However, her coworker, who had black/brown and blonde hair, was incredibly kind, which helped balance out the experience. The biggest disappointment was the drinks. I ordered a hot cocoa, but it tasted similar to a packet of hot chocolate you could make at home. The marshmallows were the small crunchy kind, which was not what I expected. One positive is that they offered oat milk, which was appreciated since I am lactose intolerant. My boyfriend ordered a chocolate milk, but unfortunately, it was also not enjoyable. It tasted more like straight chocolate syrup or powder that had not been properly mixed rather than a smooth chocolate milk. We also tried a peanut butter cookie, which had a good flavor, but it was partially melted from how warm the shop was. I personally prefer softer cookies, so the texture was not really my preference, but it was decent overall. The prices were fairly reasonable, although the small chocolate milk felt a bit expensive at $3.75 considering the quality and for it being a small.
