Overall worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I was referred to this dealership from a family member who has had dealings with them in the past. I did not have a pleasant experience. The only thing consistent about the service here is that they are consist with saying they will call you back but never do. I left multiple messages for the service manager and received no response. When I finally spoke with someone, his response was, they tried to call me back several times and my voicemail was full, which was not the case, I had zero missed calls, and my mailbox is emptied out regularly. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday morning for diagnostic, they informed me it would be 24 to 48 hours, so by end of Monday the following week. 13 days later after going to the dealership several times and calling several times I was finally given the diagnosis. I don't routinely leave reviews, but I would feel guilty if I could have prevented someone from wasting their time, money and patience and didn't. I am not aware of their sales department, but I caution anyone who wants to drop off their vehicle to be serviced. read more

Pugmire Ford (formerly Pioneer Ford) Bremen, Ga. I had appointment for 6/23/25 for the latest recall regarding F150's and the rear axle half shaft issue. Arrived at appointment time, tech knew I was there for recall. Failed to advise me that there needed to be pictures and/or inspection of the vehicle prior to recall fix. I was told at the time of making this appointment that the part was being ordered first and my appt was 6/23/25. 3 hours into this appointment, I inquired about the status of completion, only to be informed that it was not completed and then I was told about the pictures and/or inspection that was required!!! Would it have been to hard to tell me this up front? I never had this problem when it was Pioneer Ford but apparently Pugmire hires incompetent personnel in their service department. Needless to say I will NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. Surprisingly, I was one of the first to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pioneer through Yelp!!! read more

Worst customer service experience. I brought my car in for a specific issue; they told me the transmission needed an update and a sensor needed to be replaced, and I was told to drive it for a day or two to reset the variable transmission. Two weeks later it was still having the same problem. I scheduled an appointment, dropped it off, and never heard back from them. I had to call them the next day and was told that the service tech said nothing was wrong with it, I just needed to drive it a little more. I told the advisor I'd been driving it for two weeks and had taken it out of town during that time- more than an adequate amount of driving for a reset. She then said she'd check with the tech; it turns out the torque converter needed to be replaced. (Thank goodness I didn't ruin the transmission by continuing to drive it those two weeks.) I was given no information as to what the repair would entail or how long they would have my car. I had to follow up with them to find out that parts needed to be ordered and they would have my car for at least week and a half. During that time covid went through their office; I can understand things being more hectic, but I spend a week calling them trying to get an update on my car, and every single time I was told someone would call me back and no one ever did- even after being told they covered each other's customers if an advisor was out. The last time I called I spent 36 minutes on the phone while the girl tried to figure out what was going on and I heard her deny that she told me the day before that the parts had come in and work started that afternoon (she didn't bother to put me on hold, just sat the phone down). I STILL did not get an answer and she told that Jason the service manager would call me back. He never did; my husband called later that day to tell them not to do any work on our car and we would pick it up, and to confirm that the message was received because the service department had just closed. Of course no one called us back the next morning. We picked it up and took it straight to Don-Rich Ford, who were excellent and kept me informed through the whole process. And they also pointed out that the diagnostic fee Pioneer charged me was $60 more expensive than theirs for the same service. I will never use Pioneer again and I hope my experience will make others think twice before using them. read more

First time dealing with this dealership. It's a long shot from the customer experience I received in texas. I had a radiator hose bust loose on my f150 and an engine light stayed on. I brought it in to get looked at to make sure nothing else was damaged. There was nothing wrong with the truck the mechanic said he topped off the antifreeze (note I just filled it from the hose busting lose and my fixing it). They charged me $145 dollars to just look at it after learning there wasn't anything wrong... an extreme rip off and a complete nightmare for a ford customer. This is not how to get return customers. Kraus family ford said they wouldn't do this so I'll be making the drive for the better service and care. read more

