Been sitting here since 7:15 pm... when app said my pizza would be ready... it's 7:38pm and not one person has walked up

The foods great (the one in haymarket has the pretzel crust ) ... unfortunately, that's the ONLY thing nice I can say. I've typed and deleted this post 3 different times bc I had hoped maybe once or twice mistakes happen. But no, 3 separate times (Ceasers check my account n you'll see how often I eat from HERE) and EVERY TIME, the WORKERS ARE TRASH!!!! They LITERALLY hide in the back , peeping out to see who's in lobby and the only time they've come forward is if a "pretty girl" walks in... I get it, good help is hard to find these days but COME ON NOW LITTLE

Why show it if you don't have it????

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza, online and paid for it. Got a call from Little Caesars telling us they don't have the thin crust...why not????? I'm diabetic and don't want to eat a pizza with a-lot of dough...settled for a regular pizza which I didn't care for..too much sauce...get it together people!!!!!

I don't normally get Little Caesar's as I find the pizza to be too greasy, but when I saw the Calzone Pizza, had to try it! It was delicious! Lots of flavor and cheesiness. Quite a bit of dough, but I don't mind that, although others might. It was still definitely greasy but worth it.

Wow! We have a person in our household sensitive to highly spiced food, but when we saw the list of…read moreflavors denoted with spice levels, we knew we wanted to try this new-to-our-neighborhood chain. Today was the day we placed the online carry out order for three sets of wings--honey garlic, galibi, and maple crunch--along with a side for sweet potato fries. We live a short distance away, but as with most chicken restaurants, we expected we'd need to rewarm them in the oven. Our designated pickup person headed down about ten minutes after we placed the order. We expected that the order would take the promised 20 minutes. Unfortunately, it was more like 20 after he arrived at the restaurant, more like 40 total. That normally would have been a half star or so off, but considering the quality of the food, this small hiccup was barely a mention after we were done eating. He said that the interior looks great and clean but there was a little problem getting the attention of the staff. If you're new and run into this experience, just hang on, the chicken is well worth the wait! When the food arrived in vented boxes, it was still hot and incredibly crispy, even the pieces that rested in the "extra sauce" we asked for the maple crunch. We all switched off, tasting the offering and all rated each of the flavors a strong 5 star. I've seen Korean chicken skin being referred to as candy, and I get it now! The audible crunch of the crust, and the way the meat was so hot and steamy inside, the sweet flavors melting over the palate, was nothing short of incredible! The slight hint of warmth from the flavors enhanced rather than dominated the coatings. One of our diners is dealing with a very severe medical issue and was unenthusiastic about the very idea of food, but I think she loved these most of all. The fries were a little soggy when we got them home, despite the foil lined bag they were in, but a quick toast in the 350 degree oven brought the crispness right back. Try these not only in the sauces, but any complimentary marinades, dips, or spice blends that might be to your taste. A quick shake of some vanilla powder and smoked salt over them brought out their depth. We stored a few of the chicken pieces after carefully letting extra sauce run off and I'm dying to try them for breakfast! They were put in the fridge just as crispy as the other pieces were when steaming hot and being devoured. Welcome to the neighborhood from your soon-to-be regulars!

Last weekend we ordered from bb.q Chicken. It will be the last time. Whoever the new owners are,…read morethey have no business in the restaurant industry. We placed our order (two bulgogi bowls, one small order of spicy galbi wings, one order of fried dumplings) online at 5:35PM. Pickup was scheduled for 6:05-6:10PM. I arrived at 6:17PM, expecting that this small, standard order would be sitting on the counter ready for me to grab, as used to be the case here. It wasn't ready. OK, I'll wait another few minutes, NBD. (I did notice that there were two bowls sitting on the counter. Back to that later.) The woman who was supposed greet guests and distribute their orders had her back to us (the other guests and me) the entire time. She literally never turned around. She fiddled with tickets and shuffled some things around while looking into the kitchen for no apparent reason. 6:30 rolls around. I was finally able to get a dude who was walking aimlessly in and out of the kitchen when he wasn't on the phone up front to make eye contact. I politely asked him when my order would be ready. He smirked, performed a namaste, and walked back into the kitchen. He walked back out to the front about two minutes later and I asked for an update, as I assumed he went to the kitchen to ask. He didn't. He asked my name. I gave it to him. He shouted my name back to the kitchen and then disappeared again. Funny thing: another guy walks in to pick up an online order and they had it ready for him immediately. He seemed to be a family member or friend of Namaste Guy. 6:40. There are about a half dozen people waiting for their food. One guy and one lady were sitting there already when I arrived. The lady finally got her food. Dude gets his food at about 6:45. We all had the chance to become best friends we were there for so long. Woman who had her back to the guests FINALLY turns around and I catch her, asking her where my order was. She acted like she didn't understand the question. It is possible that she didn't speak English, because she seemed completely confused and Namaste Guy quickly intervened, telling me my food was "almost" ready. So, at 6:49PM, an order of wings comes out (in a dine basket) of the kitchen. Namaste Guy takes it, dumps it into a to-go box. Back of the Head Girl gets a bag, starts putting the two aforementioned bulgogi bowls into the bag, jams the order of dumped wings sideways into the bag, and grabs an order of dumplings, which had also been sitting out since the Mayflower set sail. That was finally my order. But come on, you're going to serve me those two bowls and those dumplings that had been sitting there for more than 30 minutes? I ask for them to at least make me new bowls. Namaste Guy tells me that it would be "at least another 25 minutes if I want to wait." I "reminded" him that I had already been waiting for more than an hour for a simple order and that good customer service would mean making me new bowls immediately. Dude tells me that he can't because other people are waiting. That's rich. So, I sucked it up and took them, as my family was very hungry. The food was atrocious. The bowls were not hot, obviously, but they were also inedible. The beef was SCORCHED and tough. There were barely any pickled radishes (and, this is totally nitpicky, I know, but they were not properly cut). The rice was so mushy, my daughter was able to stir it into an almost Cream of Wheat consistency. The dumplings were soggy and the filling was not the pork. It was a kimchi filling, which we did not order and doesn't even appear to be on the menu. The wings? Barely tossed with the sauce and not fully cooked. Finally, the place was dirty. We started coming here on its opening day. Under previous management (especially Joon), it was immaculate, as Korean-owned business usually are. It's sad that a place we've loved and patronized for years now has taken such nosedive.

I am unsure as to when Go Nom Chicken opened up. However, it replaces Choong Man Chicken. I asked…read morethe young lady working the counter about the change - she stated it is the same ownership from before - but they decided a "rebranding was needed," hence the new name of Go Nom Chicken. I placed a web order for pickup for 3 kinds of chicken (8 pieces each): Soy, Hot Honey, and Gochu Pepper, plus an order of the Mala fries. Food was ready in 30 minutes - which is when they said it would be ready. Food is cooked to order - this is not like walking into KFC or Popeyes with a bunch of pre-cooked chicken sitting under heating elements. The Mala fries are seasoned with a spicy spice blend - and come with a side of their spicy Mala sauce. All three chicken flavors were tasty! The skin was crispy as it should be. I will be back for more! There is both inside and outdoor seating - so plenty of places to sit and eat in. #GoNomChicken

For the price, the fries are a good deal though and I liked the normal french fries! Service: 4/5 the estimated time for an online order was 20 minutes for pickup, but it ended up being 25-30 minutes. No customers were sitting in to eat and it didn't look like there were a bunch of orders being prepped to me (but I could be wrong). The people were pleasant! Ambiance: very clean storefront with several dine-in tables and high top seating along the window.
