So my truck was making some squeaky brake type noise on my front left wheel. I was referred to Austin Hydraulic because he was mobile and he does almost any type of repair for most vehicles. I called and he was there just a couple hours later and started to work on my truck while it was parked at my office. I figured some break pads slapped in and I would be good. He told me to come outside because it was more than just brakes. He started pulling on the wheel back and forth and the whole assembly was wobbling back and forth. The hub bearing assembly was all worn out and he said it needed to be changed out because the whole wheel/tire could fall off while driving. Obviously seeing it in person I asked can you fix that too. He said no doubt and left to get the new hub. Within a couple hours I got all four of my brakes done and put in both front hub/spindle bearing assemblies in. My truck is 4 wheel drive so I figured over 120,000 miles it was time to replace not one but both. I highly recommend this guy for auto repair stuff. He was nice and prices were unbeatable compared to numerous places I called to see what the brakes and hub replacement would cost elsewhere. Will def recommend to anyone I know! read more
