We came up to Three Rivers today and honestly Pizza Factory wasn't even in the plans. We were going to try a one or couple other restaurants but unfortunately the ones we wanted to go to were closed, my wife said pizza sounded good, so I acquiesced Let me tell you, I am SO glad we did. I didn't have high expectations going in but this place absolutely blew me out of the water. The service was excellent, the environment was great, the crowd was friendly, and the pizza was nothing short of phenomenal. I'm a foodie and I consider myself pretty dang picky. I've had a LOT of pizza that I just didn't care for, but this place nailed it. The dough was done beautifully. Nice little crunch on the bottom without being overdone, so the crust wasn't tough. The toppings were plentiful and the whole thing was basically a piece of art as it danced across my tongue. We got the Hawaiian pizza, and since I love pepperoni I asked them to add pepperoni. Then I thought about it and said, nope, make that double pepperoni. And let me tell you, that was the right decision! We also got a couple fountain sodas and everything was really good. Really good spot. I highly recommend it. They've even got claw games for the kiddos and a small salad bar for our leaf eating friends First time here and definitely won't be the last. Treat your tongue to some delight, go to pizza factory tonight.

The pizza joint was very busy, but the staff moved the line quickly. The menu covers all the basics with a decent variety of standard pizza toppings. Keep in mind that this isn't thin-crust, New York-style pizza. The crust here is thick, fluffy and doughy and don't expect to see premium toppings. As a nice bonus, the chicken wings are baked rather than deep-fried and they offer standard side salads (house and Greek) along with a few beers and a seltzer on tap. I tried a passion/guava seltzer and it was not sweet and refreshing. The atmosphere is lively, complete with a large TV playing sports. I noticed a few claw machines for the kids, though adding a couple of classic arcade games would be a great way to keep them entertained after eating. Service was fast and we appreciated having the food brought directly to our table rather than having to call our number at the counter. While our order initially came out incorrect, the staff corrected the mistake promptly and handled it very professionally. Overall, it's a solid, convenient spot for a casual meal!

After looking at many…read moredifferent businesses and menus the Mediterranean pizza caught my eye and I couldn't stop thinking about it. Yesterday I finally decided to bite the bullet and order. Pizza is typically something that I don't order often because it is usually pretty expensive. The pizza was excellent and I would definitely definitely want this again however I removed a star because when I attempted to order through the pizza guy app when it came time to pay it said if using a card you needed to meet the driver at the door to sign and show the card. I was working and was not able to go to the door so that was not an option for me the only other thing was to pay cash which I don't have. I am not sure why they have to do it this way when every other place can take your card information and leave the food at the door. Other places also offer payment through PayPal or Venmo that's linked directly to your bank account so that's another option that would've been better because ordering through the app I could've used a coupon and saved quite a bit of money. This time I had to go through DoorDash so I had to pay higher price and a small pizza and one drink was over $30 which is way too much in my opinion. If they would give you other payment options through the app that would definitely help and I would be ordering more often. Sometimes having something delivered is not just for convenience but it's the only thing you can do so limiting the options on how you can pay or that you have to meet someone at the door can make a difference. Now for the food review... I loved everything about this pizza other than the price ha ha. Crust was very good there were plenty of toppings and they were well distributed. Even though I like everything on this pizza I was a little unsure about the combination because I've never had this type of pizza before. But it was so good and is definitely a favorite it was also delicious cold I had a piece that evening and that's always a good indicator as well. If a pizza is good both hot and cold that is a plus. Definitely would recommend the Mediterranean pizza and would order again when I am able to go and pick it up myself.

The pizza was hot, cheesy, and exactly what you want when you're craving something comforting and filling. The pepperoni added just the right amount of savory bite, and the ranch made a great dipping option. Portions were generous -- one slice is big, and two will definitely fill you up.
