Triad Basement Waterproofing originally did work at our Gaithersburg home about 12 years ago. Recently, we discovered that the drain from that original system had clogged and our sump pump had also stopped working. I reached out to Triad and was honestly impressed with how quickly they responded. Within about 12 hours I had heard back from them, and Justin was at our house the following day. He replaced the bad sump pump and made sure everything was working properly. He then returned on Monday to replace the clogged drain. Justin was fantastic. What really stood out was his attention to detail. He was extremely thorough, took pride in what he was doing, and cleaned everything up so well that the area was spotless when he left. But the biggest reason I'm writing this review is that Triad stood behind basement waterproofing work they had done more than a decade ago. Timeline detailed team arriving over the course of 3 days and what to expect during this time. The Triad team - Michael, Justin and Roberto - arrived as scheduled on their assigned days. Before starting work for that day they again went over every detail of what they would be doing. Master plumber Justin Dorrier was amazing in his handling of the plumbing side of this process. His attention to detail and explanations clearly showed his professionalism and knowledge as a master plumber.
