Apparently, the building's owner did not notify the tenants of the work. No problemo.. the guys had a job to do and did it very well. They were incredibly professional. They worked as a cohesive team for the entire day, resting only when they were allotted their legal breaks / lunch time. They were clean and very organized. Each employee was dressed appropriately & had all required safety gear - harnesses when climbing trees, work boots, long sleeved shirts & long pants, ear / eye protection, and hats when needed. Their equipment was well maintained. Attention to safety is very important to this company & its staff. The staff who worked this day spoke Spanish only, but were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had access to the garbage bins (actually, they took my bags to the appropriate bins - thank you!!). They also made sure I could exit the parking area easily because they positioned their truck & equipment with attention to detail. I don't know prices or any other details, but I recommend this business based on safety, respectful staff, and cleanliness. I saw only some of their finished work and it was obvious that they understand trees & other plants.

This company is a master at making excuses and stringing customers along for months. The first time they came out, they gave me a bid for $1,865 (later $1,785 with discount) and said six weeks. I was fine with that because I heard they were supposedly good. Then came the family emergency delay -- okay, I was patient. They called on a holiday weekend to schedule, so I cleared my calendar and stayed available even though I could have gone out of town. This was important to me. Then another message from yet another person (I've dealt with multiple inconsistent contacts) saying they couldn't make it because someone else in the family was ill. Suddenly they "couldn't squeeze me in" because other people were ahead of me -- after I had already waited nearly two months. I made them a priority. They made me an afterthought. Their crew and multiple staff apparently can't get their act together, but they have no problem bumping loyal, patient customers like me. If you value professionalism, reliability, and basic respect for your time, find someone else. These people will waste weeks or months of your life with one family emergency excuse after another and then tell you sorry, too bad. Don't let them come to your home -- you'll regret it. I certainly do.
