The food is okay, not incredible. Service is just fine, no complaints. The workers do a great job. The biggest issue for me is adding an extra fee when paying with credit, which is a problem because it forces the customer to cover the business's interchange fee. That is a cost of doing business, not something that should be placed on the customer. The customer is there to purchase a meal, not to run the business by covering operating costs (which are tax deductible anyway). If you aren't making enough money, raise prices for everyone instead of discriminating against card users. I will find another place to eat for as long as this shady practice remains. It begs the question: what other ways is the business cheating the customer that we don't know about? read more

Called Forty Fort location. Waited over an hour and a half for dilevery. Called to cancel my order. I wanted to grab something to eat before my 12 hour shift. Ended up going to work hungry. Not recommended for dilevery unless you have around 2 hours to spare. Will never order from again. If I could Gove 0 stars I would. read more

Pizza Bella is always a safe choice. We like. Their regular pizzas as well as the specialty pizzas and stromboli. Whoever answers the phone here is usually way nicer than the people who answer in Forty Fort. Their delivery time is usually spot on to the time frame they give you. Our last order was for 20 hot wings, a medium veggies lovers pizza (no mushrooms, no olives) and a balsamic glaze dressing and a side of fries. Everything was excellent. The wings are always a good size and taste great. The only thing is that the hot and not really hot at all. The fries aren't fresh cut, but they're always good. The veggies livers pizza has a thicker crust and is awesome with the balsamic. We never knew that was an option until we went to their website and looked at the menu. It always just came with a swirl of pizza sauce. They also don't mess up our order. Some places will still put toppings on the pizza or in the stromboli that you specifically asked to eliminate, but Pizza Bella gets it right. read more

The pizza used to be good when we bought it from the Pizza Bella in Plains. My family ordered their pizza this past weekend and we will never buy it again. The sauce is no longer sweet. The prices advertised on the website are wrong. When I asked about it, the cashier simply stated that the website was "all messed up," and that it wasn't her fault. Even when the online pricing was shown, they refused to honor the posted price. Here's the kicker: they recently went on a tirade against MenusNEPA.com (a local, reputable site for posting unpublished menus) for advertising the wrong prices. Giving a head up to everyone. This place has permanently shut down. The number directs you to the Forty Fort location. When you call Forty Fort is taking over the area from now on. Good call all the way around to close that location. We loved how close it was but always felt the food lacked there versus the other locations. Decided to once again give this place another try (only because Januzzi's is closed on Sundays). Ordered a Lg. Pie with 1\2 mushrooms, bites w/ extra blue cheese, 6 wings- all flats- dry- extra crispy- sauce on the side. What i got was...a pie covered in what i can only describe as triple mushrooms on most of the pizza (my wife can't have mushrooms, no pizza for her), no extra blue cheese for the bites, wings slathered in sauce (dry was for my son, no chicken for him). Called to complain about the almost $40.00 I just spent on a dinner no one can eat and was told "you can come back, there's no management here now". After the second time i got burned i said never again, i guess going to a "restaurant" where kids run the show is my fault. Don't know who's in the kitchen but they need training. First time I ordered there was a miscommunication on the order. It was immediately fixed without hinder. The next day we decided to order again another mishap (something beyond control) fixed immediately. The food is good, really good. My son loves their chicken wing pizza (he has ASD and quite picky about his pizza places) and wants out now all the time. The staff is always pleasant and polite. The inside is clean. It is higher priced but it's a local joint compared to a chain. It is worth the money for their food! This is our new go to pizza place. read more

First off let me just say that Pizza Bella Pizza and Wings are my favorite, that's across the board for all the locations. I live about 35 mins. away, but was in the area during the week and decided to stop by. I placed my order and they told me about a half hour. So, I got there within a half hour or so and was told that the fryer was running slower and it would be about another 9 mins. 15 mins or so later I finally got my order. Not sure why it took about 45 mins total to make a large pizza and a dozen wings considering there was no one eating in the restaurant and only 1 phone call came in during the time I was there. It's annoying to wait even longer for your order when you already have a long drive home to being with. BUT, the pizza and wings were great as usual, so I cannot complain about the food one bit. I will be in the area again today and the chances of me stopping by again is very high. read more

Ordered a medium chicken parm boli with no onions with the 25 chicken wings bites combo and received a medium Pizza with extra onions. Thought ok, must be a mistake. Call them back a little after 10PM (about a half hour later) and no answer. The website, menus, everywhere says Pizza bella is open till 11PM. Send them a message and still no response. Do not order from this Pizza bella in plains. Food is OK at best, they never give you what you order, and ALWAYS overcharge you. Their reasoning is that they changed their menu prices. Ok ordered twice from here i loved the wings but i think they really need to cook their pizza longer .. It really sux when you order pre cooked food and then you have to cook it when it gets delivered .. The real kicker here is that when we ordered it we ASKED them to cook the pizza longer because last time we ordered it it was slightly under cooked . Sooooo after heating the pizza up for 5 minutes in oven we sit down to eat grab some wings and a slice .. Great .. pizza is hot and wings are cold ( i dont mean warm i mean cold ) and both have a wierd taste to them I really doubt i will ever get food from here again .. Twice was enough for me ... Walked in early afternoon around lunch time. Dead silence in the place except for the conversation between what sounded like 5 or 6 people. Very cold inside ( even the server was wearing a heavy sweater over her t-shirt). The service is good, they are friendly, but here's the problem. It is run by young people who seemed more interested in hanging out with their friends in the kitchen than making a patrons experience worth coming back. Ordered a large tray, a tray of cauliflower crust, and an order of cheese fries. Fries came out about 10 minutes later which were a handful of fries in a basket with a side of cheese. You could taste the oil on them and they were average at best. Waiting....waiting...waiting...a half an hour later the cauliflower pizza comes out and we are told "sorry the cook read the slip wrong, she thought you wanted a large cauliflower pizza only". Here's the kicker....the cauliflower ONLY comes in a 10 inch pie...and it was a 10 inch pie on the table...so that was a lie obviously. It's going to be a few minutes but we will bring it out as soon as it's ready...OK. Maybe if they cared more about running their business and less about hanging out with friends and gossiping, they would have got the order right... 20 minutes later here comes the large tray. Go to take a slice off, cheese slides completely off it. Undercooked and not settled. Tasted average, wasn't bad but I will definatelyyyy not go back to that location. Run by kids with no business experience or sense of seriousness in making their business successful. Get rid of the 6 people hanging out in the kitchen, turn the heat up, put a radio on, and make the best food you can if you want to succeed, but this isn't going to cut it unfortunately. Normally I'd give 5 stars but lately gone down hill. Pizza hasn't gone down much but the fried foods past 3 times orders they are burnt and everything tastes the same. It's like the oil hasn't been changed forever. Delivery staff are super nice and easy to order but the fried foods aren't what they used to be. read more

My husband ordered a large pizza and a large chicken wing stromboli. It costed too much and he had to wait over an hour for it , per usual. ( the only place I've ever known that makes you wait an hour, no matter what it is- and we live 3 blocks away but he didn't want to drag the baby out). Well there was no wing sauce! Not in it and not on the side like the menu says. So they were closed when I got home. I called the next day to order wings and asked for the sauce free since we didn't get it the night before. They said they can't verify that! I asked for a manager and told her what happened. She said that since we didn't call the night before, (even though they were closed) that I couldn't get the wing sauce. Like I was so broke I needed to lie about a wing sauce! So I canceled.
