Also very helpful when my warranty company needed additional invoices. The price was also a good value. Will definitely use their services again if needed!

In regard to your response Frank I'll expose again why no one should use you. To start I used you…read moreafter the break issue we resolved to give you a shot. I bring up that brake issue because it eventually became a pattern of dropping the ball, and repeated issues 1. My car had to be towed because basic logic well known issue for GMC/Chevy 6.2 liter V8 engines have a lifter issue which requires engine replacement. The car wasn't in bad shape as you say. Cadillac dealership said I should have it towed due to the knocking sound. My car has always been kept immaculate. Yes you quoted a fair price, it was Lambs in Lakeway that was ridiculous and most people know they are. The engine took long because they sent the wrong engine and in regards to my finances it wasn't I couldn't pay . I was at the mercy of you and I was nothing but polite every single interaction with you. Your dropped the ball so many times and you actually asked me for advance payment at one point because you needed to pay your taxes . I didn't want to pay you UPFRONT Frank. You fix then pay, that's most every way it's done . You didn't have the money to cover costs which is a concern regarding running a business. I had also just spent money on another car repair and boat repairs . The car sat as I decided what I wanted to do. As far as stating you could have charged me storage you never once mentioned that and I have every phone call that proves that. Pretty shady of you to pull that out on your reply here. Again not on single time did you ever mention storage fees. So please don't act as if it was some favor you did. The car went in for an engine replacement. As you confirmed the day you put the engine in to test drive you call me telling me I need steering column replacement. Yes I have you on recording Frank stating that indeed the lift and big tires were the culprit. The steering was completely fine and it had not been driven once per you as we waited for the engine issue and replacement to be resolved. You now understand why I recorded you. You can't remember what you told me. I didn't struggle to pay you. I had a boat in repair and another car a Range Rover in repair. I communicated to you very professionally. By the way let's remember you had me pay up front on everything. It was the engine that was ordered that was delayed. 2. Regarding the transmission line. Let the public see this post. I pick up my car from Frank and I make it about a quarter to half a mile or so down road and what becomes the problem is the transmission line. Frank I have that call to you recorded as well and your claim that I accelerated or false and blew the line is total BS. It had nothing to do with big tires. I'm saving all my facts, statements from GM certified techs , and video of your guy coming over to "fix" it. Within a day or 2 it went out again and I made you tow it for free. It was your guy that you sent and had him do what he did and sent me on my way and that all was fine only to have it sent back to you. By the way on our recorded call you tried to lead me to believe with certainty it was one thing when in fact you were wrong and called me with another reason. Again grateful I recorded both those conversations. The reputable mechanics I discussed were my brothers out of Houston. My brother owns a professional garage and luxury and collector car biz for 22 years. The other reputable people was a connection I had out of A Cadillac dealer in Dallas. I mentioned this to you and so logically my car stayed locally with you. 3. The whole issue about you spending 200 for the detail I will just say to anyone reading this look at the pics of my Escalade left in his care. Never should have happened Frank. By the way I took a time stamp video of my car before it went back to you. I didn't spill the oil. That's a regular engine oil. Why would I need engine oil to leave in my backseat after you just repaired and did an engine replacement. Again shady of you to blame that on me. And by the way I had to waste 3 hours of my work day sitting there waiting on a detail. Completely unprofessional. 4. I asked you you fix my windshield wiper motor while you had it. You never did. I kept asking you very time you had the car and I have your texts alone that show you forgot several times. same thing Frank regarding the transmission thermostat. I asked you several times, you came out to fix my running board and forgot to get the transmission thermostat and windshield motor. Again pretty crazy you fixed my transmission yet our texts show you dropping the ball on the thermostat. I have lost count on the amount of texts I have that show you never show up on time. I'm done with my response. I'll update this post after claims court.

UPDATE: I spoke with a mgr at Lambs, who was very empathetic to my issue (described below) and has…read moresince made things 'right'. It has restored my faith in Lambs, and I am willing to give them another chance. The issue ultimately came down to their central call center speaking out of turn as to what their offers actually were, thus setting a wrong impression in my mind that I was being lied to. That apparently wasn't the case. I do appreciate Lamb's/this mgr's willingness to resolve my issue in a satisfying manner. I upped the number of stars I gave them, but I'm withholding giving them 5 stars until I see how our future relationship pans out. Things are definitely looking up. Thank you, Lambs. WARNING: KNOW BEFORE YOU GO!!! I wanted a simple Oil Change for my 2021 Toyota Venza. It takes 5 quarts of oil. I had Lambs do my Oil change last time, and it was $69 (expensive to begin with). Today, I took it in again expecting to pay the same and was told it was going to be $99 after they did it. That's even after I presented a $15 off coupon. I commented on the price and was told that is because of oil prices going up and that their standard oil change of $89 had increased to $109. Annoyed, I paid it and drove away. That price seemed really high, so I called Lambs back right after I left and pretended to be a customer who needed an oil change. I gave them the year, make and model of my car and was told that they are running a special for May that all synthetic oil changes that are originally $89 are now $49. Let me remind you, the price I was just quoted on the phone ($89) was lower than what I was actually charged after I had my oil changed ($99), not to mention the $49 deal for this month only. I feel as though I was lied to and mislead. When I called Lambs back to discuss I was told there was nothing they can do now that the ticket has been closed and that I will have to call back tomorrow to speak with a manager. I will do that an then update this review. Needless, to say that is really a very poor business practices, especially given that they also gave me a laundry list of other things I need to get done on my car (e.g. Engine Air Filter replacement, Cabin Air Filter & Labor, Brake Fluid Flush, Coolant Fluid Flush, and Fuel Induction Serviced). Assuming I need those things done, which I highly doubt now and can do some myself, do you honestly think I would bring my car back to Lambs to get this work done? They just shot themselves in their own foot treating me this way, not offering the special upfront, expecting me to know about it when I came in and still lying to me about how their standard oil service has gone up in price when it hasn't. I won't be going back there again. I was working with a guy name Roel at the Lambs on Far West Blvd.

He was truly exceptional, and I am so grateful for the kindness and customer service he showed me. I walked in extremely stressed because I was getting ready to leave town, and my car's front light had gone out. The last thing I wanted was to leave my daughter with a car that wasn't safe to drive. I had spent the day before and that morning going from shop to shop, and everyone either didn't want to help or was charging ridiculously high prices. From the moment I walked into Dr. Beamer, Jesse greeted me with such warmth and kindness. I explained my situation, and without hesitation, he said, "Let me look at it. I think I can help you." Those simple words completely changed my day! After feeling so frustrated and overwhelmed, it was such a relief to come across someone who genuinely cared and was willing to help. And Jesse came through! He was able to fix my light and give me peace of mind before leaving town. He was incredibly kind, professional, and just an all-around great person. It's rare these days to come across someone who goes out of their way to help a complete stranger, and Jesse did exactly that. He turned a stressful situation into such a positive experience. Thank you so much, Jesse, for your kindness, your willingness to help, and your exceptional customer service! You truly made a difference in my day, and I will absolutely recommend Dr. Beamer to others. Five stars aren't enough!

Unfortunately, the current experience doesn't feel like the same level of honesty, knowledge, or customer care. It feels like the business is running on yesterday's good reviews while trying to figure out how to recreate the magic. The vibe has shifted from "we know BMWs and we'll take care of you" to "let's see what happens and hope nobody asks too many questions." When you're dealing with a car trust is everything. The reputation and the reality don't match anymore. Besides that, they do not cost any less than the dealership who is more likely to get the issue right the first time and provide you with a loaner car.