When I was referred to this organization for their "award winning service", I did not expect to endure one of the worst customer service experiences of my life, but that's exactly what happened. I am out 300 dollars for a problem that WAS NOT FIXED, and I was never even contacted by this dealership while my truck was in their possession. I called on a Monday night about a month ago to see about getting my air fixed. The representative I talked to told me that if I could get my truck to them in the morning, they could look at it by the end of the day. I always call in advance to avoid unnecessary drives, especially with gas prices as high as they are, and since they were about twenty minutes away, I was relieved to have confirmation that they could handle my vehicle. When I arrived in the morning, the gentleman I spoke to told me they would very likely not be able to tend to my vehicle that day (the opposite of what I was told the night prior). Since I had already made arrangements for a ride, I told them that I could wait another day, and I left my truck with them. The next day came around, and by 3pm I had not heard from anyone regarding my truck. When I finally called myself, they told me that they recharged my freon (to the tune of about 300 dollars) but that they wanted to keep it for another night to rule out a potential leak. Begrudgingly, I made new arrangements to pick the vehicle up the following day. I was assured that I would be contacted first thing in the morning after they had ruled out the leak. I was not, however, contacted at all by this dealership-- I was never once contacted about pricing, procedures, or pickup. I had to initiate all contact myself, and when 2pm came around the next day, I myself called to check on my vehicle. They told me the leak had been ruled out, and that I could come pick it up (which I did). I had expected to pay more for "award winning service", but that isn't at all what I received, and when I called back to express my discontent, the gentleman on the phone accepted no responsibility, and acted as though he had done me a favor somehow by never initiating contact with me, keeping my truck for three days longer than estimated, and charging me a rate that was notably higher than competing garages. Now, a month later, the full scope of their incompetence has become apparent. My air is ONCE AGAIN blowing hot, leaving me to wonder-- did they even check it for the leak? If so, how was it missed? As the father of a newborn, I can neither afford to throw money away, nor can I risk driving a hot car. I know that the dealership will opt for a "damage control" comment on this review as opposed to offering to right their wrongs, but I am hoping that maybe I can save other people the waste of time and resources that I endured. Take your vehicle somewhere else. There are plenty in of other places you can get a jar of jam. read more

