The salads are always fresh and packed; the tempura green beans are always light and crisp, and the fries are decent. Their new garlic, parmesan cheese fries are good with a funky flavor. When they had their tempura avocado wedges, it became my habit, they were perfectly fried, crisp on the outside and warm and creamy on the inside with a hint of citrus. It was very filling, it doesn't look like much, not too pretty, but it's a good sandwich especially if you want something a little different than a typical burger. People working at the drive-through window are always very nice and polite and I have not had an issue with any of my orders. You do need to wait a little longer than a typical drive-through, but I never mind. As I mentioned in a previous review I do wish it was easier to get in and out of the parking lot depending on traffic it can be a little tricky because of the location of the entry/exit spots and the timing of the traffic lights. They have a wide variety of foods so if you are feeding a family or group with different wants this would give you a pretty good choice of making everyone happy.

I live in Fresno and came to Porterville's blaze pizza only because a) I love pizza and 2. I heard that this was the best pizza place to go to, yes, better than any Blaze Pizza in Fresno. After driving for 1 & 1/2 hours I was so hungry I felt like I could die from hunger!! I stopped by for some pizza and the beautiful lady who helped me take my order was so kind and sweet! Not only did she take my order but she paid me so many compliments and invited me to her birthday party! After making my order she handed my pizza on a red velvet pillow and bowed to me. By far the best costumer service ever! The pizza tasted like it was made by God himself It was so good I almost cried. Although I live an hour and half away I always come back because of her! Blaze Pizza is one of my favorite restaurants in Porterville, and I would highly recommend it. The employees are friendly, patient, and willing to accommodate my every whim. (I like the red sauce and garlic pesto sauce mixed, not too much cheese, way too much pineapple, and every possible drizzle post-firing!) You can watch your pizza be topped and fired, so the already short wait isn't even noticeable, and it ends up being the best tasting pizza you've ever tried! The seating and bathrooms are also quite pleasant and clean. read more
