter. PRICES - Fair and standard. Yes, it will be expensive but that isn't surprising as most bakeries aren't cheap. The reviews complaining about prices should just be aware that this isn't a full asian bakery where the prices tend to be a bit lower. This is a mix of European and Asian. In addition, bakeries will not be cheap. SEATING -- This is a smaller cafe but there are about 7 tables and chairs to sit on plus a counter at the back to sit on. Overall, their baked goods are delicious and fresh plus the bakery is clean. Customer service has always been attentive and friendly. I'll definitely be back. The only downside is if you arrive late, you may not have any options left to choose from plus the baked goods may not be as fresh as evident from my 2nd visit in March 2026 when I arrived after 6:30pm and they only had a few pastry options left. TIP 1 -- If you order the ham & cheese pastry, just simple ask them to heat it up for a few seconds before you eat it which is what I did. Otherwise, it won't taste as good because it will be cold as their baked goods are placed in display cases all day. Who wants to eat cold ham and cheese? Not me (haha). TIP 2 -- Download their app to get a free pastry with a purchase. The less valued item will be free. The sweet potato pastry ($4) that I got was free when I visited in March 2026. If you don't want to download their app, I was handed a sheet of paper with discounts after I ordered so be sure to ask for it when you are paying for your items. I didn't even know about their app yet until after I received the piece of paper with discounts. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 61/250 total reviews in 2026 - 902 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 30 April 2026

Only chocolate flavors available...again, would be way better in raspberry or peach or something). The ham and cheese croissant looked like it would be so good but alas, it was kind of stiff and not as fresh. BF ordered the Korean beef grilled cheese and they didn't even use brioche buns. It was $11.99! Lawd have mercy, the prices were even higher than Tous les jour's! Overall freshness and taste couldn't compare to Tous les jour. Nothing here was as good as the croque monsieur. They did have a lot of variety but the store was kind of smaller than expected. The very similar strawberries n' cream croissant that is $5 something at Tous les jour is a whopping $6.10 here. Plus the high tax that they charge, it seemed criminal to ask for a tip on top of that. There are trays and tongs for you to grab everything for yourself. I guess I should tip myself since I served and cleaned my area. I'm glad I bundled this stop with Avon parks because otherwise it's 40+min out of the way for me. I'll stick with my Tous les jour until the next Asian bakery opens on the east side!

My favorite was the cucumbers and radish which had the perfect amount of vinegar sharpness and crunch to balance out the meal. I do think one pita isn't enough for the amount of hummus so I took it home and had it with fresh cucumber slices and it was divine. So we quickly threw a bunch of ingredients into my trough... umm wrap. But, really, you put the dolmas inside the wrap?!? So I am still recovering from that when he rapid fires off the sides and I pick sweet potato fries not fully grasping that I will be paying another $5 for greasy sweet potato fries in addition to the half pound of ingredients wrapped in a spinach flatbread. Plus, probably another $5 for soda. And, I just don't understand why. The gyro meat is fine and the types of hummus are probably delicious but I don't know how to decipher which is which as they're all slathered on an unheated wrap which always feels a little like raw tortilla when that's how they're served. The sauce was bland. Anyway, the wrap was fine. The sweet potato fries were greasy and flavorless and I am annoyed because I didn't really want them. And honestly that's why the 2 stars instead of 3 because of the ridiculous upsell. And it really wasn't worth the $25 for lunch that I paid.
