*********UPDATE 8/11/22***********…read more THIS IS OUT OF EXPERIENCE ALL STATEMENTS ARE FACTS. This morning I get woke up by a phone call from Stephanie stating they needed the current mileage of the Jeep that I had bought through financing and when I say financing my financing was done through credit acceptance, not the dealership. I asked why they were needing the mileage. Stephanie then replied because we are looking at the depreciation value of the vehicle because we are terminating the agreement. I stated back to her. No we are not terminating the agreement. Why would you call me stating this? She states that the owner was feeling uncomfortable on moving forward with the agreement. After a conversation with someone on Facebook Messenger, that person that she was referring to was Chris who I assume is her husband and to be completely clear. He contacted my husband. He requested a friend request of my husband and then proceeded to message my husband making outlandish statements that were completely false and also being the one badgering and threatening towards my husband. No one has been threatening and badgering towards the owners of one owner finance. As of this point, we have also sought out legal representation with a law firm. We have contacted credit acceptance, notified them that an attorney has been involved that if they in any way shape or form try to revoke or do anything to this contract that we would see them in court and we would sue both them and the dealership. I will not be threatened. My husband will not be threatened. We will not be badgered and discriminated against by the dealership, at this point The discrimination has already been completely out of control. We don't know why they're so homophobic or what their problem is but they chose the wrong married couple to try to do discrimination, badger and threaten. Everything that me and my husband do is always recorded video and audio through body cam recording devices at all times if anyone touches that Jeep and they have no legal right to do so. By the way, I've already confirmed with my lawyer then they would be making the biggest mistake and they will be taken into court and we would sue them. That is not a threat. That is a professional promise that we will pursue all legal actions against credit acceptance and one owner finance. As a review expert on multiple platforms and social media, I definitely now will tell anyone if they ever asked about this dealership. In full truth by experience not rumor not fake information that they are the worst car dealership to ever even think about going to to stay the hell away from them and go somewhere else where you will not pay two to three times more the value of the car when I look back at the paperwork. Just to be clear, the Jeep's value is only $2500.00 they sold it to me for over $6,000. When I financed it, credit acceptance added almost $10,000 on top of it and interest over interest payment a 22.99% to be exact having me pay $15,522 for a vehicle that is only worth $2,500. So yes, if you have any thoughts of dealing with a used car dealership stay away from one owner finance. They are trucks and they are not to be trusted.

We've had a few good experiences with Mike Bell Chevy with routine service and a recall issue, but…read morethings really went bad when my husband scheduled a repair for his truck. He had an error message come up on the dash. He called the dealership and scheduled an appointment early one morning to have it serviced. We dropped our truck off for service and waited all day to hear something (we didn't). My husband called to check on the progress that afternoon and was told they hadn't looked at it yet (WHAT?!?). He asked about the appointment, and they informed him that it was an appointment to get in line to be worked on....not an actual appointment for when the work would be done (yes, I'm serious). He told them he had to have his truck - he couldn't leave it up there for days before it was even looked at. They still wouldn't tell him when they would actually start work on it, so he told them he was coming to get it the next day. He complained to the service department, and was basically met with a shrug. We got a call from who I assume was the service manager, and he basically told us that yes - that is exactly how they do business. The appointment time meant the truck was in line to be worked on....not the time the truck actually got worked on. He talked to us like we were in the wrong for thinking a scheduled appointment meant that the truck would be worked on during that time. Needless to say we were floored. Also needless to say we will not be returning to that dealership. We made an appointment with Liberty Chevy in Villa Rica for the same issue. We dropped off the truck at our scheduled appointment time with Nycole Mauldin. She was friendly and got us going right away. We got a text a few minutes later that the truck was in the system and would be serviced soon. We got another text when the service started. We got a phone call a few hours later letting us know that everything had been taken care of. This was followed up by another text letting us know the truck was ready to be picked up. When we got there, she even ran out in the parking lot and got the truck and brought it to the service entrance door. Super nice. Friendly. Helpful. Error message is gone. We were 100% pleased with the service we received with Nycole at Liberty and will for sure be returning whenever we need service.

Service advisor ERICA VERELINE is unfit to work in customer service, or frankly, any position that…read morerequires basic honesty and professionalism. Throughout my warranty repair experience, she demonstrated a complete disregard for integrity and customer respect. The lies were constant. She repeatedly misrepresented the status of my warranty work, providing false information on multiple occasions. When it came time to settle the bill, she attempted to overcharge me by $133 beyond my warranty deductible. When I called to question this unauthorized charge, her response was to hang up on me mid-conversation. Not a dropped call, but a deliberate hang-up. The most disturbing part? When I confronted her in person with her manager present, she openly admitted to hanging up on me and showed zero remorse. She stood by her unprofessional behavior as if rudeness and dishonesty were company policy. Her manager's failure to address this conduct on the spot speaks volumes about the service culture at this dealership. Avoid Erica Vereline and Liberty Chevrolet at all costs. If this is the standard of service your dealership accepts, customers deserve to know before they waste their time and money here. I've reached out the Service Director Tony Dutton but have not heard back.

I had just went in for an hour or so oil change and tire rotation which turned into 3-4 hours. I started using a different dealership after that experience but decided to go back after a year because they are the closest one to me. However during my recent routine service they messed up my oil pan. Highly disappointed! Customer support was not much help either!
