It was a Saturday morning when my family and I went in for brunch. The store wasn't busy at the time, we ordered our food, and decided for once to eat there. That was not the best choice. I took my son to the bathroom to wash our hands and the bathroom was filthy as can be. We came back out to choose a seat and all the tables were filthy with food, and food and wrappers scattered all over the floors. We couldn't even find a clean place to sit and have our food. 4 times in the last month I have stopped in on this particular location for breakfast crunchwraps and each time they were not open for breakfast food. I was there well past their breakfast start time each of these visits. Why even advertise that you're open for breakfast if you're not going to serve it? Came here at 11:00 pm tonight, line was outrageous for one. I finally get to order and the girl taking the order was talking so low and monotone it made it very awkward. We ordered a crunch wrap, one of the boxes, and a little side bowl of beef for my dog. I had ordered the crunch wrap with no tomato and like every other time we come, they put tomatoes, that's not even like the part that I'm most dissatisfied with, the crunch wrap tasted like it had an old tortilla chip in it and the chalupa box smelt weird and didn't taste normal. I tried the new (dollar) menu, a cheese, rice bean burrito. It filled me up. The downside is that the 1 dollar "happy hour" drinks didn't start until 2pm . Coming to this Taco Bell was still well worth it. I got someone to eat, and add a little bit of a charge on my phone. read more

Used the drive-thru yesterday afternoon and was greeted very rudely. She started with " what can I make you" and was not pleasant.

I used to be a Taco Bell regular but since the pandemic I try not to eat out as much. I decided to splurge a little bit the other day and was kinda disappointed. I ordered a $5 box on the app so when I went to go pick it up in the restaurant a guy who worked there (I didn't catch the name) saw me and rang me out. He saw my box just sitting on a counter on the side (not under a warmer) and grabbed it to make sure it was right. He saw that I had a large Baja Blast freeze and told me he'd grab my drink. When I got it, it was a medium. I figured it was just a mistake so I asked him if he was sure that it was a large and he kinda looked at me but ignored me and looked away, since he was more interested in having a conversation with someone else. I asked him again and he just said "Yeah, sure," and then shooed me away. I try not to write reviews like this but I just left feeling so awkward and kind of upset. All I wanted was to be able to fix my drink and I got shooed away. read more

This Taco Bell is awful. They can NEVER get an order right. I ordered a $5 dollar chalupa box and there should be 4 things in that box. It came with 2 things and THEY WEREN'T EVEN THE RIGHT STUFF!!! Not only did I not get what I wanted my dad is very picky about his food and he ordered 2 bean burritos no red sauce or onions and his burrito that should be filled with beans and cheese looked like a cheesy roll up from the dollar menu there was nothing on it.