They are incredibly sloppy and unprofessional, and I would suggest avoiding them. I worked with them over the course of about a week on a deal for a lease. After much back and forth via email (to avoid any confusion), and we had agreed upon everything, I sent a short bulleted list to make sure we were absolutely clear. They agreed that we were on the same page and good to go. I sent them the paperwork they needed (license, insurance, etc) and headed over. Before I got there, they called and let me know they made a mistake and the payment would $20 more than we agreed upon. I wasn't happy, but mistakes happen and I was willing to work through it. I then clarified the rest of the deal, and more issues arose. Suddenly most of what we agreed upon was out the window and I'd have to pay considerably more up front, plus pay $20/mo more on the lease. Needless to say, I got out of there. This may not have been shady on their part (though I could be wrong), but it was certainly sloppy and irresponsible. Most companies that make a mistake apologize for it and then will often eat the difference, but not Pioneer. They said what they agreed upon was no longer valid, for multiple reasons/mistakes, and they were sorry about that, but I'd have to pay a lot more than we agreed upon. What a hot mess. They do NOT honor their online pricing. They supposedly have a new internet person who is posting pricing in a way that is illegal. We had reached a deal on a 2020 Explorer and at the last minute they came back and added $3500 extra on the deal. We showed them the internet price and they still refused to honor it. This is illegal in Georgia and is a violation of the Consumer Protection Division. We have filed a formal complaint. They also added in hundreds of dollars of fees and blamed it on the state. The state of GA only requires a few fees and they were nowhere close to the amount Pioneer Ford tried to charge us. They lied to us about this and then didn't honor their advertised pricing. We have been coming to Pioneer Ford for 7 years. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them and have our personal and my company car serviced there. That ends today. The service department has been continuously getting worse. Wait times are getting longer and there is no communication. I dropped my company car off to have the tire either repaired or replaced. I was clear that there were 2 nails and a piece of glass in the tire and I thought it would need be replaced. That was yesterday morning. I called this morning to check on the car. After having to call multiple times to speak to someone in service I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived 3 hours later to find that it was not ready and they couldn't patch it and were waiting for approval to replace it. No phone call. No communication. Wasting my time. Stop spending money on jelly and bbq sauce and hire people that can answer a phone and communicate with customers. It's now 24 hours later and I still don't have a car. This was my first "true" car buying experience. Sure, I had purchased a car before, but it was always from a dealer that I worked for, so obviously I am from the industry and am very careful who I do business with. I had finally decided that I wanted to learn more about the Raptors and just simply asked. I was not pressured at all, in fact quiet the opposite happened. I was give numbers, bottom lines, and space. Space to do my own research a mind a pandemic when I was thinking about purchasing a car! Most dealers would have turned the heat up and applied the pressure, not Pioneer Ford of Bremen. Instead, I was asked if I had any questions and what I wanted. I was realistic, kept and open mind, and here I am today, driving a 2019 Race Red Raptor. I not only saw a difference in the way Pioneer Ford does business, but I truly did experience the difference. There was never a no or "what about this instead", just a happy and decisive "let's see what we can do". Pioneer Ford has earned my business for life after this sale. They have more than earned the happy word of mouth. They truly are the good guys of the car industry today! Thanks to everyone at Pioneer Ford! When we first starting going to Pioneer for our service on our vehicles you could depend on what they told you, Now if they tell you your vehicle will be ready on a certain day you can forget it. Don't try making an appointment to ensure it will be done in a timely manner, that doesn't work either. There is no communication they won't call you and tell you anything, you have to call them. Called today and was on hold for 11 minutes waiting on someone in service to pick up. Very disappointed in them and have recommended them to friends in the past but it won't happen again! On my way back to Florida from a road trip my car hit a huge pothole on I-20 caused by the rains washing out the left lane in the construction zone. The hole took out a few cars that night. My two left wheels were bent from the impact and tires flat. Car was not drivable. My car was towed by a great guy named Stephen from allareatowing.com to Pioneer Ford at midnight and I left it there and friends picked us up from Atlanta. Ed was my Advisor and between him, the parts guy and Jason the Service Manager they ordered parts to repair the car that were back ordered. It took a few days to repair and I can tell you that the service I received was excellent. The whole car was checked out including suspension and other components for damage and they made it all right. Communication was great and the service technician did a great job. I've been to several dealerships over the last year looking at different LARGE SUVs. I was in a 2014 Hyundai Tucson and I regretted the purchase after the first week, but I was stuck. As soon as I drove it off the lot, it depreciated in value by $5k, which put me upside down on trade in value right from the start. Today my husband and I went to Pioneer Ford. My husband's Dad bought my husband a 2014 Ford F-150 2 years ago and the deal was amazing. Today, we met with Gidget, the online sales representative, who introduced us to Drew, our salesman. We were most definitely not an easy sale. I wanted an Explorer, but the one I test drove was out of my payment range. So we test drove several models of SUVs and I just knew we weren't going to make a deal because I didn't want to just settle for anything. Ultimately, I drove off the lot in a 2018 Ford Explorer XLT. Drew worked hard FOR us! And we'll go back time and again to purchase another vehicle. The folks that work at Pioneer Ford are Christian people and truly care about what their customers wants and needs. read more

The service department of this dealership needs extensive training. Recently, we had a new car break down on us at less than 6000.00 miles. We were not offered a courtesy call only told that our warranty would not cover one. My husband walked home from their dealership and continued to miss a full day of work. The next day we were told we would be responsible for at least a $4500 repair. We were told to contact of car insurance company to see if they would cover. I freaked out and called the dealership where we purchased the car. They jumped on it including making sure we had a car and fixed the problem with a single fuse. They were pleasant and make me feel like I mattered to them. Pioneer is NOT the place for my family and I can't see how it can be yours. If your looking to buy Bleakley- ALL the way. I experienced a transmission failure in a 2013 Ford Fusion Energi at 90k miles and was told by Pioneer Ford I needed to replace the transmission (at a cost of ~$10k) but they also graciously introduced me to a salesman who could sell me a new vehicle and offered me virtually nothing (a couple thousand dollars was the quote) in trade. It turned out the transmission was warrantied to 100k miles but Pioneer somehow "missed" that. As a result, I traded the car at a huge loss at a different dealership before I learned there was no reason to since the repair was warrantied. I'm completely convinced this "miss" on comprehending the warranty was intentional and it was an attempt to sell me a car (probably at an inflated price) then have my Fusion fixed under Ford's warranty so Pioneer could then sell it at a huge profit to them. This dealership has accepted no responsibility for what they have done and IMO this is a business without integrity and deserves absolutely no business from any anyone. If you somehow end up in this dealership, quickly face an exit and run. read more

