Dairy free options include soy mozzarella, rice mozzarella and lactose free mozzarella. I ordered the gluten free Donna AnnaMaria (mushrooms and sausage with basil) with lactose free cheese. I could not believe it was gluten free. The crust was soft like a pillow and chewey with air pockets. Tomato sauce was good and not too much like many pizzas I've had.
