I was told they would need to come out and do an estimate. They were 45 minutes late and then gave me an estimate without even looking at the pipe. They wanted to charge me $269. Another company had giving me pricing without even coming to look and it was $88. They charged me $69 for just coming out and looking at it. How unethically can a company be, they purposefully had the technician come out so they would get money from me either way.

I sent the initial company away without my business, and contacted Go Direct Services. That same day, Luis was able to squeeze me in and fixed the issue within minutes and all for a flat fee of $79. I paid for a sewer scope and they said I would have to destroy the basement and install a new pipe if jot more work that would start at around 7k and maybe be 20k. After a recommended from Joe from Honest Plumbing they came out and cleared the block in about 30 minutes. The staff here was great, funny, and just excellent all around. Before you call those cheap 99 dollar places that will try to sell you a whole new plumbing system, call these folks. They get the job done and don't try to scan you. We had a sewer inspection that identified a problem in the main sewer line. The pipe is offset…read morearound 17 feet at the bottom of a steep drop in the pipe. This is resulting in material build up throughout the pipe because it's not reaching the main. We contracted Dig Boss LLC to excavate and replace the sewer line and clean out the pipe. I'm out of town, but Levi called and kept me informed and was easy to work with. He provided pictures of the work upon completion and we are happy with the results.

Jeff had this genuine confidence about his experience, his team and his company (which was really nice since my 1940s home had a lot of plumbing issues. Essentially we needed everything replaced!). On top of that, he and his team gave me an estimate that was beyond competitive. Rooter Guys truly want to help their customers and not take all the money since they understand house projects and repairs are a huge headache physically and financially. Next he brings out the team Lead Jacob (this guys KNOWS his stuff and years of experience), amazing Cody, and awesome Austin to get another eye over on what their going to do like double checking their work. All three of the workers were also very kind and helpful if I had any questions or concerns. They even would go out of their way to show me pieces that they needed to repair, educate me on what to look out for or what pipes are which, levers, etc. Rooter Guys even found a blocked ground pipe that was so important to replace so that our basement/foundation would not die from water damage. I had so much anxiety because I was thinking "Oh great. Another expensive bill!!" But no, THEY TOOK CARE OF ME! They were efficient and clean in their work. They say they offer 24 hour plumbing, nights, weekends and holidays but had none available when I called in the evening. The phone reps were nice, told me they'd get me help in the morning. Plumbers arrived late morning the next day. The pipe was behind the wall in a tight but accessible space. They had to cut a small hole in the drywall. They replaced the connection, I believe using a ProPress crimping tool. (He said the tool cost $3000.) The job looks solid, and they were professional, what I've always expected out of this company. The manager handled a issue I had with the billing personally, making sure everything was settled fairly and promptly. They've always been my go to for service and remain so.