This place used to be a top tier dealership, however sometime over the past few years it has drastically regressed. The place that used to provide excellent feedback and service, now acts like it is a hassle to have your business. They give you inaccurate and insufficient information, and in addition to the lack of 'Award Winning' service. Although when you have bought 5 card from them (Two last year) and they still treat you as if you're ignorant doesn't say much for the morality of this place. Place is a joke. Had my ac replaced to the tune of $1600 for it to only last 2 weeks. Take it back after vacation to find out they want another $900 to fix it. Said the condenser is now leaking and they couldn't have caused it. It's leaking right next to the lines going into and didn't leak before they touched it, but leaked out within 2 weeks of getting the car back. Don't do business with pioneer ford unless you like being let down, scammed, and dealing with crooks trying to steal your money. read more

I had my truck towed to Pioneer Ford after the 2017 Ford F-250, with 8,386 miles on it, shut off on I-285 South Bound at I-20. I was told by the Service Writer, Ed Pineda, that the vehicle had a contaminated fuel system and required a new fuel high pressure pump and line with a complete flush of the fuel system. I was told it would be over $8,000, which would not be covered by vehicle warranty. I then spoke with the Service Manager about talking with Ford and creating a Ford Motor Case Number. I was advised by Ford there is no conversation to be had. It was a fuel problem, not Ford's. As a Ford consumer for over 40 years, I advised my issue had no warning signs of engine problems before it shut down. I was told by Ford that they would send that issue to engineering. Back to Pioneer Ford, I was told to turn it over to my insurance company, American Family Insurance. The insurance company was aware of the fuel issue as many other customers had the same issue with different vehicles. The comprehension of my policy would cover damage. I spoke with Pioneer Ford's General Manager, who could care less. He was in the show room dressed as if he just came from the beach. Robby Winiarczyk addressed me in the middle of the show room, around others, again cared less. After my insurance company approved payment, my vehicle was repaired. Pioneer Ford made the arrangements with the insurance company, not me. After my truck was repaired, I was told by the Service Writer my vehicle could not be picked up until they received payment from American Family Insurance. I felt the vehicle could have been picked up with me paying the $500 deductible. I was without my vehicle for over 42 days, which is unacceptable. Customer service is an attitude of how a business operates. I felt there was no urgency to return my vehicle, even more so felt penalized because I questioned the warranty policy and complained on what I felt was unjust from Ford Motor Company. I hope that Pioneer Ford takes this and corrects the policy on treatment of an unhappy customer. Insult to injury my truck arrived with DEF Fuel, Diesel Fuel, however when I picked up my vehicle it showed only 2 miles to empty on fuel with no DEF. read more

In response to the feed back I received from Pioneer. I do appreciate the feed back and obviously now have a clearer understanding of what went on between my insurance company and the dealership. However with all due respect, the type of exhaust I have on the car and the size of the tips are really irrelevant points assuming your techs have installed and or have seen after market exhaust before. And assuming they've worked on any exhaust, they know what an exhaust leak sounds like. I understand mistakes happen, but lets be honest and not divert the issue like that. I'm also not sure what gaskets may have been replaced considering the exhaust only has gaskets at the head and then at the collector (which would have been addressed when replacing the motor....so I would assume that would have been warrantied), the rest from the collector to my over sized tail pipes are either clamped or welded up. If I'm wrong, I certainly apologize. But where the exhaust leak was (down pipe from the header), I'm assuming still that a clamp was not tightened down - especially since thats what I was told. I understand the pressure the dealership was placed under by the insurance company, but with the work that was done, I still stand by what I said originally....fitment and handing of my car was not what I would have expected (I mentioned a few other items to the Pioneer rep in a message directly to him). I did raise my rating of Pioneer because it does make a bit more sense now understanding what the insurance company did...but I can't honestly say I'd take my car back.
