The tint was pricey, which I was willing to pay, but the lighting installation was incredibly disappointing. From the start, the LED strips were pushed in unevenly, making the light lines look crooked. Over time, opening the glove box caused the adhesive to peel away, and now the end of one strip has completely detached. They also missed an entire section where lighting was supposed to be installed. The lights underneath the seats were barely visible. When I brought this up, I was told they would only be noticeable at night. However, even in complete darkness at home, I still couldn't see them. I did go back and they fixed it for free but, beware if you intend to install lights underneath your seats if you have a Tesla. After paying $1,175, I expected quality parts and professional installation. Instead, the lights looked and felt cheap, the workmanship was poor, and I had to return to the shop to have the issues addressed. Extremely disappointing for the price.

Drove and saw him for a free estimate which he got to me that evening. I asked him when I was at his shop doing the estimate about how long he thought it would take. He said a week or less. I told him I wanted to be in San Antonio on the following Wednesday. He informed me he would have space for me the next day, Thursday. I checked the estimate and brought the car back to him on Thursday after work. Matt was waiting for me. He was communicative, prompt, affable, funny and smart. I could tell from the minute I started talking with him I liked him. On his day off, Sunday, he called me and told me that he thought he could definitely make that happen and he did. Mind you he just had a baby girl so sleep was abviously an issue. He delivered and he delivered more than what he assured me that he would do and promised that he would do. During the design phase my ideas continued to evolve and she was very easy to work with and was willing to listen to any changes I wanted to make. Once the design was done the execution that she and her team were able to pull off was exactly what I had in my mind. I have already received numerous complements from people are they are passing by my house and I'm very happy with the finished product. When it came time to do the install, Tina did not stand around and point and give directions. She was part of the crew, in the dirt with everyone else wearing her welding helmet burning some steel together. The rest of her crew was also great to be around and work with. Jesus and Mauro are a fantastic team. They are both very smart, hard working, and unbelievably detail oriented. Not to mention they are both genuinely nice people. Many times I thought what they were working on looked complete, but it wasn't perfect enough for them. They kept working with it to make sure everything was completely level, straight and just right. Donovan was also a key member of the team. He was very respectful, a hard worker, and forward thinking. You can tell he really takes pride in everything he works on and wants it to be perfect. He and Tina were welding the project together one day while I was working on the gate to my fence. Talking with Donovan while he was taking a break he casually mentioned that I could trying to square up the gate using a method I hadn't thought of. Sure enough his idea solved the problem and made my life much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to work with any of them again in the future.
