We ordered our drinks from the bar. I wanted to order some food, but that was at another window. My cocktail was called peaches and dreams. Very nice, not too sweet drink. I ended up having it twice. We also got a strawberry Jell-O shot too. Which was really good. Would totally get 2 of those next time. I ordered crab rangoon's, but they looked different from what you would normally get at a Chinese restaurant. Just shaped differently. Flavor was great. Their dipping sauce was good too. I think there was 5, and we shared. They do play music, on a high tech jukebox, so you get to pick and choose the songs. Some people have a very different idea of music. But, then someone else plays something like zombie by the cranberries, so it balances out. Great night catching up with my friend. They do have a patio. I didn't see it, but I know there is one. And they allow dogs on the patio too. Parking lot is smallish to medium, and they have street parking, and I don't believe it is a paid street parking. It's just a side street.

Peaches and Dreams ($10): Sweet and fruity with a lot of sugar. You could not taste the alcohol at all. Raspberry Mule ($10.31): Tasted like a THC drink which was not what we were going for. Mezcal Negroni ($11.34): Strong but did not taste good. Prairie Watermelon ($9.27): A sour beer that was actually not bad and the best of the four.

For reasons that make no sense to any experienced summer festival-goer, the Q2 powers-that-be decided to make this a "no re-entry" event, meaning that attendees are basically locked in the stadium with very few options for relief from the heat. Thank heaven for PointsBet Sports Bar! PointsBet Austin is located inside of Q2 stadium on the north end near the Zebra Gate, up some stairs just to your right as you enter the gate. They have cold air-conditioning, at least one phone recharging station, a few table games, seating for at least 50 people, and standing room for a couple hundred others. Plus, there's a huge horseshoe bar serving plenty of canned and mixed beverages. The whole north wall is floor-to-ceiling windows, providing plenty of natural light. Lastly, there are 18 flatscreens around the walls showing various sporting events and during our concert, a couple were streaming a live view of the concert stage. As expected, prices were "high" (like everything else in Austin these days), but they were in line with pricing available at the other beverage stands outside in the stadium, so we didn't pay any more than we would have out there for the same drink. According to their website, PointsBet opens 3 hours before soccer matches on regular Q2 game days, and it's one of the few air-conditioned places where non-VIP attendees can get a break from the goings-on outside.

My girls are begging for anchor wings nightly, the 9yo loves their retrial and the 7yo loves the jerk, I personally love the honey siracha and babe alert ranch. Now the honey siracha, it's listed as like the one of the hottest, no sir it's barely spicy at all, I still love it but just saying. Wait staff is always awesome, friendly and super helpful. Only complaint is we saw they have .99c wings on Tuesdays, it says limit 10, which was perfect for the girls and I since we can't eat more than 6. The waiter said it's a misprint and supposed to say 10 minimum. That was frustrating and sad because we would go every Tuesday if we could order less, 10 is way too much for all 3 of us and all 3 like different flavors so sharing won't work either. Love the hand cleaning station, although it looks like it could use a cleaning itself lol. But 5 stars because yesssss, the food and the service are so good. Wait one more complaint, sorry! The skillet cookie, way too expensive for what you get AND the skillet is tiny it's impossible to eat without getting burned. Knowing it was bringing hot and being careful all 3 of us still left with burns.

The Mango Habanero wings had just the right amount of spice and was not overpowering like some other wing restaurants. Also I rarely eat Ranch dressing with my wings, but the Ranch dressing here tastes much better than other wing restaurants I have tried. Overall a VERY impressive experience and I may need to become a more frequent visitor. I also like the fact this is a veteran owned restaurant, that makes me want to visit even more.

Parmer Lane Tavern is a solid bar boasting cheap drink specials including $3 beers and shots on Tuesdays. It's very accessible since it's just off Parmer and there's plenty of parking out front. It was clean and the service is friendly which for some bars is a premium. One thing that stands out is there's more to do than most bars here in terms of activities. As mentioned before, there's a poker table and slot machines but they also have darts and pool as well. Definitely a spot you can kill a few hours at without realizing. They also have a good amount of TVs so catching a game here doesn't seem like it should be much of an issue. Between that and the cheap drinks there is more than enough entertainment to go around. One thing to be aware of is that they don't have beer on tap (bottles only) and they don't have any food to serve. They did mention you can bring in outside food or order it to the bar but just being able to order something small can be nice sometimes. Look, Parmer Lane Tavern isn't a Domain bar, and that's okay. It's a good, friendly, and very cheap neighborhood bar that is more suited for a casual weekday night or game day. If you want a bar with a more local or down to earth feel then this is definitely the spot for you.

I placed my lunch order using the QR code, but in the future I would probably go inside to order, as it felt like multiple steps. My son and I ordered burgers -- he got his with fries and I got mine with tots -- and my daughter ordered the hot honey turkey biscuit. It took quite a while for the food to come out, but what I will say is that the burger I ordered is literally one of the best burgers I have ever had. It had the right amount of savory, sweet, and crunchiness, along with the juiciness of the burger patty. I don't live in that area, but the next time I'm nearby, I would go there just to get that burger!

The drinks and food came out quickly. I had the quesadillas which were really good and a big portion size. The grilled veggies in the quesadilla added so much flavor than your plain Jane quesadilla. There is a wide array of food options so even the pickiest eater can find something. This is a great hangout spot for large groups to unwind!

Plenty of outdoor tvs and you can hear the sports on the tv so much appreciated to get a good drink and watch sports. The venue is clean, large open spaces, big drink menu so any beer and cocktail they got it. For me the location, how clean the inside and outside was, the fun factor is a solid 10/10. Great overall atmosphere. I will say the let down is some of the food items, it needs help. I only took pictures of the fish n chips meal but I ordered fried pickles, had a few wings, chips and dip, and egg rolls. The egg rolls are nice and crunchy, it had a corn and bean interior, nice warm with the extra crispy exterior. Good ranch dipping sauce. The wings are also good, crispy exterior nice fluffy chicken interior, it's not the best wings I've had but also not the worst. The flavor menu is a little short so you're not going to get a ton to choose from. The chips and salsa, the queso is amazing. Nice creamy, thick, cheese flavor, the salsa is nice and semi chunky. Both hold on to chips but the chips we got were ultra stale. I mean rock hard. We asked for new chips and luckily the new chips were fresh. The let down had to be the fish and chips. The batter was too thick, the batter also was still raw. The cod is nice and semi thick, still cooked all the way but since the batter was soo thick, it didn't have that crisp factor the crunchy flavor was gone, it didn't have the crispy exterior. In the pictures you'll see how thick it was. The waffle fries were ok, not the best not the worst just in the middle, still crispy but it was semi cold when we got them.
