Was staying at a nearby hotel and kids wanted pizza and wife wanted Chinese. This was the closest place that was nearby and right next to Chinese place. WOW! Now I'm not a person that generally likes pizza, but I was with my nephews and they wanted to try this place out. So we went in and ordered pizza, salad, chicken wings and cinnamon sticks from a very friendly gentleman called Mitch. He took the the time to explain the menu and was very courteous. I can honestly say I loved the pizza, it was freshly made with great ingredients, and more importantly NOT GREASY, which has usually been my experience at other places. The salad was crispy and the chicken wings were tangy and delightful. I just had a little room left for the cinnamon sticks, and god were they good and still warm. I will definitely be back, everything was delicious and the service was timely, very professional and friendly. I have been converted! This place rocks. read more

Slowest service every been waiting 30 minutes in the store for the food, nobody has said anything to me regarding my order.

If I could give zero stars, I would! The manager should be FIRED. We ordered pizza for a group and then found out someone has a severe soy allergy. We called and politely asked if there was soy in their product. The manager was clearly annoyed and said "I don't have time for this. We are busy. Maybe you should buy your pizza from somewhere else." So one of us tried to bring the pizza back and get a refund. When she arrived 5 minutes later, there were no customers and nobody working the counter even though she was told they too busy to look up the allergen information. The manager had an attitude the minute he saw her. He denied a refund because it had to be done through DoorDash. Ok, fine. She put the pizzas on the counter and left. He then followed her outside, put the pizzas on top of her car, and said "I don't want your germs" and started a verbal confrontation. She said "eff you" and his response was "You wish you could sweetie." TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We will be contacting the owners about this horrendrous experience and we already reported it to DoorDash. All we did was call to inquire about allergens. There was no reason for them to respond so rudely and then escalate the situation to what it became. read more

Pizza was pretty tasty. Nice quality. Chewy dough and crust the way I like. The delivery arrived on time, within about 45 min. We also bought some boneless chicken wings. Basically small chicken nuggets. Beside their small size, the online ordering didn't allow me to order them without some kind of flavoring. My kids like them without flavorings and just some sauce on the side. Perhaps that's possible if I phone in my order next time. Greek salad was OK, but not very generous with anything but lettuce. No good options for a Greek dressing. I'll probably consider them again if I'm just buying pizza or they have an especially good deal, but probably will stick with Voccelli and Papa John's. read more

We finally found a place with good stromboli / calzones! Really tasty with a little seasoning on the dough. I didn't realize they make them with the sauce cooked inside but when I told them my son doesn't like sauce, they were very nice about it and made another one for us. This has been my go to pizza place since I moved to Reston! I've never had a bad experience with them and the pizza is awesome, especially the crab pizza! Tonight we decided to switch it up a little and got a seafood Alfredo pizza in addition to another regular pizza. We asked for half with tomatoes and half without (I'm not a fan of tomatoes but my boyfriend is). When the delivery arrived he let us know that they had messed up and put tomatoes on the whole thing but to make up for it they made a small seafood Alfredo with no tomatoes. I wouldn't have minded picking off the tomatoes but the gesture was so nice and genuinely so considerate. This place was open on Christmas today and was crazy busy. They've only been open one month. Best veggie pizza I ever had and every bite of the crust was edible. They were kind and engaged with me in spite of having so many to-go orders working. The awesome manager gave me a free piece of cheesecake just because I'd inquired about it while ordering. Pizza Boli's has the BEST gluten free pizza in the area. Better than any other restaurant or delivery option, and I have tried a lot of pizza! Their regular crust is amazing as well. My only complaint is that they recently changed their coupons and no longer offer promos for medium pizzas, therefore we end up spending a lot more of pizza...and will likely order less often. read more

I love their pizza! However today I tried to ask them to make the toppings heart shaped because I forgot my husband's birthday and was getting it delivered to his work. Tried to ask over the phone but was not understood despite about four subsequent attempts to use alternative wording. I understand, I am bilingual and English is also my second language, however when your business is requiring a lot of time on the phone, ya gotta come up with a system of communication that works. Sorry Kulsoom, I more than likely live in the same gated community as you, where the gate system has been known for having flaws. How about next time you tell him your last name so Neel can look it up in the gate 1 directory, press the call button and than you simply hit "9" on your phone and "poof", magic the gate opens for him. I've ordered Boli's numerous times and have had Neel deliver to me the majority of those times, and none of what you say in your review sounds as if this matter was 100% his fault. If anything it sounds like you were ignorant of how the gate system works and we're completely uncompromising and lazy. Neel has always delivered my food within a reasonable time, EXCEPT when there is a problem with the gate. Don't spew hate because of your faults working with the delivery man and getting upset when he's been trying to work with you and snaps back as yes, he does have other deliveries to make and your intolerance to compromise genuinely has wasted an enormous amount of their time trying to make their routes. read more

Had this place for lunch today. They had a 6.99 large pizza special so I ordered a pepperoni pizza. The pizza was very good and for the price you can't beat it. The pizza arrived promptly and was very warm. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for pizza. read more

Was there over the weekend. WOW, glad I was. Wanted some WINGS and heard that Pizza Boli was the place to go. So on Saturday I ordered a dozen of the Mild Buffalo & Hot Buffalo. First of all, I ordered Chicken Tenders with fries as shown on their menu. I asked to add a few different sauces as well. I received my order by delivery, the driver was in a rush and he left pretty fast... I sensed something wasnt right... so I quickly opened it, I find 5 extra extraaaa drrrrrrryyyyy pieces of processed chicken that looked like they came frozen from the box (grocery store brand) The pieces were so dry and they did not add any sauces to the order, let alone the order didnt come with my fries. I ran out after the delivery man to ask him where my order of fries was and he starts yelling at me that he wont give me a refund and that I did not order fries. He said he was going to call his manager and he did (or at least faked like he did)... He said the manager is calling your cell phone now,(which I left inside). I asked him to come inside to get the order so he can take it back... he said no and got in his car and rode off. So I ran inside to check my phone to see if the manager had called me and of course there was no call from him. Sooooo I called him and he has the biggest attitude over this order saying they dont even sell fries and I wont be getting a refund. His name is Mitch.... actually change the M to a B..... he starts raising his voice over the phone once I start to dispute it with him... btw I wish I was in person and let him have tried doing that..... ha! anyways, long story short their customer service sucks and he told me that I had to call Eat24 for a refund and that they do the advertising for them. I think Mitch the General Manger should have handled the situation better and came up with a solution for his customers. I shouldnt have to report false advertisements for their restaurant. They suck and the food sucks, they have bad customer service and I do not recommend anyone going there to order anything.
