HVAC service, installation, repair, R-O-X, ROX! Heating and air! If you've lived in the Denver area for any amount of time, it's highly likely that you've heard ROX's catchy jingle on the radio. I decided to call them a few years ago, and they've been my go-to HVAC guys ever since. The guys at ROX have helped us with furnace and A/C maintenance, and they recently installed a new water heater for us. They show up on-time, are fairly priced, and their technicians are cool, trustworthy guys. Scheduling is generally easier than with most HVAC companies too. They come in, do their thing, have you check out what they did, and they're on their way. It's how something like this should go. If you don't feel like searching for a new person every time you have anything HVAC-related come up, give the guys at ROX a call. Jason (the owner) is great at communicating with customers, and they do a great job. read more

Our furnace has seen its last days, so we called ROX Heating & Air and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to send out a Tech. The Tech was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in determining what needed to be done. Never did I feel like I was being up sold on products but he truly listened to what I was needing/wanting. He was able to get me a couple quotes and there was no pressure to choose immediately so I had time to make the right decision for my family and budget. Almost as soon as we accepted a quote we received a call to schedule the work! They were flexible with our schedule which was a plus. On the day of the installation a new pair of techs came right on time, we're incredibly personable and explained everything to me. They were efficient in the install and were in and out in about an hour and 45 minutes. Due to the location and poor planning by previous owners of my home he had to get creative on the removal of the old furnace and install of the new, he was very cautious of damage to the home and made minimal modifications to make it easy to get it out/in. Other than having a warm house again you couldn't tell they ever were there as they cleaned up throughly! It's the little things that made this a 5 star experience! ROX Heating & Air is and will always be our go to for future projects! Happy to support a local business. read more

First experience with ROX, they came out on New Years Day to fix our furnace. It took a few days to get the part, but they were at least able to diagnose it on a holiday. Next our air conditioner went out in June. They came back out and were clean, friendly, and fairly priced. I would highly recommend. read more

We had a new HVAC system installed in September 2023 and can't say enough about the great service Shane and John provided. We love the new system, it's quiet and super efficient! Shout out to Garrison also, he came by to check on an issue we were having, found the issue and got it fixed quickly. Have recommended ROX to all of our friends! read more

Kelly, YOU are the reason Rox Heating & Air gets this 5 STAR Review! My Mom Betsy has been a customer of Rox Heating & Air for several years and has always been very happy with the quality of customer service she has received. She recently decided to have Rox Heating & Air come out to give her an estimate on the cost to have A/C installed in her home. I live out of state and try to help my Mom, who is in her 80's, if she has questions or concerns regarding many of her household projects. When she told me she was a bit frustrated and concerned that the scope of this A/C installation job turned out to be far more complex and expensive than the detailed estimate provided to her by the Salesman. I picked up the phone immediately to call Rox Heating & Air and thankfully Kelly answered. Kelly, I can't thank you enough for your CUSTOMER SERVICE EXTRAORDINAIRE! I appreciate you promptly and professionally addressing all of my Mom's concerns and taking the "Bull By The Horn" making sure every detail was handled to our satisfaction! Rox Heating & Air sure is lucky to have you running their Customer Service Department! - Sandra, Betsy's Daughter. read more

ROX operators were great on the phone and my tech fixed my heating fast and efficiently. I was pleased with the cost as well. I will recommend them and use them again if needed. Side note...they were fully booked on the weekend when the issue arose (understandable on the coldest days of the year). BUT they showed up Monday morning. read more

Furnace quit after hours, called Rox and set up a service call first thing in the morning. Because of a schedule change Jason, the owner, came himself and diagnosed the problem. One of his techs, Chris, was close to the parts store so Jordan asked him to pick up the part, come by and install it. This was real quality service. Efficient, reasonable price, professional service and friendly to boot. I highly recommend Rox for whatever heating or air need you have. They are the best!! read more

Wonderful! Simply wonderful! Start to finish the people at ROX were true professionals. Will recommend!

Wow, great customer service from the moment I reached out to them. The service tech let me know when he was enroute and was well within the window they gave. James arrived, immediately went to with troubleshooting the problem and then walked me through what he found, the options he recommended and the risks or costs with each option. Definitely recommend them for any work you might need. read more

I needed a new A/C unit installed and after many frustrating sales calls from other contractors Jason came out and provided a logical, well thought out solution to our needs that was also very fairly priced. His team installed the unit with no fuss. We had one minor issue with the doorbell transformer (they are installed on the furnace in Highlands Ranch!) and Jason's team fixed it weeks later, no problem. We just signed up for their twice a year PM plan and as before the tech was courteous and did a great job. I highly recommend ROX. read more

Water heater went out over the weekend and they were able come out Monday and replace it. Prompt and friendly service. They did a great job and at a very fair price. I will use them for any heating and air needs in the future. read more

I had an appointment set up with ROX and left work early and they no show and no called. When I called the main office they said they would try and reach the tech and then never followed up. I then reached out to the owner and he was initially responsive but has since not responded to any of my emails. I had also set up an appointment for them to come to a rental property of mine to check on the AC unit and they never called or showed up for that either. They might do great work but they have a problem with keeping their appointment promises and communicating. I wasted a good amount of time with them. read more

Rox Heating and Air did our AC/Furnace, and has been quick to respond if we need anything at all. When our contractor for our fireplace dropped the ball in scheduling our gas to be hooked up during the installation, and everyone else was booked 2 weeks out, AND it was right before the birth of our baby son, Jason cleared out room on his busy schedule to accommodate us, absolutely coming in on the clutch for us to get the gas line set up just in time before baby was born. He saved the project, and we couldn't be more appreciative! read more

