Moreover, I find it perplexing that baristas, who merely press a button to make a single coffee, receive tips, yet drivers who travel 15 miles to fulfill a delivery are left with nothing. This blatant disregard for the hard work and commitment of delivery drivers is not only unfair but also demoralizing. I urge you to reconsider your company's policy on tipping and recognize the invaluable contributions of your delivery drivers.
