BBB rates then a 1.18 out of 5, and a 3 out of 5 on Yelp. When I got it back, the gasket under the headlight was folded over and broken. There is a HOLE under the headlight where you can stick a golf tee in. This should have been fixed initially. This is the exact area where I was hit, and where the repair was. Tava tried to tell me they didn't take the headlight out. That makes no difference at all. When they removed and replaced the front bumper, HELEN KETTER could have seen the gasket needed to be repaired. Or, the reason they don't want to stand good their "repair" is because they screwed up the gasket? Either way, they car should not have been sent out from the shop, like this, and when I took it back, they should have said. "we'll take care of it and let you know when it's ready". Not only do they do bad work, but they also lie to you like your stupid. RUN, DONT WALK FROM THE PLACE.
