Okay so... I don't know why people are whining about the prices. I'll just get that out there and over with. This is one of the few places I've ever found that didn't completely overcharge for Gluten Free. We've had a lot of pizza, for me it's been all over the World. We loved it. The pizza was hot and ready and actually delicious. The staff was sweet when I came to pick it up. We were up here for a weekend hiking trip, ended up having to hit the laundromat cause one of our pups got sick. We sat there and enjoyed this pizza like no tomorrow. My gluten free pizza was by far some of the best I've had. Local places always do it best, major chains can't even begin to touch this. He loved his regular cheese pizza too. Food is generally good, if they manage to get your order right. I ordered a hot Italian sub for pick up and she repeated the words "toasted Italian" back to me. I got a cold sub. She said she told the kitchen it was supposed to be toasted. I wouldn't have cared that much, but I was freezing from a day outside. I decided to stop in to the Dallas location for a late-night, last-minute take-out order last Thursday night. The staff at the counter were both very friendly and attentive, and it was rather clean inside. As for the menu, it was very comprehensive and offered many choices....many different types of pizza and hoagies/subs, pasta, even some monthly and daily specials. I finally settled on a personal-sized cheesesteak pizza, topped with mushrooms, onions, and peppers. Although I failed to call ahead and had to wait for the pizza, it was ready in about 15 minutes. While it was a decent size and the sauce and toppings were fairly good (aside from the canned mushrooms), the crust was very disappointing. To put it bluntly, I've made better tasting crust. It was quite bland with a weird, sweet aftertaste...not a hint of salt. Now, I know that a two star review might seem a bit harsh when the biggest (and likely sole) downfall is a poor crust, it's a pizza joint. If you own a restaurant that prides itself on its pizza and your staff can't bake an even decent-tasting pizza crust, it's time to re-think your recipe. (Here's a hint. Use salt.) Despite all this, I might be back, but if I do decide to visit any Pizza Bella location in the area, I'll think twice before ordering their pizza. read more

I live in town and I frequent this place both out of convenience and because I enjoy the menu. The pizza isn't the greatest in the world, and that's okay. I normally order the chicken wing pizza and enjoy it every time I eat it, even if it isn't like most chicken wing pizzas out there. I order subs ranging from turkey to chicken cheesesteaks and have yet to be disappointed. The apps are a bit pricy for what you get, such as the onion rings or Mac and cheese bites, but they're very good nonetheless. In the past we have had deliveries take over an hour. We were told we have to take the pizza and they will credit the account the amount we paid. Tonight as usual we're told deliveries are "within the hour". So I called after 60' without food. I was told two stories of what happened and that they will credit our account only $10, not our entire purchase price. I was also told I don't understand what "within the hour" (60') means. I was told it took over an hour bc of the weather though we only live 2 miles away. Then don't tell your customers "within the hour" if you can't stand behind your word then take it out on your customers. Will not be recommending this place any more. read more

Eaten here for a few years, and there food has become pretty bad. I used to love their wings, which now taste undercooked and soggy, and charging extra for credit or debit transactions is idiotic. They're a pizza chain and this is the 21st century. But the LAST STRAW and what caused me to write this review was a lunch order I placed. I got chicken tenders and fries, because I was starving and I figured you can't go wrong with chicken and fries. I got charged ten dollars for three chicken tenders and a dozen fries. That is not an exaggeration. I would have a hard time saying it was enough food for a kids meal, and I was charged ten bucks for it. It's not like this is a five star restaurant, it's a pizza place. And when I can get a chicken tender meal for roughly the same price as a pizza, I expect a decent amount of food. When I called to complain, I was given an excuse and not even offered an apology or compensation. Very, very disappointed. I will be sure to share my negative experience with anyone who will lend an ear. read more

This is worth the read! Haven't ordered delivery for a few months now, because the last 2 times, they screwed up my order. Giving them one more chance, I was giving my order to the girl, when she interrupted me 3 times to talk to other employees. I had her read it back to me, when she stopped, to yet talk again, then recited 3 of the 4 items, stopped again to talk, & then finally read me back exactly what I ordered. She told me $2 for delivery, fine! Well, I ordered 2 personal strombolis, because my son & I can't have seeds. saus. hoagie for my husband, peppers only, he can't have onions, & old forge pizza, no onions. I got 2 cheesesteak HOAGIES, WITH SEEDS, so my son & I had nothing to eat, pizza was for my husband, which we shared, crust like a rock & all. The sausage had onions instead of peppers, which hubby couldn't eat! The delivery was $4 instead of the $2 I was quoted. Called the mgr., who was unbelievably rude. She assured me there was no way the take out girl could have made a mistake! Their new delivery policy is $4 for over 4 miles. That's fine I said, but don't you think it might be a good idea to inform your employee that TAKES THE ORDERS, of that new policy? Again it had to be the POS's fault.
