I could not believe it was gluten free. The crust was soft like a pillow and chewey with air pockets. Tomato sauce was good and not too much like many pizzas I've had. We enjoyed great seafood, including outstanding grilled octopus, the best stuffed squid (calamari), and spaghetti with clams.
