Pizza is good but service has not been good recently. 1st time we ordered delivery. We were told it would take 45-60min. After calling multiple times and being told it was on it's way we finally cancelled. Just placed a carryout order to avoid this and was told would be ready in 15 min. Went to get it and the order was messed up. How hard is it to mess up 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese???? Took another 25 min to have it remade. Cashier wasnt even remorseful. Had to be on her to check on the order otherwise I'd be still there. Never had this issue at other locations owned by same family. Not sure if lady taking calls is new but she needs better training!!! read more

Delish! I ordered them a few weekends ago when my Boy Friend stayed over and didn't feel like cooking lunch. We were both happy with our food :) I had the California White Pizza and he a sub and salad. Got them again tonight and it was yummy junk food at it's best! Haver ordered pizza from this place a few times so far. The pizza is different - don't know exactly how to describe it. It's kind of like Papa Johns and Domino's, but in a different way. But I like it better than Domino's and Papa Johns. Just make make double sure that they get your order correct. Placed a pickup order over the weekend. Got a large pie and an order of buffalo wings. Was told it would be ready in ten minutes, seems a little quick to me, but ok. Got to the store in ten minutes, waited at the counter. Continued waiting to the point of taking a seat as it was beginning to feel awkward. A couple of employees walked through the room without a word. A cashier did something at the register, no greeting, nothing. All the while i'm spotting a pizza box with a bag on top of it that looked like it could have been my order. But I didnt think they'd just let a customer sit there, especially when they order is dying on the counter. It was mine, and I didnt get help until I stood at the counter and asked for help. Decided to try this place on Sunday evening, 1-17-16. I'm deliberately being specific of the date so that if their management reads this, I want them to know who was working during this time. We ordered online: a large ultimate meal pizza, 10 bone-in wings, gyro platter, and fries ($40+, so a good bit more than other pizza delivery places). Ordering online was fine. Food was delivered in about 50 mins, which was in their estimated time range, so, all's good so far. We tip the driver with "you better tip me smile" $5 and sit down to eat. When opening the pizza box, however, we notice that it's just a plain cheese pizza and not the ultimate meal pizza we ordered. We call, and the person I speak to says something like "It says cheese pizza on your order." And I say "No, we ordered the ultimate meal pizza... I have the confirmation here." At first he sounds like he doesn't believe me and then he asks if I ordered online. I say "yes" and he puts me on hold for a while. He comes back and says that he'll make things right and send us the right pizza. And I say, "Great, thanks. What should I do with the plain cheese pizza?" And he says, "Give it back to the driver." Now keep in mind that I have 2 hungry kids to feed, who will now have to wait 50 more minutes to eat their pizza. Now, I deal with customer service issues everyday because of my job and to me I think the appropriate response would be "Just keep it." I mean, they're not going to resell that cheese pizza are they? Anyway, we wait over an hour for the correct pizza to arrive. So it's now over two hours since we placed the original order. My kids are hungry. The same "you better tip me smile" driver delivers the pizza. So, I've already tipped the guy $5 previously... do I need to tip the man again for a mistake that they made? If anything, the restaurant should be the one to tip him. I ask him "Do you want the other pizza back?" He says "Do you want to keep it?" I say "Sure, okay." BUT, when he realizes that I'm not going to tip him again, he says, "I need the pizza back." And so I give it back to him. This whole exchange left a bad taste in my mouth. Bottom line, I give this place 2 stars because the gyro, wings, and fries were decent. The pizza was just okay. What they really need help with is their customer service. And a delivery driver that doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. read more

I've been ordering here for YEARS. Originally their pizzas and wings were fantastic. Very tasty dough that was cooked to perfection (holds its shape yet isn't overly crisp). The sauce, cheese, and toppings are fresh and generous. Very little grease with lots of flavor. Wings (bone-in), best in Gainesville. Over the past 6 months they've been going downhill. Certain components have been falling short of their standards. Two weeks ago it hit an all-time low. My pizzas were under cooked, raw tasting dough, and the wings were cold. Not cold from being out too long, COLD as in hardly cooked and well below ambient temperature. I will not be ordering from here again, at least not until I see these yelp reviews get better. read more

Worst place ever to order from!! Ordered a steak and cheese with extra onions and extra peppers. The sandwich came with no onions and no peppers. The manager defended the fact that his cook put onions on it and was a total prick about it. It was also 10 minutes past estimated time. It took over an hour to deliver. Finally decided to try this place after getting menus in the mail from them for years. I was drawn to the 30 flavors of wings advertised on the front. First time I ordered 7 piece garlic wings and the fried mushrooms. First off I only like the flat wing and when I asked if I could get all flats the answer was a cheerful of course. The wings and mushrooms arrived (I had delivery) and they were by far the meatiest wings I have ever had. They were not dry or over cooked. I did not care for the mushrooms as the batter was not tasty, however, for a fried item they were hot and crispy and the portion huge. I Since my discovery of them I order at least once a week for wings. The sub lunch special is a great value at 7.99 for a 8 inch sub a nice amount of fries and soda..cheaper than the chains we have over here. With a minimum $10 order for delivery it is even better so you don't have to order alot of things for a delivery. We have not tried the pizza yet but the steak and cheese and wings are great. read more

Love this place. We order out a lot and this is one of our favorite go-to restaurants. The food is always good. Every once in a while they forget to add a topping onto a sub, but that's ok! All their meat is halal/kosher and you can tell in the taste ! I'm always excited for a Greek chicken salad from this place, they put on all the proper toppings (most pizza parlors don't). Their food is great but delivery is always late and occasionally you'll get a delivery guy asking for more tip after you shut the door (oh yes, they rang the doorbell again). My husband and I have ordered delivery from here 5 times. The first two times were perfect and the food was delicious. The last 3 times are why I will never order here again. We asked for a cheese pizza with green olives all 3 times and were given cheese, then sausage, then green peppers. Additionally, 2 of the last 3 times the pizzas had flipped in the box. I NEVER Complain, but I decided to call and speak to the manager and ask for a refund and he refused! I only wanted a refund on the Pizza And he told me he never has had a complaint. I have ordered delivery through GrubHub, paid my order, and waited for a full HOUR on the delivery. After ONE HOUR a representative of this company calls and goes "We don't deliver to your address anymore. Sorry". If that is true, they have screwed up bigtime by allowing the order to be made in the first place. They have screwed up by not having discovered the problem sooner than a full HOUR into the order, that is at the time I was already expecting the delivery to be made. unbelievably bad service and communication. I placed a 50 dollar order (4 pizzas) on my birthday. Two of them were made wrong. The driver came back to fix first issue. He suggested at the door that he could bring a new pizza to remedy the 2nd wrong one. He never came back. A week later I call to see why he didn't return or call.
