Restaurant is dated, but this is often the standard in small towns. Could use an update. Our server was friendly and quick. I haven't had a steak for awhile so I chose the New York Strip with a side of baked potato. It was good for the price point. 25 bucks for a steak cooked properly was good. And who doesn't like baked potato slathered with butter and sour cream and bacon bits. I would have liked this with green onions though. The carrot and sprig of parsley was unnessary and shows how dated their restaurant is. The French Onion soup came out pretty sloppy looking, however the flavours were there. Really nice carmalization on the onions. I would order this again. My husband had the lasagna. Loved the sauce. It is a very hearty dish and will fill you up. If I was in Whitecourt again, I would probably come back. If you like a good steak or some basic but tasty home cooked Italian food try it out.

My son gobbled up his Kid's burgers. I REALLY really REALLY like that they give you the option of cucumbers and sliced red peppers which both of my kids went for rather than fries - yay! The kids' meals also come with a drink and customized dessert options. Two thumbs up, way up, for great kids' meals in the sense that there are probably more than 30 ways to choose the meal. The pizza was a bit lacking in meat, especially for something called "The Pepperoni Lovers" pizza. Apparently, I love pepperoni a lot more than Pizza Hut. But the pepperoni has good flavor. The crust is the oily - puffy - crispy concoction that passes for crust at Pizza Hut - I'm not a fan. Tastes like highly processed factory food to me. The sauce is only OK. I can always use more cheese, but again, it's ok. Overall, this place is great if you want to pickup a Pizza Hut pizza, but not if you want really good pizza.

When it came time to pay our bills she said all of our bills were automatically printed and they're was no way the bills could be messed up. My friend paid for my order and we left with about 5 people from our party left paying. At the end one person had their bill paid for twice but she claimed we hadn't payed for ours, she proceeded to go print a new receipt which she specifically said wasn't possible because all the bills were printed correctly.
