He did not try to 'upsell' or include items that were not necessary. Prior to work starting a timeline was provided. Timeline detailed team arriving over the course of 3 days and what to expect during this time. The Triad team - Michael, Justin and Roberto - arrived as scheduled on their assigned days. Before starting work for that day they again went over every detail of what they would be doing. Master plumber Justin Dorrier was amazing in his handling of the plumbing side of this process. His attention to detail and explanations clearly showed his professionalism and knowledge as a master plumber.
