Trying Pitsa for the first time was definitely such a fun & tasty experience. I love how the menu takes a staple takeout idea like pizza and reinvented it with fun fusion of flavors. I ordered the Mighty Greens on cauliflower crust. It was super delicious with a perfect crispy crust, plentiful toppings, and flavorful pesto sauce. My friends ordered the Green Envy and Arabian Nights. The service with quick and super attentive. When a topping was accidentally left off my pizza (even though the pizza was so good that I didn't even notice), the chef realized the mistake and treated my to a free dessert pizza called the Cheesy Mawa. It's a pita crust pizza with ricotta cheese, mawa, coconut flakes, skor bites, and sweetened condensed milk. Yes, it was as amazing as it sounds! Plus it underscored the generosity and attentiveness of the staff. The restaurant is very casual, so it's a wonderful takeout option or a great place to grab a quick bite with some friends. I'm still not sure exactly how I feel about this place. We decided to try it at work because we are fascinated by food, especially fusion food, so we gave it a shot. I got the Thai pizza and have some thoughts. Taste - the taste is definitely different. I have to say my favorite part was the crust which actually had good flavor for pizza crust. As for the toppings, it is weird. I'm not gonna lie. I wouldn't say bad, but not necessarily something I would come back to over and over again. If I did come back, I think I would go with a regular standard pizza. Because again, the crust was actually quite good. I can't remember what my coworkers got, but their opinion was very similar to mine. Price - smidge pricey for my liking. But I guess you're paying for the uniqueness of the pizza. They do have a lot of different fusion flavors, which means maintaining many different topping choices. So I applaud them for that. TLDR - I am glad to have tried it, probably won't order again, but I would definitely recommend you try it too. I'm giving my personal opinion on what I got, but don't let my experience sway you. It is such a cool fusion idea that I suggest you give it a go. 10/10 DOUGH - SO GOOD! This was my first time coming to Pitsa and I was not disappointed! There are so many options, ranging from "rizza" bowls, fusion pizzas, "pizzadillas" and more! Very friendly and engaging staff, plenty of seating options inside; no outside seating. The parking lot is pretty packed constantly due to all the businesses. For today's visit we got the Arabian Nights pizza and the Carmel apple & carrot dessert pizza. The Arabian Night was a 10/10 - the dough was the star of the show! The Carmel apple & carrot dessert pizza was a 6/10. The toppings made it crunchy, while the carrots paired well with the Carmel. There are no "aesthetically pleasing" spots inside the restaurant for photos, but the service and food will make up for it. read more

PITSA is so freaking good!! My family and I ordered the Meaty Mike and the Humble Thai to share. While the Mike was very delicious, the Humble Thai was out of this world! The flavor combinations are absolutely phenomenal; the warm pizza paired with the cool toppings and sauce drizzle is like a hug you never knew your stomach needed! While the restaurant isn't that big, there are a few tables and it is very, very clean. Even the restrooms were spotless! The folks behind the counter are super nice and very patient, especially with us first timers who had no clue what we wanted when we walked in the door. Look, no one gets "Five Stars". But my wife writes and edits books, does the marketing and she says give it 5-stars if they deserve it. Well, this place deserves 5-Stars. We were there after a Dr.'s appointment, on a Friday. Honestly, the Pizza Hut around the corner was Pick-Up only and the reception pointed us to Pitsa. What good advice. The drink selection was a little thin; only bottles and cans of the usual. Considering the spicy food served, they may want to upgrade to more cream-based beverages, you know. Cream cuts the edge off spices. Anyway, we ordered a medium veggie with a cream sauce drizzled on it. Mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, spinach, pesto. It was WONDERFUL! We walked into a great place for Pizza. The Pizza WAS a little on the spicy side, but we didn't know and probably next time we will cut down the spice! The Crust, the Dough, was really great, as well. Anyway, I really wanted to also try the Chicken Tikka Wraps. But, we ran out of time. We spent time looking up what "Biryani" and etc mean/consist of. So, yeah, we will get a handle on the spices (Caucasians and all!) and will delve a little deeper into the PITSA Pizza/wraps/taco/rice menu! The environment was CLEAN, the rest rooms were CLEAN, tables/floor - CLEAN. I am prior Navy, so yeah, clean is huge AND where I got my taste for a little more exotic foods. Incredible experience dining here for the first time! The staff were so friendly and inviting. We were immediately greeted and given an extensive run down on the menu including recommendations. I ordered the Mumbai madness fusion pizza and the shawarma bowl lunch special. We dined inside and they brought us our meals. They were very attentive to us and even came back to provide more dipping sauce without us even asking. If not for the food, I'd come back for the service! As for the food, the pizza and bowl were delicious. The pizza was more on the sweet side and not spicy like how I had expected (if you like spicy, they do have crushed red pepper flakes). Yum! Fancy pizza with a slightly crispy almost flakey crust. I know people can be finicky about the crust but we always choose the thin version and I love how it doesn't flop down when you pick up a slice. Everything is super tasty and fresh! The combos are a little confusing perhaps but just pick a general cuisine that you like and it'll taste like the best of that cuisine on a crust. We often choose one of the veggie versions and add meat and that feels a little more healthy too. Did I mention Yum! And don't forget to try the dessert pitsas! This is one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been in. The staff was welcoming and explained the menu to me. It seemed like they just started a lunch special menu which was great because it was cheaper than the normal menu and came with a drink. My pepperoni pizza was delicious and fresh and had a very unique flavor profile. I can't wait to come back and try some of the other pizza flavors. This peetzah was very interesting. I had the pizzadilla which is two pizzas stacked on top each other of fairly thing crusted pizzas. This is definitely a major upgrade to the restaurant it replaced. The menu options are adventurous and well executed of you're someone who likes to try new things. The pizza was between warm and hot when I picked it up, it sits under some kind of heat lamp thing when you pick it up and comes in a compostable perfectly sized container. The inside feels clean and colorful in a thoughtful way. The only thing I didn't like about the inside was the tables, they look like some cheap Amazon table and doesn't match the theme of feel when in there. It looks like you can see into the kitchen but I'm not sure since I didn't go further than the pickup counter. It's good to see this area have some interesting spots. read more

Asking me to add one protein and two veggies became confusing, after I already looked at the menu. I anticipated a Thai pizza, as my son ordered, with Neapolitan pizza dough; and a simple Indian pizza on thin crust, as I ordered. All we ended up with was a scrambled, over salted mess! Yet, the service was wonderful! Will not go back, since we both ate two slices (one slice of each other) and trashed 1 3/4 pizzas when we got home.
