We knew nothing about the brand and most of the negative Yelp reviews looked to be pre-COVID, so we took a shot and got a simple cheese pizza delivered. Unless they specialize in it, we did not expect an overcooked, crunchy pie. It was thick and still flavorful, but not at all melty. It was hearty and edible, but tasted a bit charred, which some might call "artisian" and charge more for in the city. This place is straight trash. Do not order from them. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and french fries. The cheeseburger had no meat. It was just cheese, bun and ketchup. I ordered a pizza and buffalo chicken wings with post mates. Food came in a timely manner, food was still hot. I enjoyed the chicken Alfredo pizza a lot, sauce was creamy and delicious. The chicken wings we're fried perfectly, crunchy on the inside and the meat soft on the inside. I loved the buffalo sauce as well with a hint of spicy. I ordered a delivery meal in the early dinner time. When I received my order, it was not all there. I immediately called the store to explain. What they said was, "We are very busy now and can not send someone out." Even though that is a ridiculous response to a company screw up I very politely responded with, "Ok, well then if you're busy, I can wait until a driver is in the area to receive the rest of my order." They said they would do that. 5 hours later...still nothing. I called AGAIN and was very rudely blown off. I will be calling again tomorrow to see how they handle it. If they respond professionally, I will consider upping the rating. As of now I am incredibly pissed off about how they handle their own mistakes. Update: (Sorry for the delay) When I called the next day I finally received what I requested. I would have put it at 3 stars since the food tasted good, but in the end it took 24 hours, 3 phone calls, and the last person I called did not even apologize. Take my review with a grain of salt. This is a special kind of bad. I placed my order at 11:08 AM and my delivery, a mile away, took an hour and a half. My food is cold and delivery requests weren't followed, but the worst part was when I just called the restaurant. The man answering told me the driver has a warmer bag, so my food shouldn't be cold. He then said I should drive it over so he could see it and possibly replace it. When I asked why it took so long, he said I should've called ahead instead of ordering online, and that it's my problem because they only have one delivery driver. Good food, but the service is so horrible that it's not worth it. Delivery takes over an hour everytime, and today the driver didn't even bother to come to the door but texted "Pizza boli outside" and called me repeatedly from a Massachusetts number. I looked out the window and they were sitting right in front of my house, but didn't answer the phone when I tried to call them back several times, and just drove off after a few mins. I called the store and was told "we've been having problems with delivery drivers so they are not allowed to come to the door anymore" - THIS DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF DELIVERY....if I wanted to leave my house I wouldn't have ordered DELIVERY. Also, what kind of "problems" would make you not allow your drivers to go to customers doors??? Makes you wonder. He then proceeds to put me on hold and never come back on the line.