Our AC unit failed on Sunday and Jason sent a Tech out on Monday to trouble shoot the problem. The unit was almost 20 years old and we decided to install a new furnace instead of doing a repair. The replacement cost was great and the technician very helpful. On Wednesday July 17, their installing technician [Shane] came to our home and had a new unit installed in 4 hours. By far one of the best Technicians I have ever had the pleasure to work with and I was in the power industry for 40 years. Professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend ROX . read more

After receiving a quote from a different company that should be classified as a highway robbery, I called my inspector for who he trusts for HVAC to give me the real story about what's going on With my hot water and furnace; he recommended I call ROX known for their reasonable prices and great customer service. I'm a first time homebuyer (holla) and have no idea ho to trust and what's normal. Garrison came out on time and inspected my furnace which come to find out, does not need to be replaced, cleaned it and gave me an estimate for my hot water heater. He returned the following week for install, within his estimated window, explained everything about how he was going to remove the old tank, how long my new tank should last and how it works. Garrison also assisted me with the install of my thermostat because my wiring was wonky and old one broken. Professional. Clean. Honest. Funny. Timely. Respectful. Helpful. Thanks Garrison, and thanks ROX. read more

Today was the second time in 5 years we've had to call Roxborough Heating and Air for an emergency and once again they came through with fabulous service. We have been homeowners for 30 years in different cities and states and never have we had the excellent customer service that we receive from Jason. We have used them for non emergency service too! read more

Had a quote from a competitor (applewood) come in at $12000 for a new 3 ton ac, we called Rox for a second opinion. Rox installed a higher rated ac unit for $4600. Everyone we dealt with at ROX was very professional and did a fantastic and fast job for us. Thank you ROX. read more

Our 15 year old furnace and hot water heater both needed attention in the last month and Rox provided excellent service. Scheduling was simple, fast and convenient. Both technicians that came to our house were prompt, professional and helpful. The price quoted for a new hot water heater was very competitive, and they were able to install on a Sunday. I will definitely use Rox again if I have further issues. Thanks again for all of your help. read more

Excellent service and price. This is my 3rd time using them and would recommend to anyone!

Our AC went out and we called Rox based on a referral from our friends. From beginning to end Jason was very professional, upfront and honest. I even texted him on a Sunday expecting not to hear back from him until Monday, but he responded within minutes! The entire process was seamless, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new AC and/or furnace. read more

Rox saved my real estate deal the night before closing. Rox was the ONLY hvac company who could accommodate my last minute need for a furnace clean/service. I am so thankful they were the company who helped...perfect customer service by Erik. You are my new #1 HVAC recommendation. Thank you so much. read more

Rox Heating is one of the best and most reliable HVAC companies we've ever worked with. Their response time on no heat calls will often be same day. That is tremendous when you're dealing with multiple no heat calls in a day. Jason, the owner, is a great guy and completely professionally business facing. His guys also exemplify that type of customer service and candor that he looks for, and so no matter who you deal with on a service call, you will be happy. They have great turnaround times for repairs, and will tell it to you straight if you need to replace the system entirely or if you can go with a fix. Other HVAC companies like Golden West won't bother to troubleshoot for a fix and instead push full system replacements on you no matter what. Rox will always give you the real story and a great recommendation to go with it. Highly encourage you to give them a try next time your heat or AC goes out. read more

Ok These guys were the bomb they had problems with installing a new unit but the owner backed it up and made it right I would definitely do business with them again read more

I couldn't be happier. Our AC "went out" about a week ago and I called today to have Jason come take a look at it for us. He answered the call on a Sunday and was able to get to my house in about 3 hours. Super professional, offered to wear shoe covers in the house and was very respectful of all of our things. After looking everything over and determining the issue, he had the required part in his truck and was able to make the repair while he was here. Not only was it a pretty inexpensive trip, it was so fast and convenient I would have been happy to pay a lot more. The other three places I called were booked until the middle of the week and my wife or I would have needed to take time off to accommodate them. I'll be using Rox Heating & Air from here on out :D read more

Found out our heat was out at 7pm when a cold front with snow came in after a few days of nice weather. We had an appointment by 7:15pm, they were out by 8:15pm, and our heater was on by 9:15pm. Super friendly and knowledgeable technician as well! read more

Rox Heating & Air did great job replacing our old furnace and AC. Josh is very professional and honest and was responsive to any questions or requests we had. His "veteran" install team is very good. Definitely will be using Rox for any future HVAC needs. read more

Our AC went out this week and we had a company come out to look at it who wanted to charge us $1,700 for repairs. They even suggested replacing the entire unit which was around $10,000. We felt the quote was extremely high so we looked around for a second opinion and found Rox. I am SO GLAD we did! Jason came out the next day, fixed our air in about 30 minutes for $1,600 less than the other company wanted to charge us! It's so refreshing to find an honest company who isn't trying to rip you off. I am so appreciated of Jason and Rox for helping us out and not trying to take advantage of us like I feel the other company was doing. We will always use them from here on out. Thank you! read more

My hot water heater was leaking. I called a local plumber who quoted me $1800 to replace my unit with a new one. I thought that sounded high so I called Jason at Rox Plumbing. His quote was $1080 for the same brand. Not only did he save me a lot of money, he came out the same day within hours of my call. Installers Chris and Garrison were very professional and explained everything very well. My furnace is the next to go out so I'll definitely call them again read more
