A local pizza spot that has been around for a while, situated on the main street of Nanticoke. I have been coming here for YEARS! It was my go-to lunch spot before I moved out of the area almost 3 years ago. Well, I recently returned to the area and couldn't wait to come back here. The place isn't super trendy or overly decorated--but who cares??! They have beer (to-go) the best pizza, wings (and other food) in the area and all at a reasonable price. This is easily one of my favorite local pizza shops. At lunch time they have a bunch of pizzas in the hot display case ready for customers. The round has a thin crust, tasty sauce (not sweet), and delicious mozzarella cheese. The dough also packs a good flavor. Great for breakfast the next morning :) I have never had anything here I didn't like. The chicken wings are a decent size and the sauces are great. I love their chicken cheesesteak with spinach! They have a big menu and something for everyone here. I wouldn't describe the service as overly friendly, but they are nice and to the point. Parking can be found directly in front, on the side and in the back (there is a back door).

    Garlic knots

I have to say when I pulled up and went in to pickup my order I was hesitant looks dumpy BUT the food was INCREDIBLE I ordered a large pepperoni pizza great NY style pizza and the sauce was amazing Garlic knots in actual butter and sliced garlic with sauce on the side. The butter garlic so good and the sauce so flavorful Dozen wings hot Cajun not very hot but the flavor was out of this world. I will be putting this place on my go to pizza place

My fiance is crazy about their plain pizza, but I am in love with their chicken wing pizza.

Seems like they've been open since the mid-80's, circa my start date as well. I can't really say it's a 'hidden gem' because it's notoriously mentioned in many circles as the "have you ever been to THIS place??" place, but people usually answer YES, with wide eyes and a few memorable dish notes. We went for a mid-week date night, and there was a constant flow of seemingly satisfied diners. The ambiance was warm and cozy, not too dimly lit but very deliberately paced with the huge portions they offer; the service was top-notch, friendly and knowledgeable, always checking back at the right times and knowing what we would need as guests. We ordered several of their suggestions with no reservations, and they delivered. My fiance still talks about that apple cider margarita and it's firmly on the list of not-too-hard-to-make restaurant favorites we roll out for our guests at home. The stuffed mushrooms had a ton of crab meat and far less breading than most, without being saturated or too heavy to start the meal. The salads are certainly slept on; neatly arranged but never the star when pitted up against their hearty steak or cajun offerings, their house salads are hard to beat, unless you're paying up for a meal-type salad. As good as those two items were, the scallops I had with their cracker-encrusted light breading were the epitome of simple, sauteed, buttery-by-nature seafood; they were the best version of scallops like that I've ever had. And the dessert...just perfect for so many reasons; crispy and gooey caramelized bananas, a good amount of vanilla ice cream and the best cinnamony syrup sauce that I couldn't stop lapping up. Really, a fantastic experience, we'll be back!

The woman was incredibly rude. She basically said if we didn't have a reservation then tough luck. Definitely won't be back. I don't take rudeness lightly. I won't recommend this place to anyone I know. Also, it's not a great looking place. I expected something nicer/more upscale for the prices they charge. It's very basic and boring. They need to do better in every way. From staff attitudes to decor.

The atmosphere inside is very casual and they also sell various used "thrift store" type items & clothing for sale in this restaurant. The place has table seating and lunch counter seating, though half the lunch counter had some of the thrift items for sale. The breakfast offerings include egg plates, omelets (3 eggs), pancakes, French toast, and breakfast sandwiches. The lunch menu includes sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, fries, onion rings, chili, and dinner plates (t-bone steak, hamburger steak, spaghetti, liver & onions, pork chops, deep fried chicken cutlets). The prices here are pretty reasonable, under $10 before tax. I stopped in here for breakfast recently. The place was empty on mid Monday morning. I ordered a Western Omelet ($5,25) with wheat toast and home fries (add $1.50) and a water. The food was served in about 12 minutes after ordering. The folded omelet was firm and filled chunks of ham, green peppers, & onions. The wheat toast was buttered and had strawberry jam as requested. The seasoned home fries were grilled and browned fresh cut potatoes. After I finished my meal, the server (could be my Grandma) mentioned that I hardly touched the water and I should at least drink some before I head out. I already had plenty of drinks in my vehicle including coffee, but I took a big sip anyways. The check total was $7.25 before tip.

Very good menu...great food...very nice ladies running the place. Yes it looks a little old but very clean. The prices were very affordable. We will definitely be back.
