Both the chicken and potatoes were very dry. The chicken was lacking in flavour... The potatoes were definitely not seasoned like other Basha's I've eaten at. They were hard and not the melt in your mouth kind of potatoes. What I always look forward to is the garlic mayo and again this tasted more mayo than the usual garlicky mayo Basha's is known for. So unfortunately my shish taouk craving was not fulfilled. Not sure if I'll be coming back to this location.

Our group had 2 larger guys who just couldn't sit comfortably behind the table since it was pressing on to their chest/stomachs. The restaurant looked empty so we asked to change tables but after talking to our server and possibly the manager on site, it just took far too long to accomodate us. Our friends felt embarassed that they couldn't even sit at the table and stood around waiting when there appeared to be tons of other tables. It seemed like the staff was annoyed with us, as if we were asking for too much. After standing around for way too long, we decided to walk out. Sadly can't comment on the food but the overall service was awful. Everyone here seemed stuck up and unwilling to comply with a simple seat change. So just a note, unless you are skinny, you won't fit in a booth and the staff will embarass you for it.

It was nice to see the delivery arrive earlier than promised, and to see they still use a dough ball to protect the pizza! Food really connects people as it's…read moreabout bringing something into the body, and to eat the same food conveys that we are both willing to bring the same thing into our bodies. In fact, Oxford University research reveal that the more often people eat and connect with others, the more likely they are to feel happy and satisfied with their lives. The results demonstrates that people who eat socially are more likely to feel better about themselves and have a wider social network capable of providing social and emotional support to combat physical and mental illness. Despite the clear correlation between social eating and bonding, the study also reveals a third of the weekday evening meals are eaten alone due to hectic work and life schedules, over two-third of people have never shared a meal with a neighbour, and one in five questioned have not shared dinner with a close friend or family in more than six months at home, a cafe or in a restaurant. Well thank goodness for Gentile Pizza Parlour - named after the last name of the family that started and continues to run business since 1959 - yeah hat's right, three generations of Gentile Family that have been bringing people together with food. Guests get to enjoy a warm and comfortable family Italian eatery that is full of timeless recipes and traditions. Although the Westmout location was opened in 2016 it feels like it has been there forever, where you can see why regulars come back - they are greeted by their name and are treated as a member of the family. And that's exactly how we felt with Danny, our wonderful waiter, who patiently took our order, offered suggestions and was incredibly attentive all evening long. Needless to say, we came back to Piazzetta on the seventh night! The prices are great, especially if you just split a 13" pizza between two people. You can get it made half and half so that was the best way for us to do it and still get two different tastes! The three cheeze pizza was my favorite, and my friend liked the Sicilian (I'm not a fan of spicy so that was what was great about having half and half). The decor is also very nice and pastel/colored, feeling upscale but also fun and bright. The servers were very friendly and helpful. They even warm your plates on a little contraption that they bring over and attach to your table. Once your pizza arrives, they put the plates in front of you and then put the pizza on the warming plate, so that it stays hot the whole time you're eating it! We loved everything about this place. Definitely recommend!
