However, we can't say enough about Bianca, who makes it a point to personally come to our table as well as others to make sure our dining experience is pleasant and what we expected. I don't know of many restaurants where the manager takes time to personally address the patrons unless they are asked to take of an issue. That's outstanding in our book. I have called the Big Bros and left a message and my number at least 6 times with no response from anyone or the owner regarding a refund. Employees are always kind when they answer the phone and I explain the situation but they can't help me as this has to go through the owner according to them. I also asked for an email to get in touch with the owner and they were not able to provide me with one.
