We were quoted nearly DOUBLE what Velasco quoted us. Chris came out within 24 hours, walked the property with us and was able to provide a clear plan of action. He showed up on time and his crew of guys had nearly one acre of land looking nice again within two days! The oak tree was cut down and the stump ground down for safety, the chicken coop was weeded and all debris removed, and they even planted grass seed for us on our upper lawn that had been damaged by gopher holes. Chris is friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to reach out again a few weeks later just to make sure the grass was growing in. We will definitely be using them again when we're ready for new landscaping projects!

Let me begin by saying I tried many landscaping companies who installed artificial turf. Tony was…read morethe only prompt response, some never got back to me. By the end of the day I called he was walking my backyard, measuring and promised a quote the next morning. Never having installed artificial turf before I really didn't know what to expect. I was surprised, it is expensive. Tony explained in detail about every charge. It made sense from the water and maintenance savings. Then to my surprise they scheduled a start five days later. The crew lead by Jesus were the hardest working people....ever. Rain slowed the process a bit but in the end everything looked fantastic. I have been in real estate for over 50 years. I have dealt with hundreds of sub contractors. Tony and his crew were easily in the top five all time greats. After the turf I asked him to bid taking down a dead tree, 85 feet high. In the past I had chased three tree service companies, only one of the three got back to me. Once I finally got a bid they informed me it might be a month before they could get schedule a service. Tony bid the next day, was the lowest bid and had it permitted and taken down ten days later. Oscar and the tree crew were another bunch of hard working positive gentleman. So, I have worked with two different crews on two different jobs with Tony. The experience was a 12 out of ten. For those who are confused by my math, he was 20% better than great. I recommend Pacific Landscaping and Tree Service unconditionally!

Leo the owner personally went to check the trees and the next day Sarah emailed me the estimate. The price is reasonable and affordable. I asked for four trees to be pruned but had a last minute addition of a pine tree, and they accommodate it right there and then. Jose and Jorge came at 9am as what I've been told and worked on the trees, Leo went in to check with them after an hour which I like because it shows that he values his customer and making sure that the work is being done. The guys are very respectful of the property, they're polite and they went above and beyond what's needed to be done. They left my property clean. Sarah is the one who communicates with me through phone about things like payment, and added last minute services. She's kind and awesome, answering all my questions and making sure everything is done according to my liking. All in all, I am very much satisfied with their work, work ethics and their service, I'm glad I went with them. Definitely gonna be my go to for all my yard and tree trimming needs. In search of a landscaping company, I called Cornerstone Hauling and Gardening as they had received very positive reviews and they were local. Daniel answered the phone and asked how he could help. I explained my situation and he was on site within 20 minutes. We did a walk-around the property while I explained what I was looking to have done. I liked talking with Daniel because he was engaged, asked questions, and provided me with options based on the answers. We agreed to a price and set an appointment for 1 week later. Note: I work from home so Daniel understood the importance of scheduling/coordinating the work his team would be doing and my own. One week later Daniel arrives right on time with Jen, Preston and Joey. Daniel introduced me to the entire team, we reviewed the list of items on the list to be addressed, and they went straight to work. They accomplished a lot of work very quickly. In just a matter of hours they had completed everything on the list, cleaned and swept up, and the branches/vine clippings from the trimming they had done were loaded in the truck to be hauled away. They also went above and beyond and took care of a couple of additional items they noticed. Their work is clean. They are very detail oriented and took great care of the property. The invoicing/payment process was very easy and convenient as well. The result of their hard work is BEAUTIFUL. I would recommend Cornerstone to handle any type of landscaping or hauling you need. I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future.
