Service was fine. My complaint is the Frosty with Brownie "Batter" was extremely granulated. It was like eating sand or undissolved powdered chocolate pudding (but not as delicious). Please mix it better, as I didn't get any brownie taste, just sand. read more

Wow- false advertising! Menu in drive thru says seven dollars for the double stack biggie bag (which is already a dollar increase...) When I asked at the window and the manager actually went to look, she says "oh... they must not have updated the menu out there, in our system it's eight dollars (a whole dollar off!!) couldn't even offer to take a dollar off.... What has happened to customer service? I understand we all have to cover the expenses our government has imposed by mandating a minimum wage... but come on, if there is an error you should offer the price listed? Shouldn't you??? This place is just always disappointing. I will try coming at different times of the day and no matter the time I come they NEVER have potatoes. They should just remove that as an option cause they always have a 30 minute wait. And then the one time I was able to get one it was so old and gross I had to toss it. We went through the drive-in. We drove directly from the order screen to pickup/payment window, about 5 seconds. There's no way they could have gotten order ready in 5 srconds. They shoved 2 bags out the window and left the window as fast as possible. Why? They gave us the wrong order deliberately! I guess they had an extra order of mis-made food and wanted to get rid of it so boss wouldn't yell at them. Its not physically possible to prepare an order like ours in 5 seconds! I ordered a single burger. What did I get? Two patties with cheese. That's ALL. I didn't even order cheese! Oh, and they left off lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mayo, ketchup and mustard. EVERYTHING!! The lunchtime employees should be fired. Wendys, you should either pay people so they stop treating customers like the garbage they serve, or fire employees who think its okay to serve people leftover trash. And a meal for 2 people was $26. If these restaurants are going to be charging a lot for their food and employees getting paid the way they do (over paid) then they need to serve quality food not this trash. I was the only person in the drive thru and I still waited about 10 minutes. That part wasn't a big deal, but I ordered and paid for a JR Bacon Cheeseburger and they ended up giving me just a regular cheeseburger with the cheese not even melted, one pickle, no lettuce...and the meat was so thin, that it tasted like just bread. I had groceries in the car that I had to take home and out in the refrigerator, otherwise I would have gone back to at least get the bacon added that was left out, or get refunded for not getting what I paid for/ordered. I guess that's what I get for not opening the burger wrapping while I was still in the drive thru to make sure it was correct... At least the drive-thru girl was very nice. Went today and ordered combo meals. We get to the window pay, and get our order. At this time we're informed the ice machine is down so there's no ice in our drinks. Why wouldn't they mention this during ordering? This business is going down hill. Last visit we had they tell us at there's no straws for the drinks. The worst service make sure you check your bags in drive thru because 3 out of 5 times they'll screw up your order!!! I was a fan of this location before they rebuilt I think with the rebuilding came out the crappy employees my gosh they completely suck worst location ever should've remained closed!!! The drive-thru service was great! I give that young lady 5 stars for efficiency and politeness. The Dave's Double and Chicken Nuggets were wonderful, but, I say this with a heavy heart, the fries were undercooked. However, it was made up for with the huge ice cold lemonade, which was of vital importance considering it was over 90 degrees after 9pm. read more

Although the food is great , the female staff member working there wearing a gold chain was rude and disrespectful.

Everytime I come here something is missing or wrong BUT with that being said they staff is always friendly and quick to fix any mistakes. Their excellent customer service is the only redeeming factor for this restaurant. read more

To be perfectly straight forward, don't come to this location with the expectation that all Wendy's are great like most others. Very poor service and high wait times just for a simple sandwich (15 mins), not even a "sorry for the wait response". Absolutely not coming to this Wendy's ever! Tip for the establishment would be to not to distract your employees by talking to them what your looking up online while you were diddle dallying in the restroom. read more

yeah its a fast food place deal with it however - this is a concept store - supposedly one of two in the country they demolished and rebuilt the place in the past few months in redoing the place it looks like a modern fast food restaurant crossed with an ikea - with a freakin fireplace!! the food is your standard wendys food (not bad - love love love the chili oil on french-fries mmmm) what is different than other fastfood places is that they had employees coming around the place asking if everything was okay or if anyone needed anything - then they would get it (like more chili oil for my fries - lol) if they could upgrade the menu like they upgraded the space it would be a definite home run! read more

All I can say about this place is WOW. My order is never right and literally only 1 staff member actually does his job here and is polite. The rest of the staff is not only rude but highly incompetent and cares more about gossiping than acknowledging a customer at the counter. I only come here for my husband because of the "never frozen" patties. They're also incredibly slow whether they're busy or not. Just blows my mind with this place. The food is good, the service was somewhat friendly, what really upset us was that we went into the restaurant to sit and eat at 8:30pm we got our food fairly fast but at 8:56 one of the employees informed us that the manager sent him to ask us if we would please move to another section of the restaurant because they wanted to close the section we were sitting in! The was another family that was also asked to move - there is no signs saying that the section closes at a certain time but beyond RUDE to ask a paying customer to move themselves and their food to another section so they could clean especially since the customers were almost done with their food and had been sitting in that section for 20 minutes eating!!!! They have a flavorful and moist Asiago Bacon Homestyle Chicken Sandwich. They also have the chicken Spicy or Grilled. They have fries that are cooked with the peelings still on. Seasoned with sea salt. People watching their sodium level needs to be careful. Most restaurants have calories posted not sodium levels. They have a really delicious salad. The one I've have eaten several times is the Apple-Pecan Chicken Salad. There is at least two types of apple in it Granny Smith and I believe Red Delicious, Bleu Cheese crumbles ( I usually asked for more of the bleu cheese), Dried Cranberries, Candied Pecans. The dressing is a Pomegranate Vinaigrette. The mixture works. It comes in full size and half size. read more
