Absolutely Amazing! Quality products. Extremely professional crew. Outstanding customer service. Contacted Wade and he came to our home and explained in detail the different turf options. No high pressure sales pitch. No upsell attempt. The crew arrived when scheduled and completed the job on time (even though I added several hundred square feet to the project after they started). I highly recommend Wade and his team! read more

Wade and his crew did a beautiful job installing our new turf for our home in Corralitos. Their work was impeccable and they spruced up the surrounding landscaping also. A joy to work with. As an aside, they had previously installed turf at my mother's home in the senior area of Watsonville, and after 15 years, it still looks wonderful. read more

Made the decision to intall artificial grass. 2 days later several burnt strikes. Two story Westside Santa Cruz home four upper windows. Reflection from uppers to close to the lawn. Wade did mention (BRIEFLY) about those uppers...At that moment he should of recommend to get the window tint. Wade referred me to Transparent Glass Company to install window tint on We decided to do all 10 panels $1k later. DID NOT WORK! Not to mention this project was not cheap. We went through so many avenues to make this right. Installed sails in two yards, 15k later. Lots of red flags this went on for 4 months. What did actually work, vehicle window car tint from Home Depot... SERIOUSLY!! He did replace the parts that were burnt and heard me out, which i appreciate. DO YOUR DILIGENT HOMEWORK this did not work for me and my family. Installers did an AOK job. Tell the truth it clears the way mentally and emotionally! read more

WoW.. Wade got this job done. So grateful, thank you. I wanted to surprise my partner and have this completed before she came home from a week in Truckee. It was a bit unusual, someone else had started the job and was not available to finish it. Wade didn't hesitate to pick up where they left off. And we managed to pull the surprise off! I would use this business again in a heartbeat. Thank you Wade and Crew! Wendy Domster Santa Cruz read more

I cannot say enough praise about Artifical Lawns. I had issues with flooding at my home. I called Wade and he had his crew out the next day and resolved the issue - I needed a sump pump due to incorrect gutters. Nothing but dry days since Wade stepped in and corrected. On that note- my Artifical Lawn still looks beautiful. read more

Wade is an absolute joy to work with and is both generous and highly knowledgeable. Artificial Lawns Direct installed our backyard lawn many years ago. It was perfect at the time and has held up extremely well. We recently had our front yard done and WOW! The pricing was a bargain for the pristine quality of work. I owe the installers a huge shout out! With absolute perfection they leveled the dirt, installed gopher wire, installed weed block, packed it tight with base rock, layered it with a cloth, and installed the lawn perfectly edged and seamed. In fact, they use a sophisticated seam nobody else uses, a zipper patterned seam that is invisible. We are thoroughly enjoying our new high traffic eco lawn, which is LEED certified. read more

We got our lawn installed last Spring and it has been an absolute game changer! It is beautiful, it looks so real, it doesn't get too hot to walk or sit on in the direct sun in Summer, and it was installed so well. The crew were professional and experienced and we have no complaints about their work or the finished product. I would highly recommend them! read more

I had the opportunity to work with Wade Petrini from Artificial Lawns Direct. His team put artificial pet turf in my yard and I'm so happy with it (so is my dog)! It wasn't a lot of space so it was a small job for them but they still did an amazing job and didn't cut any corners. I definitely recommend this company for your artificial grass needs! read more

Wade bailed twice on my estimate appointment that I rearranged my work schedule for. First time claiming he forgot to put our appointment in his calendar - fine, it happens. But the second time - he shows up to my house 65 minutes after our appointment time and wondered why I wasn't home? No call or text to explain that he was running late at his previous appointment. How is he still in business ? read more

Wow. Wade "respectfully disagrees with my false allegations?" I thought I povided a very factual review - contracted with them to install a specific product; they installed a different product; Wade said he'd change it to the one I chose if I wanted; he tried to charge me more money when I said I'd like the product we chose installed; scratched up a freshly poured concrete wall during the installation after I asked he and his sales guy to please be careful. If this is their idea of customer service it leaves a lot to be desired. Why would I pay these guys any money???? I guess I don't understand for what work they should be paid. Ours was a small installation and we encountered these issues. If you have a larger installation and are contemplating hiring this company I'd really watch out! There are a lot of other companies who install turf - why deal with guys like these? Any Yelpers out there consideing this company is free to contact me if they're thinking of using this company. read more

Love our new yard. Wade and his crew were awesome. It only took 2 days to install. No hassles. Nothing else broke in the process, unlike other contractors that fix one thing and break another. We had an awesome experience with Wade and his crew. Wade was super knowledgeable and had a wide variety of turf to choose from. The turf we chose is soft and looks very natural. We were on a timeline so work was done promptly. Although they worked quickly, the crew was so careful and did not damage existing landscaping nor leave any mess. They were kind and patient as we struggled through decisions about where to put walkway. The lawn looks incredible and created so much more space in our small yard. These guys and this product are fantastic! I had been fighting keeping grass alive through 2 digging dogs, malfunctioning auto sprinklers and kids for 7 years. I finally gave up and called Artificial Lawns Direct. They came out, on time, and gave me a quote to do my entire yard (about 350 sf). Ron and Wade were very knowledgeable and reassured me that the turf would stand up to the dogs, weather and kids. I marinated on it for a few days and called them back to give them a deposit. I was a nervous wreck for the next 2 days until they started installing the turf. I came home from work on the first day (install took 2 days) and was thrilled at what I saw! Even though it was half done, it looked beautiful and I knew I had made the right decision. The next day the project was completed and I couldn't have been more happy. It has been about 9 months since they installed it and it is so beautiful and very durable. My dogs have not done any damage to it no matter how hard they try. They frolic, roll around and romp on it all day long. The kids love it, too. I used to have my morning coffee and "reply to work emails" sessions at the kitchen bar. Now, every morning, I grab my coffee and laptop and sit outside, replying to emails, watching my dogs romp and play and truly relishing my beautiful yard. It feels great under my bare feet and looks like a perfectly manicured lawn. Being a Realtor, I am always concerned about doing projects on my house that will improve the quality/resale value of my home. I could not be happier with my choice to have the Flawn (fake lawn), as we call it, installed. I am now proud to entertain outside and invite friends over for BBQs and parties. Thanks guys! You rock! read more
